Inside the kitchen, Nerine was finishing up the dinner preparations and stuff. She laid out the table, putting the plates, knives and forks and laying the plates of food.

Yuu laugh. "Oh, sorry, I forgot to explain, I tought this girl had already explain it to you guys" she said. She then lure out the earings again.
"This thing was the thing that had been used by a sword mage. They used it to stored they power in it, so when they used it again their power can be multipled. But when the knighten fall to the wrong hand a.k.a not the real owner, the power that had been stored in it will over power the user and do what ever this thing want. That's why it's very dangerous!" Yuu explain.

Celia then replied, "So you want us to find all the knightens so that it would not fall in the wrong hands?"

Serena replied, "Ahh yes, I see now. So do you think that we all can handle finding the rightful owner?"

Meanwhile, Eleanor was helping Nerine with making the final dinner preparations as well. Inside, she was quite worried about Nerine as well as Alex. Something had to be done to correct the situation that they were in but she couldn't figure out the solution at that moment.

At last, Nerine was done laying out everything and putting all the food. She went to Eleanor and asked, "Umm I think we are done. Is there anything missing?"

Eleanor looked at the table spread and replied, "Hmm I think we just need drinks. Shall we serve some water or juice?"

Back in the living room, Edward asked, "Sia, are you looking forward to going to Lessire tomorrow? I believe you've never been there and neither have Eleanor or me."

Nerine replied, "Ahh yeah, the juice would be good."

She went up to the icebox to get some fresh cold apple juice.

While Nerine went to get the juice, Eleanor went to the living room. She entered and saw the others engaged in conversation. As much as she wanted to scream at Alex and perhaps at Lisianthus, too, over what they had done to Nerine, now was not the right time. So she kept her temper in control and said,

"Dinner's ready and waiting in the dining room."

Nerine inside got the juice and the glasses and then laid them out on the table. She then could only wait for the others to come.

Edward looked up at Eleanor after she announced that dinner was ready and replied, "Ahh all right, dear."

He then turned back to Lisianthus and Alex and said, "Let's all go eat, shall we? I'm pretty hungry."

Edward then got up and followed Eleanor into the dining room. Alex got up as well and then helped Lisianthus to her feet to then escort her to the dining room as well.

Lisianthus followed to the dining room so that they all could dinner together although really, Lisianthus didn't dare to look at Nerine.

Once everyone was in the dining room, Edward helped Eleanor into her seat and then seated himself. Then Alex helped Nerine and Lisianthus into their seats before seating himself.

Once everyone was seated, Edward took a look at the beautiful spread and said, "Wow, dinner looks wonderful and I'm sure it tastes delicious, too."

Nerine replied quietly, "I hope you like it's taste as well, father."

Edward smiled at Nerine and replied, "I'm sure I will. You sure did a wonderful job preparing it."

Edward then took a bite of his food, unaware that the others were very quiet. Eleanor was pretty upset at Alex although she did her best not to show it, and Alex didn't know what to say. He didn't even have his usual appetite.

Lisianthus and Nerine were also quiet. Nerine didn't touch her food and Lisianthus was only nibbling in her plate. Both of them didn't have the appetite to eat.

Edward paused in his eating and then noticed that no one else was eating or was hardly eating. He looked up and asked, "Uhh is anything wrong? The food is absolutely delicious. I'd think that everyone else would be hungry, too."

Unfortunately, Edward was the only one who had no clue what was going on.

(lol I feel sorry for Edward. )

Nerine replied, "Umm sorry, Dad. I am just not hungry."

Lisianthus slowly replied, "Ehh the food is delicious and all but perhaps I just ate too much in lunch."

(lol)

Edward turned to Alex and said, "Son, I'm surprised that you're not eating. Usually, you have a huge appetite."

Alex replied quietly, "Umm, I think I ate a lot at lunch, too, so I don't have much of an appetite."

Eleanor observed everything that was going on and sighed. She spoke up and said, "Ok, I think everyone except my dear husband knows what's going on so why don't we just spill?"

Lisianthus was surprised to hear what Eleanor said and was pretty confused. Could Nerine have told her about what she saw?

Nerine then replied, "Umm excuse me. I-I am not in the mood to eat."

She stood up and went out of the dining room.

After Nerine had left, Eleanor turned to Edward and said, "Honey, why don't you follow Nerine and make sure that she's ok? I want to talk to Alex and Lisianthus alone, if it's all right."

Edward looked confused but simply nodded his head and replied, "All right, dear. I'll make sure Nerine is ok."

Then he got up from his seat and followed in the direction that Nerine went.

Nerine was in the living room, trying her best not to spill the tears out but it was just too hard. The pain was too big for her.

After Edward left, Eleanor faced Lisianthus and Alex and said quietly, "Nerine told me what happened earlier. How could you two do this? How could you hurt Nerine like that, Alex? Isn't it bad enough that you already hurt her once with Lycoris and now this? A husband is supposed to be faithful to his wife only and to no other woman."

Alex hung his head down. He was sad at what he had done but he didn't know how to reply.

Edward followed in the direction that Nerine went and soon found her in the living room, seated and crying. Quietly, he sat down next to her and handed her a handkerchief.

"Here. Can you tell me what's wrong? I see that there is something the matter but it looks like I am the only one who has no idea what it is."

Lisianthus felt guilty too as well and didn't know how to reply. But it wasn't really Alex's fault and she couldn't let him take the whole blame for it. Seeing him silent, however, she slowly and quietly replied,

"We-we apologize, ma'am, and we two are feeling guilty for hurting Nerine like this. But we didn't want to hurt her like that from the beginning and what happened, what happened was...a mistake."

Nerine quietly sniffed and tried to wipe her tears. She slowly replied,

"I apologize, father. Things are just being too hectic here."

Eleanor was so tempted to continue staring hard at the two of them but seeing as how Lisianthus was truly feeling sorry for what happened, Eleanor let down her stare a bit. She sighed and replied,

"It definitely was. Lisianthus, I am quite surprised at you. You do know that Alex is married to Nerine and can't be married to another, right? And Alex, how could you do this? I thought you loved Nerine."

Alex looked up and replied, "I do, Mom. I do so much. My love for Nerine has never died. But I love Lycoris and Lisianthus, too. My heart is big enough for all of them."

Edward shook his head and gave a gentle smile. He replied, "You never have to apologize to me, Nerine. I can see that you are clearly upset about something. I'm not Eleanor but I would like to try to help if I can. After all, we're family, right? Whatever is bothering you, I'm sure I could help, even if it's to offer words of advice or comfort."

Lisianthus replied, "My heart can't help but to love Alex, ma'am. If I could hold back my love, I would have done that for Nerine's sake but that's my heart. I can't control it."

Nerine smiled a little and replied, "Thanks a lot, Dad.

I-I am not really sure how to explain this. You do know what happened between Alex and Lycoris, I think?"
