Romance RP

Anjela continued cleaning up, sure finishing cleaning the furniture and surfaces until they were shining. She then started changing the bed sheets with fresh, clean ones.

Matthew worked hard washing and cleaning the floors.  Soon, he was all done and looking to Anjela, he said,

"I'm all done with the floors.  What else needs to be done?"

Anjela was taking care of changing the bed sheets but looking to Matthew, she said,

"Just the kitchen and bathroom left. I can take care of cleaning the bathroom and maybe you can take care of the kitchen? You know, make sure the plates, utensils and such are clean?"

Matthew nodded and replied, "Sure, I can do that.  I'll get right on it."

He walked into the kitchen and then began to wash the plates and utensils, as they had gotten dusty from not being used for a while.

Anjela soon finished changing the bed sheets and they were replaced by fresh, new ones. The whole apartment was clean and shining and with just the bathroom left, she set to cleaning and washing it, making sure that it was shining and sparkling.

Matthew continued to wash the dishes and utensils and once he was done, he set them on the drying rack.  He then cleaned the counters and such, making sure that the kitchen would be especially clean and sparkling.

Anjela cleaned the bathroom hard, making sure it was completely clean and sparkling. She was finally done after a while, and the whole apartment was all clean.

She took a deep breath then checking over Matthew, she said, "You done, Matt? I think we're all good. I haven't seen this place look so clean in a long time."

Matthew had just finished cleaning the kitchen and he replied,

"Yup, just got done.  This place looks wonderful."

(Getting sleepy so I'll get off for the night now but I'll post again tomorrow and all.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Anjela smiled softly and nodding, she said, "It does. We make a great team not only at fighting but at cleaning too."

She stretched her arms then said, "I'll take a quick shower and change then I'll head to a nearby shop to get some groceries and such. You should unpack your bag. I cleaned up the closet and it's all empty so you'll find plenty of space. Umm there is just a single closet here so we'll have to share. Is that ok?"

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Sure, that's fine with me.  I'll unpack my things and get settled in and then we can get some food."

He smiled at Anjela and grabbing his bag, he went into the bedroom to unpack his things.

Anjela smiled softly and going over to her bag, she grabbed herself a change of clothes then entered the bathroom. She took a quick shower to refresh after their hard cleaning, then after drying herself off, she changed into a long-sleeved beige blouse on a long olive green skirt. She then brushed her hair as usual, letting it flow down her shoulders.

Once she was done, she went out of the bathroom and put away her clothes, grabbing her bag so she can unpack as well.

Matthew finished unpacking his things, putting his clothes in the closet.  He only kept his medical bag on a desk nearby.

Once he was done, he turned to Anjela, who had finished her shower, and smiling, he said,

"You look wonderful as always, Anjela."

Anjela blushed slightly at Matthew's comment but she smiled softly and replied,

"Heh, thanks, Matt. I am glad you think I look wonderful."

She observed how Matthew was all done unpacking and said, "Looks like you are all settled in?"

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Yup, I'm all settled in.  I'll wait for you and then we can go buy some food."

(Giving a heads up since I don't know your work schedule today but I'm not going to post regularly this evening.  It's all stupid Folke's fault.  Short version is that I have a ton of editing to do and I'm going to need this evening if I even have a chance of getting this file done so yeah.  Sorry about that.  I feel like crying because no one wants to give me a break and I'm still shaken up by what happened yesterday.  I really just want to forget about it.  :/)

(Aww I understand. I have the morning shift today anyhow so I can't post regularly either but it's all good anyways. Just focus on getting work done and all. I hope you feel all better soon. )

Anjela smiled softly and nodding, she said, "Okay, I won't take long."

She grabbed her bag and opened it, then started putting her clothes and items into the closet as well.

Matthew commented, "I'm just going to wash my hands and my face in the bathroom for a bit.  I'll be right back."

He then went into the bathroom to wash up.

Anjela nodded and continued unpacking her things, putting her clothes into the closet as well as her other items and accessories and such. She was soon all finished and put away her bag, then sat down on the bed to wait for Matthew to come back.

Matthew quickly washed his hands and washed up his face.  Feeling refreshed, he left the bathroom and approaching Anjela, he said,

"I'm all done and I can see that you're ready, too."

Anjela smiled softly and nodding, she said, "Yeah, I am all done. You'll come with me? We'll visit a few shops nearby to stock up and such. And I'll finally get to cook you a proper meal."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "I can't wait.  Let's go."

He offered his arm for Anjela to take, so that they would head on out and go shopping for groceries.

Anjela held Matthew's arm as she blushed a bit, but she happily led the way out of the house and then down the block and towards the shops. Although they had come so she could accomplish a dangerous mission, at least for this little time, she felt at peace, having Matthew near her.

Matthew walked beside Anjela as they headed towards the shops and he commented,

"I'm curious to find out what the shops here are like.  I wonder if they're like the ones back home."

Anjela nodded and smiling a bit, she said,

"Yeah, they are a lot like them but with different goods although there are similar ones too. I'll get some of the different ingredients we have here and make you a delicious gods' world meal."

Of course she had shapeshifter into that human form before she went out.

Matthew smiled and replied, "I can't wait.  I'd like to try more foods that are exclusive here.  So I'm guessing we need the basics, like fruits, vegetables, meats?  I never really had to go shopping for food so i'm curious."

Anjela looked a bit amused and replied, "Really? Heh, so this is your first time to go shopping for groceries and such? But yup, we'll get basic ingredients like vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy. Umm is there any special food you like? I'll like to cook you a special meal, something you adore, I mean."

She blushed a bit at her comment.
