(Ahh I am not sure I get exactly what you mean but about letting out their feelings, I do think that anyone feeling moody should be free to let out their feelings and not let them bottle up inside. Lycoris bit her lower lip and replied, 

"What about me? I don't want to be sacrificed. Or does it not matter how I feel? Because you don't even count me as a person, right?"

(Ok, thanks.  ^^  Well, I mean that lately, I've been in this depressed mood and Folke just feels like I have to be happy when I don't feel that way.  Like when I'm like that, the best way has been for me to be alone and just deal with it on my own but he's not letting me do that.  And then he complains that I don't smile when he tries to cheer me up but geez, I don't have energy in the mornings nowadays, especially with this horrible humidity and yet he expects me to be bursting with energy.  I'm not an immortal.  :/)

Matthew replied, "It's difficult for me to say what you are.  I think you are a part of Lycoris but she denies you.  Is that right?"

(Aww I see. Yeah, I totally understand you because I suffer the same problem with my mom at times. Like when I am just not in the mood to talk or even smile because of stress or whatever and she just wants me to be happy all the time. :/ But have you tried talking to him? Telling him that you are just out of energy and you need some time by yourself to recharge and all that?)

Lycoris pouted and turning her head away, she replied, 

"Yes but only because she doesn't like me. What if I was like her? Would she have liked me more then? But I am a part of her. I didn't exist out of nothing. Everything I am; she hid it deep inside until it grew and created me. She can't deny me and if she did, you shouldn't. If I am not a part of her, then what am I?"

(I have.  I talked to him about it today before I had to go to work and he interprets that if I want time to be by myself, I don't want to be with him.  I mean, geez, all I wanted was one day by myself, to do the things that I wanted.  It's not like I was asking for a break up.  -.-)

Matthew replied, "I don't know but you do make a valid point.  You shouldn't be denied.  I don't know much about multiple personalities but from what I understand, they are still a part of that person-just a different side of them."

(I see. -.- Hmm, well, have you tried using the same method at him? Like whenever he can't come on because he wants to do something, tell him that he doesn't want you anymore and the like? Maybe that could deliver the message. -.-)

Lycoris didn't reply right away but then taking a deep breath, she smiled a bit and said, 

"It doesn't matter. We should keep going. As long as you are helping me get back my eyesight, then you aren't too bad yourself."

(Unfortunately, that doesn't happen.  He always wants to be around me.  I mean, I love him but I do believe in keeping my life as balanced as possible.  It keeps me zen and I haven't been feeling that way lately.  :/)

Matthew smiled a bit and replied, "Thanks."

The two of them continued their walk into town and once they arrived, he said, "It sure is lively today but then that doesn't surprise me.  It usually is in the morning."

He then led the way to the shop where he would buy the ingredients.

(I see. :/ I can't think of another solution but the only thing I can think of at the moment is to talk to him directly and tell him that just because you're asking for some alone time, that doesn't mean you want to break up or something. :/)

Lycoris nodded and took in the sounds around her as the two of them walked. She asked,

"Is the shop in the middle of the town? Some sort of a potions shop or what?"

(Yeah, I know.  Well, he'll be the way he is and he's just going to have to deal with me the way I am.  Guess we'll see what happens.)

Matthew replied, "It's near the center of town and yes, it's a potions shop although they sell other items, too."

He paused and asked, "After we buy what we need, do you want to check out some of the food stalls?  Have a treat or two?"

Lycoris looked thoughtful for a moment then smiling, she said, 

"Yes, I think I'd like that. After we're done getting the things you need from that shop, we're free for the rest of the morning and afternoon, right? So we should find things to pass the time with. We can start with a small treat."

Matthew nodded and replied, "Ok, that does sound nice indeed."

The two of them made their way to the potions shop and once inside, Matthew approached the shop owner and gave him a list of the items he'd need.  While they waited for the owner to get the items, Matthew turned to Lycoris and said,

"Once we have everything, we can walk around the town some."

Lycoris nodded and replied,

"Ok. You'll get the potions and ingredients now, right? So when will you start mixing them up and getting them ready for the operation?"

(Sorry I am late. Had to go with my dad somewhere and all. XD I'll be on for a bit before I have to help my brother with his studies and all. XD)

(Ahh no worries.  ^^)

Matthew replied, "As soon as we get back home, I'll start making the potions and mixtures.  Then they'll need to sit until their potency is just right."

The shop owner returned a few minutes later with all the ingredients that Matthew had requested and after Matthew paid, he turned to Lycoris and said,

"Ok, I have everything.  Where do you want to go?"

Lycoris looked thoughtful then said, 

"Well, I would suggest that we go back home so you can mix the potions right away, but since we're in town, let's go something. Is there some sort of a place we can hang around? A park, a beach or something?"

Matthew replied, "Well, there is the park here in town.  We all went there last night and there are some food stalls there, too.  It'll be quite lively but I assume you don't mind that?"

Lycoris pouted and replied, "I would have preferred something quieter. Is there no place that's more secluded and calm?"

Matthew looked thoughtful and replied, "Well, there are the forests but we'd have to walk quite a bit.  They are just right outside of town.  If you don't mind the walk, we can go there instead."

Lycoris looked happier at the idea and nodding, she said, 

"Yes, I'd like that and I don't mind the walk. It's good to have an exercise every once in a while."

Matthew nodded and smiling softly, he replied, "All right then.  Let's get going."

He gently held Lycoris' arm and escorted her as the two of them left the shop and walked outside, heading towards the outskirts of town and to the forests.

Lycoris followed Matthew happily to the forests, with this other personality enjoying being free and out without a time limit. As the two of them walked, she asked,

"Do you go to the forests often on your own?"

(Ahh I'll have to log off now to help my brother with his studies and all so I'll take my leave. See you tomorrow, phoenix. ^^)

Matthew looked thoughtful and replied, "Occasionally, I do.  When I have breaks from work, I come here to enjoy nature and just enjoy the peace and quiet."

The two of them arrived in the forests and Matthew began to describe them to Lycoris.

Lycoris walked by Matthew's side, and despite the differences between the current personality and the real Lycoris, she still had the curious look in her eyes as Matthew described the surroundings to her.

She said, "Are the forests here always safe and quiet? No wild animals or anything uneventful?"

Matthew replied, "Of course, there are animals like squirrels and deer but it's very rare for there to be any very dangerous animals.  It's a relatively safe place."

He gazed at Lycoris and noticed her eyes, the curious look in them, and it was as though it was difficult to distinguish the differences between the two.

Lycoris nodded then smiling slyly, she replied, 

"And what if any dangerous animals showed up right now? Do you think you would be able to protect me?"

(Ahh this will be my post for the morning since I'm going to the pharmacy in a bit and all. Today is an exception though; it should be only on Thursdays that I go during the mornings. XD I'll post again tonight of course. See you tomorrow, phoenix. ^^)

Matthew replied, "Hey, of course I would protect you.  I wouldn't let any dangerous animal harm you."

He meant every word even though he knew it was the other Lycoris in control.

Lycoris continued smiling slyly to Matthew and replied,

"Really? I see. And why would you do that? Is it because I have the powers that you all need, or to protect the other Lycoris sleeping inside? Or maybe a part of you actually cares about me?"
