Romance RP

Ryan replied, "Thank you.  Still, the academy is very impressive and I do wish there was one in the human world.  Ahh I would like to see you teach a class sometime.  I assume that you do teach classes on occasion?"

Irene nodded and replied, "Yes, that's true. Although I don't do that as often as I used to because of other responsibilities, but I do teach a class every once in a while."

She paused then smiling a little, she said, "But you did see me teach a class before and you were my student."

Ryan smiled and replied, "Yes, that's true.  It was quite an honor to have you as my teacher and I would love to have future lessons with you."

Irene returned the smile and said,

"I would love that too, Ryan. We should definitely do it again soon."

The carriage soon arrived back at the castle and the soldiers opened the gate for it to pass through. The driver led it to the stable and there, he got off and opened the door to help Ryan and Duchess Irene out of it.

Ryan got out of the carriage first and then helped Irene out as well.  Looking towards the castle entrance, he asked,

"So should we go directly to the dining room or get ourselves freshened up first?"

Irene replied,

"I suppose we should get ourselves freshened up first. It won't hurt if we take a couple of minutes more to refresh ourselves."

She led the way towards the castle's entrance as they talked.

Ryan nodded and walked beside Irene as the two of them headed inside the castle.  Then they walked upstairs and then parting, Ryan said,

"I'll see you at lunch?"

Irene nodded and replied, "Yes, I'll be there. See you in the dining room in a little."

She then headed to her room to wash up quickly and refresh herself.

Ryan then went into his room as well and took a few minutes to splash some water on his face and then took a bit of a rest.  Once he felt refreshed, he left his room and headed to the dining room to have lunch with the others.

In the dining room, everyone was present and waiting for Ryan and Irene to show up. As Ryan entered the room, Rosaline was the first one to see him and smiling at him, she said,

"Welcome back. We were waiting for you."

Ryan smiled softly and replied, "Thanks.  How is everyone?"

He took a seat at the table and looked to the others, wondering how their morning went.

Rosaline replied, "We're fine. I think we all had a peaceful morning."

Nerine nodded happily and looking lovingly at Alex, she said, "Alex and I had the best morning we've had in a long time. It feels great to be back with him again."

Lisianthus didn't respond, for she kept quiet unless she needed to say anything.

Alex looked happily at Nerine and replied, "Yup, that's right.  I sure have missed being with my darling so we made up for lost time."

Ryan nodded and looking to Lisianthus, he quietly asked, "How was your morning, Sia?"

Lisianthus was a little surprised as Ryan addressed her and didn't respond right away, but then replied quietly in the same withdrawn manner,

"It was just the usual."

She said nothing more and fortunately, Irene showed up then. She said, "Hello, everyone. I hope I didn't keep you all waiting."

Alex smiled softly and replied, "Not at all, Duchess Irene.  We were just catching up and wondering how our morning went.  I hope yours went well, too."

Ryan was worried as Lisianthus stayed quiet but knew that it would take time before the two of them would be able to resolve things.

Irene smiled and as she took her seat, she replied,

"It did. It was a peaceful morning to say the least."

Seeing how everyone was there, Lisianthus asked the nearest maid to fetch lunch for all of them.

As the maids went to fetch lunch, Alex asked, "How was your work at the academy, Duchess Irene?  Uneventful, I hope?"

Irene nodded to Alex with a smile and replied, 

"Yes, it was a quiet and peaceful morning. The usual routine, nothing more."

A while later, a couple of maids carrying trays of breakfast food entered the dining room and laid everything out in front of the party, then took their leave.

Lisianthus quietly said and gestured for everyone to start eating, "Let's eat before it gets cold."

Alex nodded happily and replied, "Sure and lunch looks delicious."

He began to eat his food, as did Bryan and Ryan.  However, Ryan looked a little with worry at Lisianthus, noticing how quiet she continued to be.

The others started eating as well, enjoying their lunch. Lisianthus continued to be quiet and had a composed look over her face but the looks in her eyes were enough to express the sadness inside her.

Irene spoke up as they ate, "After we're done eating, we should head to Lisianthus' office right away and continue our plan."

Ryan nodded and replied, "Yes, I should get ready to contact Lycoris.  Hopefully, I can get through to the other one."

Alex added, "I'll go as well to finalize any details before Ryan contacts Lycoris."

Irene nodded in agreement and the rest of the party continued eating until they were eventually done. Lisianthus was the first one to finish up and getting up, she said,

"I'll be waiting for you all in my office. Join me when you are done."

She then left the dining room and headed to her office to wait for everyone else.

Ryan gave Irene a troubled look but then resumed eating, as he knew that he had to focus on getting Lycoris.  Soon, he was done as was Alex.  As Bryan was finishing up, he turned to Rosaline and asked,

"What would you like to do this afternoon, my love?"

Rosaline looked thoughtful for a moment then said, 

"How about the music room? We could spend our free time as we usually like, playing music to each other?"

Bryan nodded happily and replied, "Yes, I would love that very much."

The puppies barked happily at the idea and chuckling, Ryan added, "It looks like our boys love your idea, too, my love."
