Romance RP

The girls nodded happily and one of them replied,

"Yes, yes, please. We'd like to see how powerful you are. We've never met a human before and we're curious about how skillful you are at your magic."

Ryan smiled and replied, "Sure."

He made sure that there was enough space before him so he could cast a powerful spell for the girls to witness.  So he cast a dark magic storm spell combined with fireballs but made sure that the effects wouldn't affect the floor so the magic would dissipate once it made contact with the ground.

The girls stared with awe at the sight before them as Ryan summoned such a powerful spell. They clapped happily and cheered for him as he was finished. One of them commented happily,

"Wow! You're really so powerful. This was amazing!"

Her sister nodded happily in agreement and said, "Yes, it definitely was. I haven't seen anything like this before at all!"

Ryan smiled softly and replied, "Thanks.  I combined dark and fire magic so it's a more powerful spell but it should give you an idea of how strong I am.  I'm sure you can do something like this, too."

The girls cheered and one of them said,

"We'd love to learn to do such things but the way must be long before us, right? You must be quite experienced and we're still young. But we're going to be just as powerful we grow old too!"

Ryan chuckled and replied, "I'm sure you will.  i can see how powerful you two will become as you continue to practice and master your magic.

I'm curious but how many classes do you take in a day?"

The girl replied, "It depends but it's three or four classes at most. The teachers don't like to press us. They say we should take our time studying and practicing everything they explain to us."

Her sister nodded and replied, "That's true. Our teachers are the best in any world. They take great care of us."

Ryan smiled softly and replied, "Yes, I can see that the teachers here are wonderful."

Realizing something, he then continued, "Ahh you already know who I am but I should introduce myself all the same.  I'm Ryan and it's a pleasure to be acquainted with you, ladies."

The girls smiled to Ryan and one of them spoke up happily in response,

"I'm Selenay, and my sister is Lindsey. We're pleased to meet you and be acquainted with you too, Ryan."

Her sister nodded happily and said, "We are. Please let us see you again? You are quite the powerful sorcerer and maybe you can teach us a thing or two sometime?"

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Sure, I would love to come by again and perhaps teach a special class.  I should ask Duchess Irene for permission, of course, but I doubt it'll be a problem.

I don't wish to keep you ladies in case you have another class to go to but I thank you very much for allowing me the chance to speak with you both."

The girls nodded happily and one of them replied,

"You're welcome. It was a pleasure to talk to you too. Please let us see you again sometime soon. We don't nearly get to see any humans and you're such a powerful sorcerer too."

Ryan smiled and replied, "Of course.  I'll do my best to come back here as soon as I'm able."

He wondered what time it was since he had to meet Duchess Irene so they could head back to the castle.

The girls smiled happily and just then the bell rang, indicating it was time for another class. Attentive, the girls got up quickly and one of them said,

"Please excuse us, sir. We have a class to catch up with. It was such a pleasure to meet you."

They bowed politely to Ryan and quickly took their leave. It was getting quite close to the afternoon and this was their last class.

After the girls left, Ryan decided that it was time to meet up with Duchess Irene so he left the room and walked down the hall until he reached the door to her office.  He knocked politely and waited for admittance.

Duchess Irene replied from behind the door, "Enter."

She was finishing up her work and waiting for Ryan. As she saw him enter, she smiled a little to him and said,

"Just on time, Ryan. I am almost done here."

Ryan smiled and taking a seat, he replied, "Please take your time.  I didn't want to be late since I know we have to go back to the castle soon.  How's your work going?"

Irene replied, "Oh it's just the usual. Nothing out of the ordinary. It's become mostly routine work now."

She paused then smiling a little, she asked, "How was your tour? I hope you enjoyed your time around the academy. Did you attend any classes while you were around?"

Ryan nodded and replied, "Yup, I sure did."

He then told Duchess Irene about the classes he attended as well as the two sisters who had caught his attention with their magic prowess.

Irene listened with interest and smiling, she replied,

"Ahh I know the girls you're talking about. They always come first on class every year. All the teachers praise them very much."

She paused then said, "You know, when you settle here with Lisianthus, maybe you should think of giving classes here even if just occasionally. Although I am sure if Lisianthus would allow that since you'd be king and all then, but I think it's an idea worth considering."

Ryan smiled softly and replied, "I would like that very much.  In fact, the girls asked if I would come back sometime and I'd like to do that.  With your permission, I could even give a guest lecture or demonstration or something like that."

Irene smiled warmly and nodding, she replied,

"Of course. I think the students will benefit very much from your experiences, Ryan."

She was soon all finished with her work and said, "Alright, I am done. We can get going and head back to the castle now. The others will be waiting for us."

Ryan nodded and getting up, he waited for Irene to finish up and lead the way out so that they could head back to the castle for lunch.  He knew that the afternoon would be important so he had to mentally prepare himself for it.

Irene got up as well and led the way out of her office and out of the academy where her carriage was waiting. The driver saw them coming ahead so he got off and opened the door to help them in. Once that was done, he got on the driver's seat once more and began driving back towards the castle.

As Ryan and Irene headed back to the castle, Ryan smiled softly at Irene and said,

"Thank you for inviting me to the academy.  It was great to see a couple of classes and meet the students.  I kind of envy them in a way.  I never had a chance to attend such a school."

Irene returned Ryan's smile and replied,

"Hey, don't feel that way. I may have not had the chance to meet your mentor but I can tell that he was a great man and a great sorcerer. You're quite powerful, Ryan, and very talented in a way that makes you better than a lot of sorcerers who attended academies and had the regular education."
