Romance RP

Lycoris looked surprised as though she realized what Ryan mentioned, and there was a look of worry over her face. But then trying to think of something, she said,

"Sia will be there, right? I am sure she'll be able to comfort you and make you feel all better so you won't have such nightmares again."

Ryan nodded and replied, "Maybe but it won't be the same.  I think only your words and your touch can make my nightmares go away."

He sighed sadly and just then, the puppies woke up and happily approached Lycoris, waiting to be petted.

Lycoris received the puppies by gently petting them although she still felt sad as she heard Ryan's words. She sighed inwardly but doing her best to remain strong, she quietly said,

"We should get ready for the day, I think."

Ryan nodded and replied, "Ok.  I'll go take a shower and get dressed and then return once I'm done."

He gave Lycoris a kiss on her cheek and after getting out of bed, he took a change of clothes and went into the bathroom to shower and change.

(I'm a bit surprised that Lycoris' other self hasn't tried to find a way to regain control.  XD)

(Ahh the current Lycoris' strong will to hand over herself is making it subside for now but if she continue to not get enough rest, she'll get too weak and the other self might try to gain control. XD)

Lycoris waited patiently until Ryan got ready, petting the puppies gently. She was extremely tired after having not slept for a couple of days but hoped that she would be strong enough to go through the exchange.

(I see.  XD)

Ryan quickly took a shower and after drying off, he put on his clothes for the day.  He wore a pair of dark blue jeans and a dark green shirt.  After combing his hair and quickly checking himself in the mirror, he left the bathroom and put away his pajamas.  Returning to Lycoris' side, he said,

"I'm all done.  Would you like to wash up as well?"

(Getting sleepy here so I'll get off for the night now and go to sleep.  I'll post again tomorrow after I'm all done with work so it might be on the late side.  Anyway, nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

(Nite, nite, phoenix and take your time. ^^)

Lycoris nodded and replied, "Yes, I'd like that, please. It could help me refresh a bit."

She gently laid the puppies on the bed and then waited for Ryan to lead her to the bathroom.

(Back now.  All done with work for the day.  XD)

Ryan helped Lycoris to her feet and gently escorted her to the bathroom.  There, he asked,

"Do you want to take a bath or just wash your face?"

(Welcome back. XD)

Although Lycoris felt really tired, she thought she needed a bath so she said,

"A bath would be nice, if that's ok, Ryan."

(Thanks.  I had a bit of work to finish up so that's why I had to log off earlier but I'm all done now.  XD)

Ryan smiled and replied, "Of course.  You rest here and I'll prepare your bath right away."

He placed Lycoris on a nearby seat and then proceeded to prepare a warm, soothing bath for her along with placing clean towels and a clean bathrobe.  After everything was prepared, Ryan guided Lycoris to where the towels and bathrobe were and then to the bath water.  He asked,

"Is the water warm enough, my angel?"

(No problem. XD)

Lycoris felt the water with her hands and finding it warm enough, she nodded and said, "Yes, it is. Thanks a lot, Ryan. I'll finish quickly then call for you."

Ryan nodded and replied, "Ok and take your time.  I'll clean up the room meanwhile."

He gave Lycoris a quick kiss on the cheek and then left the bathroom, closing the door behind him.  Then he proceeded to clean up the room and lay out fresh clothes for Lycoris.

Meanwhile, Lycoris took off her clothes and then took her bath, which helped her feel a little more fresh despite how tired she was. Once she was done, she dried herself using the towels then put on her bathrobe. She then reached out for the door and softly called out,

"Ryan? I am all done."

After Ryan heard Lycoris call out for him, he took the dress and entering the bathroom, he said,

"Hi, Lycoris.  I got you a blue dress today.  I hope you like it."

Lycoris took the blue dress from Ryan and smiling softly, she said,

"Thanks, Ryan. I'm sure I'll like it. I'll get changed right away."

She waited until Ryan was outside and the door was locked then changed out of her bathrobe and into the blue dress. Once she was all ready, she opened the door and said,

"I'm all done, Ryan. How do I look?"

Ryan looked lovingly at Lycoris and replied, "You look beautiful as always, my angel.  But don't take my word for it.  You can see for yourself."

He wrapped his arms around Lycoris' waist and gazed at the mirror, waiting for Lycoris to activate her bracelet so she could look at herself.

Lycoris reached out to activate her bracelet and as light came to her eyes, she could see her and Ryan's reflections in the mirror. She thought she looked neat although her face looked pale and tired. But nevertheless, she smiled softly and said,

"I look good and you look great too, Ryan, as always, you know. It occurs to me that I haven't seen your face in some time. I missed it, you know."

Ryan blushed and replied, "Aww, thank you, my angel."

He noticed how pale and tired Lycoris looked, too, although he didn't comment on it.  Instead, he asked,

"Do you want to have breakfast?  And would you like coffee as well?  Some people have coffee as part of breakfast since it helps wake them up."

Lycoris thought that would be suitable and nodding right away, she replied,

"Yes, Ryan, I'll appreciate that a lot. It would help. Please lead the way."

She held on to him, as she was having some trouble standing on her own, waiting for him to escort her.

Ryan nodded and gently, he escorted her back to their room to pick up the puppies.  Once Lycoris had them in her arms, Ryan scooped her up and said,

"I hope it's ok if I carry you, my angel.  Then we can all have breakfast in the kitchen."

Lycoris felt relieved as Ryan carried her in his arms and nodding, she said,

"It's my honor to have you carry me, Ryan."

She smiled to him and held the puppies securely in her arms as he led the way downstairs.

Ryan smiled softly and carried Lycoris as he led the way out of the room and downstairs to the kitchen.  Once there, he placed her in a chair and said,

"Here we are, angel.  Now what would you like for breakfast?"

(The more I see those two together, the more I do believe that they make the best couple ever.  XD)

(lol So you believe that Lycoris suits Ryan more than Lisianthus does? XD)

Lycoris looked thoughtful then smiling softly, she said,

"I remember those delicious sweets you made for us once. I think they were called waffles? Can we have those? And umm is it possible to have them with chocolate?"

(Lisianthus might hate me for saying this but yeah, I think so.  Ryan and Lycoris make such an adorable couple.  XD)

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Of course.  I can make waffles and top them with chocolate syrup.  Would you like anything else on them like whipped cream or chopped strawberries?  And what about to drink?  I'll make coffee but anything else."

As he knew that this would be the last breakfast for them, Ryan wanted to make it as special as possible.

(lol Lisianthus is surely angry at the moment but I am curious to why you think so. XD)

Lycoris had a happy smile over her face and replied, "Well, maybe strawberries? I know how much you like them and they make a good combo with chocolate, right? And just coffee would be great for me. Thanks a lot, Ryan."
