Romance RP

(Ahh considering how Lycoris refuses to have any romantic relationship with Ryan in the first place, she'd be totally ok with as she does believe that Ryan belongs to Sia alone. XD But she does want to die as she believes that she would end up alone in that case.)

As this was the best response Lisianthus could get, she could only add,

Please take care of yourself. I-I love you, Ryan. That never changed. It could never change. I-I can't live without you.

(Aww that makes me sad, though.  :/)

Ryan replied,

And I love you.  I'll do my best to make things up with you.  Please take care of yourself as well.

(Yup, it's a sad situation. :/)

Lisianthus replied,

I-I will. Please be safe...

She didn't know what else to say but broke in tears, for this wasn't how she wanted things to go, not at all.

Ryan was about to shut off the telepathy when he suddenly heard the sobs coming from Lycoris.  Quietly, he replied,

I can't be with you but please, Sia, don't shut others out.  At least talk to Duchess Irene or Nerine.  It's ok to depend on them, at least until I can return to you.

Lisianthus took a deep breath to try to calm herself down and replied quietly,

I-I'll be fine. Don't worry about me. Just return safely. Please.

Ryan replied,

I'll do my best.  If there's anything else, I can stay to chat.  Otherwise, I should head off to sleep and you should, too.  Rest is important, after all.

Although Lisianthus wanted to talk to Ryan as long as possible, she knew he needed his rest for tomorrow. So she replied,

No, that's all. Take care of yourself.

Ryan replied,

Ok.  Good night then, Sia, and I hope we can talk some more soon.


He then shut off the telepathy but remembering to contact Duchess Irene, he then said,

Duchess Irene, it's me.  Are you still there?

Irene was still in her room, nervously anticipating Ryan to talk to her. As he did, she immediately replied,

I'm here, Ryan. How did it go?

Ryan sighed and then he briefly summarized his conversation with Lisianthus.  After he was done, he added,

I'll try not to sacrifice myself if I can but I don't know what else to do.  I'm stuck.

Irene sighed and after a few moments of silence, she replied,

You and Lycoris have to get through this first, Ryan. If...If Lycoris does end up sacrificing herself, things with Lisianthus would get solved on their own but I know you can't let this happen. In the same time, you can't sacrifice yourself along with her. You'd be killing Lisianthus this way, Ryan. I mean it.

(Btw, I am curious about something. How does Ryan plan to sacrifice himself? I mean, the shapeshifter does want Lycoris' powers in particular and all. XD)

(I'm not sure exactly but Ryan might use some sort of spell that would allow Lycoris to not have to sacrifice all of her powers but the consequence would be that he'd have to give up some of his.)

Ryan sighed and replied,

I know and if I can, I won't sacrifice myself but I won't know what to do until I'm confronted head on with the problem.  I don't want Sia to suffer anymore than she has but at the same time, I can't let Lycoris suffer.  She's been through too much already.

(I see. That won't work if the shapeshifter does make him wear the bracelet to neutralize his powers though. XD)

Irene could see what a tough situation Ryan was in and replied,

I understand, Ryan. In the meantime, I'll do my best to remain by Lisianthus' side and comfort her. I suppose you have no choice but to go through with this.

(Yes, that's true.  I hadn't thought too far ahead but we'll see what happens.  XD)

Ryan replied,

Yes, that's true.  I'm glad to know that you'll be with Sia through all of this.  I do appreciate your help and I'm sorry that I can't be there myself.  I-I should be there to talk to Sia directly and hug her and beg for her forgiveness.

(Yup. XD)

Irene couldn't help but smile softly and replied,

The time will come for this, Ryan. Just come back safely, you and Lycoris and I am sure that things will get resolved with Lisianthus. She does love you very much and she'll do whatever it takes her to have things work out.

Ryan replied,

I believe that and I'll do my best to resolve things with her, too.  I shouldn't keep you.  You must be quite tired and want some sleep, and I should get back to Lycoris.  She'll be wondering what's keeping me.
