Romance RP

Lycoris blushed a little deeper but giggling it off, she replied,

"Aww you wouldn't have to worry about that now. No man could ever take my attention from you either. I definitely mean that."

She smiled almost meaningfully although with intention to do so, but she truly felt that in Ryan's presence, she could pay attention to no other man.

Ryan blushed deeply and replied, "I am very happy to hear that."

Meanwhile, Bryan finished his song and he got up to take his bows.  The audience clapped happily, and Ryan did, too, admiring how well Bryan could play.

Rosaline clapped delightfully as well, quite happy and impressed with the song more than anyone else. Lycoris clapped as well and commented,

"This was beautiful, just as always. Bryan is really talented."

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Yup, he definitely is.  I've never heard anyone play the piano as well as him."

Meanwhile, the hosts were setting up to get the musicians to resume playing music for the dancing.  Bryan turned to Rosaline and asked,

"Would you like to dance for a bit, my love?"

Lycoris nodded in agreement and replied, "That's absolutely true. His talent is just wonderful."

Rosaline nodded happily and said, "I'd love that, my love. Dancing with you after that beautiful song feels just right."

Bryan smiled softly and replied, "I wholeheartedly agree, my love."

He reached out to hold Rosaline's hand and led the way to the dance floor.  Meanwhile, Ryan commented,

"It looks like the musicians are about ready to play the next song."

After a few minutes, another song started and it was a slow one so Ryan wrapped his arms around Lycoris' waist and took the lead in dancing to the music.

Lycoris wrapped her arms around Ryan's neck gently and followed his lead in the dance, enjoying every moment and thinking to herself how lucky she was.

Rosaline danced with Bryan happily as well, enjoying the slow dance with her love.

The couples danced happily to the music, enjoying the beautiful atmosphere and each other's company.  Ryan looked happily at Lycoris and asked,

"Do you like slow dancing or fast dancing more?  Or perhaps you like both?"

Lycoris smiled softly and replied,

"I like both. Dancing is fun for me whatever kind it is and my partner matters a lot, too, so I am quite happy that I am getting to dance with you."

Ryan blushed and replied, "And I am happy to be dancing with you.  There's no one I'd rather be with than with you.  I couldn't have asked for a more perfect date."

His eyes sparkled with happiness, as he meant every word he said.

Lycoris blushed deeply and her heart beat fast, but she quickly smiled softly and replied,

"Aww you do know how to flatter me, Ryan. I can definitely tell you're flattering me this time, though, as I am sure Sia would have been the most perfect date for you. But I am definitely honored to be spending this special day in your company."

Ryan pouted and replied, "But I meant every word I said.  I'm sure I would have enjoyed the festival with Sia as well but it wouldn't have been the same.  I love how your face lights up with happiness upon every new experience here.  That's not something that would have happened with anyone else, you know."

Lycoris blushed a bit deeper and after a moment of silence, she replied shyly,

"Well, I am glad that you find my curiosity entertaining. At least you're not bored because of my many questions. I thought they would bore you and prevent you from enjoying the day."

Ryan shook his head and replied, "Never.  I would never be bored with my angel.  You keep me interested and all I ever want to do is be in your presence."

He continued to dance happily with Lycoris and wished that the night could last for a while.

Lycoris smiled softly and although she hesitated, she leaned in a bit closer to Ryan, enjoying the night as well, wishing it could never end so she could stay with Ryan like that.

Ryan blushed happily as Lycoris leaned in closer and continued to hold her happily in his arms, dancing until the song was over.  Then the couples clapped happily and the musicians got up, taking their bows.

As Ryan clapped, he thought about how wonderful the day had been and it couldn't have been more perfect.

Lycoris clapped happily as well and she, too, was quite happy with their day. She addressed Ryan as she said,

"So this is the end of the festival, right? I really enjoyed myself today. It was a wonderful time we spent."

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Me, too."

Suddenly, there were beautiful, bright fireworks exploding in the sky and gazing up, Ryan said,

"And here come the fireworks.  They're definitely the highlight of the night."

Lycoris looked at the sky with an amazed look of wonder as she gazed at the fireworks and smiling happily, she said,

"Wow, they're really beautiful. They lighten up the sky so wonderfully. I love them."

Ryan smiled softly and replied, "Me, too.  They're the perfect way to conclude the festival.  Don't you think?"

The people surrounding them looked up at the sky as well, admiring the fireworks.

Lycoris nodded happily as she continued watching the fireworks and replied,

"They definitely are. I couldn't think of another more beautiful way to end the day with. They're amazing."

The fireworks continued to light up the sky and after a few more minutes, they were over.  Ryan then turned to Lycoris and said,

"I guess everyone will be either leaving or cleaning up.  We should go get those treats and then we can head on home."

Lycoris nodded and replied, "Yup. Today was such a wonderful day although I am sure exhausted at the moment so heading home sounds great. Let's get Robert and the little ones first then get those treats."

She held on to Ryan's arm and waited for him to lead the way.

Ryan nodded happily and gently holding on to Lycoris' arm, he led the way to where Robert and the puppies were resting and waiting for the couple.  He then helped Lycoris get on Robert and then led the way to the food booths.  Ryan then requested for a small box of apple cookies and paid for them.  He did the same for the candied apples.  Finally, he arrived at the booth where the farmer and his wife were waiting.

The farmer smiled at the couple and asked, "Did you two have fun today?"

Lycoris smiled softly to the farmer and nodding, she replied,

"We sure did. You have such a beautiful apple festival here, sir. And the efforts of the people as well as the king and queen sure made everything perfect."
