Romance RP

Ryan grinned and replied, "I'm happy you like it.  I made plenty so if you want more, just let me know."

He took his fork and began to eat his spaghetti, feeling quite hungry.

Lycoris continued eating her dinner as well, enjoying its taste and savoring every bit. There was a slight blush over her face as Ryan was placing his arm around her waist, but she didn't mind it one bit, for she enjoyed being close to him anytime.

As they ate, she said, "How are we going to pass the evening, Ryan? Do you have any ideas?"

Ryan looked thoughtful and replied,

"Hmm, I'm not sure.  But perhaps we could do some reading.  We could read one of the magic books here or if you're in the mood for some lighter reading, perhaps a story?  What would you like?"

(Getting sleepy here so I'll get off for the night now and go to sleep.  I'll post again after I get back from work tomorrow.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Lycoris smiled and nodding, she replied, "Sure, I'd like to read. How about a story? I like stories very much. Like the one you read to me in the gods' world. It was so interesting and I'd like to read something like it again."

Ryan smiled and nodding, he replied, "Sure, I'd like that, too.  There should be a few adventure books so after dinner, we can go upstairs to the library and see what books interest you."

He continued to eat his dinner and soon finished.  However, he held on to Lycoris so that he could wait for her to finish as well.

Lycoris was soon all finished with her dinner, and happily said,

"That was delicious but I'm really full now. Thanks for the dinner, Ryan."

Ryan replied, "I'm happy that you liked the meal, Lycoris."

Seeing that the puppies were all done now, he then said, "I'll go take care of the clean up so I'll let go of you but after I'm done, we can head on to the library."

He let go of Lycoris' waist and after getting up, he began to clean up the table, picking up the plates, bowls, and utensils.  Then he put away the leftovers and washed the dishes.

Lycoris waited patiently for Ryan to finish cleaning up and washing the dishes and utensils so they could head on to the library, looking forward to their evening together.

Ryan finished the clean up and after he was done, he approached the puppies and picked them.  Then he gently placed them in Lycoris' arm.  After helping Lycoris to her feet, Ryan said,

"Ok, I'm all done.  Let's head to the library and find a good book."

Gently holding on to Lycoris' right arm, Ryan led the way out of the kitchen and to the library.

Lycoris followed Ryan to the library, and as they walked, she curiously asked,

"Did you read all the storybooks in your library?"

Ryan nodded and replied, "Yeah, pretty much but it's always fun to read the same books again even after you've already read them."

The couple made their way to the library and activating the shared eyesight spell, Ryan approached the bookshelf that contained story books and said,

"Ahh here we are.  Look around, Lycoris, and tell me which book you'd like me to read to you."

Lycoris looked around the storybooks bookshelf, observing the names and trying to choose one the interested her the most. Finally deciding, she pointed at a book of a romantic fairytale and said,

"This one looks nice. Can we read it?"

Ryan looked at the book that Lycoris pointed to and nodding, he replied,

"Sure, that sounds like a good one."

He took the book out of the shelf and then said, "How about we read in my room?  We can sit on the sofa and I can pull a blanket over us to keep warm.  How does that sound?"

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Sure, that sounds nice. Come on, let's go. I can't wait."

She held on to Ryan excitedly and waited for him to lead the way to his room.

Ryan grinned and happily, he led the way out of the library and down the hall until they reached his room.  Then he led Lycoris to the sofa and helped her sit down.  He then grabbed a blanket from a dresser drawer and sat down next to Lycoris, pulling the blanket over them to keep warm.  With his left arm around Lycoris' waist so he could activate the shared eyesight spell and his right hand on the book so he could read, he asked,

"How's that?  Are you comfortable, Lycoris?"

Lycoris blushed a little but indeed, she was quite comfortable and warm. Nodding with a smile, she replied,

"Yes, definitely. This is quite comfortable and I don't feel cold one bit. Shall we start then?"
