Romance RP

Lycoris blushed even deeper, her heart swelling as she heard such genuine words for her. She couldn't believe she had such an impact on anyone but there was Ryan and he sounded so sincere, which was enough to touch her heart more than ever.

Unable to do anything, she smiled sweetly to him and reached out to hug him tightly but affectionately.

(Ahh I'm curious about something.  If Ryan and Lycoris become a couple, would Nerine no longer hate Lycoris?  I mean, Lycoris would no longer be in love with Alex and all.  XD)

Ryan happily returned the hug, feeling lucky to be in the presence of such an angel.  Smiling softly, he said,

"You know, I'm truly lucky to have you in my life.  My world would be darker without you."

(Ahh that's true but Nerine did hate Lycoris way before that. XD The thing with Alex only made things a lot worse and Nerine can't forget certain things like Lycoris drugging her. XD)

Lycoris smiled softly to herself and replied,

"I could only say the same thing about you. I don't know what I would have done if you weren't by side although I know I say this a lot. My life would be nothing without your presence in it."

(Ahh I see but that's too bad.  :/)

Ryan blushed upon hearing Lycoris' words and replied, "I'll always stay by your side, my angel, and attend to your every need."

The puppies barked happily and chuckling, Ryan added, "And our boys will be with you, too.  How about we enjoy the rest of the afternoon?  I'm pretty selfish in saying this but I don't want to share my angel with anyone except our boys."

(Ahh I think the only way Nerine may come to tolerate Lycoris more would be the latter saving her life or something and endangering her own in doing so. Then she might come to see how much Lycoris truly loves her. XD)

Lycoris smiled and nodding happily, she replied, "And I don't want to share you with anyone either but our little ones. Let's have the rest of our walk then."

She held the puppies in her arms and followed Ryan around, as they walked for the rest of the afternoon.

(I see.  I wonder if it's possible to create such a situation.  XD)

Ryan held on to Lycoris' arm as the couple and the puppies walked around outside.  He activated the shared eyesight spell so Lycoris could gaze at her surroundings and enjoy the beautiful afternoon weather.  He commented,

"I enjoy sunny days like today.  It's been a while since we had one."

(Ahh perhaps it's possible, with the captain on the loose and all. He might try going after Alex and Nerine at some point. XD)

Lycoris was surprised but happy as Ryan activated the eyesight spell, and looking delightfully at her surroundings, she nodded and said,

"Me too. The sun is so beautiful. But Ryan, I want to ask something. Why does the sun only lighten the world during the day? And in the night, it's replaced by the moon, right? Why can't it be always sunny like this? Not that I am saying that I don't like the night. I love the moon and the stars but how does this all work?"

She looked quite curious as she thought of those questions.

(Ahh I see.  XD)

Ryan looked thoughtful and replied, "Well, it has to do with the way this world moves."

He explained to Lycoris that the sun and the moon rotated in a daily cycle so that was why there's always a day followed by a night.

Lycoris looked thoughtful and delightful as she heard from Ryan all that she wanted to know, and was fascinated by all the new information. She replied with much amazement,

"This is so magnificent. And I had no idea that the humans' world moves like so! Do the gods' world and devils' world move around like this, too?"

Ryan looked deep in thought and replied, "I'm not entirely sure but I would assume so.  As far as I know, all worlds have days and nights.  The difference seems to be in the number of moons.  It's quite fascinating, isn't it?  And did you know that the stars hear can form certain constellations that resemble specific shapes?  It's quite special."

Lycoris looked quite curious and replied,

"Really? So are the stars like people and they dance in certain shapes? But they dance so beautifully and they lighten the sky and make it shine. What shapes do they make, Ryan? Do they make the shapes of things in this world?"

Ryan smiled softly as he heard Lycoris ask her questions and replied, "Well, some of the shapes do resemble those of people but they also look like certain animals and objects.  If you'd like, we can try stargazing sometime.  We can look outside the window and I can point out all the constellations to you.  We'd need it to be a clear night, though."

Lycoris nodded happily and replied,

"I'd really like that. The stars are such beautiful creatures and it'd be so wonderful to gaze at them and observe their beauty. Can we do that the next chance we get? The very next night it is clear and we can do it? Please, Ryan?"

She looked eager and pleaded with Ryan just like a little child begging their parent to let them do something.

Ryan chuckled happily and replied, "Sure, we can do that.  How about tomorrow night then?  I think the sky will definitely be clear and I can use the shared eyesight spell to show you the beautiful stars and the constellations they make."

Lycoris smiled happily and replied,

"Yays. Thank you so much, Ryan. I can't wait for it already. I am sure tomorrow night will be such a fun, lovely one indeed."

She hugged Ryan happily in gratitude.

Ryan happily returned the hug and replied,

"I'm looking forward to it and I do love seeing my angel happy."

The puppies barked happily and Ryan added, "And our boys are looking forward to it, too.  I want to show you so much of this world, Lycoris, and how much beauty there is in it."

Lycoris replied, "And I can't wait to see it all. I am sure I am going to love everything you show me, for you only show me the most wonderful things."

The couple continued enjoying their afternoon like so, enjoying each other's company and the delights of their environment.

The couple continued to enjoy the rest of the afternoon, taking in the sights of the environment.  As the sun began to set to end the day, Ryan turned to Lycoris and asked,

"Do you want to go ahead and have dinner now?  It looks like the day's just about over."

Lycoris noticed the sun setting too and nodding, she replied,

"Sure, I'd like that. I am starting to feel a little hungry."

Ryan nodded and as he escorted Lycoris inside the house, he asked,

"What would you like for dinner, Lycoris?  If you don't have anything particular in mind, I thought I'd try making a seafood spaghetti dish tonight along with a salad and some garlic bread.

Of course, if you'd like something else, you can tell me."

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Sure, I'd like to taste how that is. It sounds delicious.

And you know, it's ok not to ask me what to have for meals. I mean, I don't really many of the names of the food and really, I like to taste everything."

She giggled a little over her comment.

Ryan chuckled and replied, "Well, if you're really ok with that.  I just don't want to serve my angel anything that she may not like."

The couple reached the kitchen and after Ryan helped Lycoris into a seat at the table, Ryan began taking ingredients out of the icebox to cook dinner for the two of them as well as the puppies.

Lycoris sat patiently meanwhile, waiting for Ryan as he cooked dinner for them both. She held the puppies in her arms and petted them gently, being in higher spirits than how she was earlier.

Ryan continued to cook dinner and after some time passed, he was finally all done.  He laid down bowls of food and water for the puppies and then proceeded to set the table.  He placed utensils and then bowls of salad topped with vinegar dressing.  Then he placed hot plates of seafood spaghetti for the two of them along with a basket of freshly baked garlic bread and glasses of grape juice.

After Ryan finished laying everything on the table, he took a seat next to Lycoris and placing his left arm around her waist, he activated the shared eyesight spell and said,

"Dinner's all ready.  I hope you like it."

As vision came to Lycoris' eyes and she could see all the delicious food before her, she replied happily,

"Wow, this is looking really, really good. I can't wait to try it out."

She reached out to her utensils and it was easier to manage as Ryan sat beside her, and took a bite out of her plate. After swallowing it, she happily said,

"Yum. This is so good and I haven't tasted it anything like it before. You're so good at this, Ryan."
