Romance RP

As Bryan looked around and listened to Lisianthus' commentary, he said,

"I'm surprised that there isn't a music conservatory here in Cephiron for up and coming musicians."

Ryan replied, "Well, there is a town that does specialize in music.  I believe it was Blacklily?"

He looked to Lisianthus for confirmation.

Lisianthus smiled and nodding in confirmation, she replied,

"That's true. I should take you sometime to Blacklily, Bryan. Not only is it exceptionally beautiful as it's a city in the sky, but it has wonderful musical abilities that would really interest you and the music concert there is one of a best."

Bryan looked excited upon hearing the prospect of visiting Blacklily and replied,

"I'd love to visit Blacklily sometime."

Then he glanced at Rosaline and remembering her fear of heights, he then added, "But we'd have to fly, right?"

Lisianthus nodded and replied, "Oh yes, there's no other way to get to Blacklily but through flying."

Rosaline didn't like the idea very much, as she knew she wouldn't be very fond of flying high to get to a city in the sky. But suddenly getting an idea over how to twist this to her side, she said,

"Umm I wouldn't enjoy that very much but I don't want to prevent you, my love. You can accompany Lisianthus alone and enjoy your time."

Glancing at Ryan, she quickly added, "I can remain here and I'll find something to do. Or perhaps Ryan and I might do something together, if he doesn't mind, I mean."

Bryan noticed the way that Rosaline looked at Ryan and understanding, he replied,

"Ahh sure, that would be fine and if Ryan is all right with the idea, he can keep my love company.  I wouldn't want her to be alone while we're apart."

Ryan nodded and replied, "I wouldn't mind that.  I remember that Rosaline doesn't like flying very much and I'm sure we could find something to do in Cephiron if you want to go to Blacklily sometime, Bryan."

Rosaline was glad her plan worked out and it meant that she and Ryan would have another chance to spend time together. Lisianthus smiled and nodding, she replied,

"It's a plan then. Whenever you want to go, Bryan, just let me go."

Bryan returned the smile and replied, "Thanks.  I'll discuss it with my love and once we figure out a day I'd like to know, I'll let you know right away."

He and Ryan continued to look around the shop some more, gazing at the various musical instruments and other items and such.

The party continued having their tour around the music district for a while more before it was eventually getting dark, close to dinnertime. Rosaline noticed this and said,

"It's probably time to head back. It's getting late."

As Ryan was concerned about Lycoris and hoped that she was all right, he nodded and replied,

"Yup, you're right.  We should head back to the castle to have dinner with the others and I want to give Lycoris her present."

He turned to Lisianthus and said, "Let's go find the carriage."

Lisianthus nodded and led the way back to the city center where the carriage was standing. The driver saw the party approaching and opened the doors for them and once they were all inside, he got on and led the way back to the castle.

As the party headed back to the castle, Ryan said,

"When Rosaline and I were in Cephiron in the other day, we were talking about having the four of us go skiing in Four Marbles Park-in the winter section."

Bryan replied, "That sounds like a wonderful idea and we'd certainly have a lot of fun."

Lisianthus smiled and nodding, she replied, "Yup, I remember. It would be really nice and we'd enjoy ourselves a lot."

Rosaline was happy that Ryan remembered her idea earlier and nodding, she replied, "We should fix a date to go then, the four of us."

Ryan grinned and replied, "Definitely.  I'm looking forward to it and I'm open to whatever date everyone decides, as long as it's in the afternoon, of course."

Bryan nodded and replied, "Any day would be fine with me as well."

Rosaline nodded in agreement and replied, "Same here. I don't mind going anytime."

Lisianthus smiled and said, "Ok then. I'll check my schedule and we might go tomorrow afternoon. I think I am free then. We can go and enjoy our time. How does it sound?"

Ryan replied, "Sure, tomorrow afternoon sounds wonderful."

Bryan nodded and added, "I agree.  I can't wait to go skiing again.  It's been a while since we last did so."

He looked on happily at Rosaline.

Rosaline returned Bryan's happy looks and after a while, the carriage was back inside the castle. The driver got off and opened the door to help the couples out.

Rosaline held Bryan's arm and while Lisianthus held on to Ryan's, she said,

"Let's head to inside. The others are probably waiting."

She led the way to inside.

Ryan escorted Lisianthus as they headed inside the castle.  He hoped to find Lycoris all right, worrying about how her meeting with Nerine went.

Meanwhile, Bryan escorted Rosaline and he commented, "This afternoon was so much fun.  This world sure does have a lot to offer."

Rosaline smiled to Bryan and replied, "I'm happy you enjoyed your time this much, my love. You've still got a lot to see and enjoy."

The party made it at the dining room, where Irene was seated, chatting with Nerine who was present with Lycoris also. Nerine looked happy as usual but Lycoris looked quite different from the afternoon, at least no longer as happy and delighted as she had been earlier.

Irene smiled to the party as they entered and said,

"Good evening, all. Welcome back."

Bryan smiled politely to Irene and replied, "Thank you.  How were your afternoons?  My love and I had a wonderful time with Ryan and Lisianthus."

Ryan noticed the expression on Lycoris' face and looking to Lisianthus, he telepathically communicated,

Nerine definitely did something to Lycoris.  I'm worried.

(Getting late here so I'll get off for the night now and get some sleep.  I'll post again tomorrow after I get back from work so I'll see you then.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Irene smiled warmly and replied, "I had a good day, too, although it was mostly just the usual."

Nerine smiled to the party and said, "It's good to hear that you all had a good time. I and Lycoris enjoyed our afternoon, too, didn't we, Lycoris?"

As she heard Nerine addressing her, Lycoris quickly nodded and quietly said, "Y-Yes, of course we did."

Lisianthus noticed Lycoris' demeanor as well and replied to Ryan telepathically,

I see what you mean. You better talk to her, Ryan, when there's a chance to see what's wrong. Nerine seems to have hurt her, one way or another.

Ryan replied,

Yes, I'll definitely do that.  I'll talk to her this evening and try to find out what happened.


He then addressed the others and said,

"Guess all we need to do now is wait for Alex and Avi and then we can all have dinner."

Irene added, "And Duke Collins, too."

Alex and Avi entered the room a little after and Avi grinned to everyone, speaking up,

"Good evening, all. We didn't keep anyone waiting, did we?"

Ryan shook his head and replied, "Not at all.  We only just got back ourselves."

Alex happily approached Nerine and asked, "Did you have fun this afternoon, darling?  I sure missed you."

Nerine nodded happily and replied, "Of course. I and Lycoris had a most pleasant afternoon but I missed you a lot too, my Alex."

Seeing how almost everyone was present, Lisianthus went ahead and ordered dinner be brought while Duke Collins would come.

As the others waited for dinner to be brought, Ryan turned to Avi and asked,

"How did you and Alex enjoy the afternoon, Avi?  It sure flew by quickly for us."

Bryan nodded and added, "Definitely.  It was a lot of fun going to Cephiron and having us all together."
