Romance RP

Megan replied, "Thank you, thank you!  I feel just like a princess with all my dreams coming true."

Stacey giggled happily and replied, "You certainly do look like a princess."

Alex noticed the blush in Nerine's cheeks and somehow that inspired him to continue singing more, to sing from his heart and to make each word count.  As he sang, it was like he was only singing for her and he wanted Nerine to know that his love for her would be eternal if she gave him a chance to try to mend his wrongs.

William chuckled happily and nodding, she replied,

"Yup, she sure does. She is beautiful, graceful, talented and lovely. Now, definitely a princess, isn't she?"

As Nerine continued to play, she would listen to Alex's song and she could feel the love and feelings behind it, as though Alex was trying to reach to her, to tell her that he still loved her, that there was still hope for both of them. Or was he? Was she that desperate that she was imagining it?

As she continued to play, there were a couple of tears that trickled down her cheeks but she continued to play, not wanting to stop the song and continuing to pour her whole heart into the music.

Megan blushed and shyly replied, "Aww but if I'm a princess, then William is the best king ever."

Stacey looked lovingly at William and replied, "I definitely agree on that."

Alex continued to sing and noticed the tears that trickled down Nerine's cheeks although he wasn't sure what the cause of them was.  He continued to pour his whole heart and soul into the song and after a few more minutes, the song was over.

Bryan then clapped happily and said, "That was beautiful.  A wonderful pair you two make."

William blushed and looking lovingly at both Stacey and Megan, he replied,

"I must be a wonderful king because I have a lovely queen by my side supporting me all the way, too, along with my dear little princess."

Lycoris nodded happily and clapping, she replied, "Yup, that was so great. You two go along amazingly."

Avi nodded wholeheartedly and replied, "Best song I've heard in a long while."

Meanwhile, Rosaline noticed the tears on Nerine's cheeks and asked, "Nerine, you ok?"

Nerine took a few moments but then she wiped her tears away and smiling a little, she replied, "Yeah, I am fine. I am glad everyone liked the song."

Stacey and Megan blushed happily and Stacey replied, "You definitely are the best king ever, handsome."

Megan nodded and added, "Yup, yup!"

Alex turned to Nerine and softly said, "You were wonderful, darling.  Thank you for playing beside me.  We should do this more often."

Bryan said, "You two could become a famous pair, just like me and my love."

William smiled and holding Megan and Stacey close to him, he placed a soft kiss on each of their foreheads, expressing his love and happiness.

Rosaline nodded and replied, "Yup, that's right. You'd be quite the success."

Nerine smiled but she didn't say anything. How could she and Alex do that if they weren't even going to stay together, if their story was done and over?

She got up and put away the violin, taking back her seat silently.

In turn, Stacey and Megan kissed William each on the cheek, expressing their love and happiness for him.

Stacey then asked, "So what would everyone like to do tomorrow?"

Megan looked expectantly at William, waiting for his reply.

Alex followed Nerine and after taking a seat beside her, he replied, "Perhaps we could but we wouldn't want to steal the spotlight from the two of you."

Bryan shook his head and happily said, "We can certainly share."

William looked thoughtful for a moment then said, "Well, how about we go sailing one more time? We don't have much time left so we should think of the activities we want to repeat. Or what do you think?"

Rosaline nodded and replied, "Yup, my love is right. The world should see all the talents out there, right? And you two have a talent that shouldn't be hidden."

Lycoris happily agreed, adding, "Rosaline and Bryan are right. You two are so great together and people would love you."

Megan cheered and replied, "Yays!  I want to go sailing."

Stacey smiled and replied, "Me, too.  That sounds like fun and how about that picnic lunch?  I remember that we had the idea for that."

Megan replied, "I like that, too."

Alex blushed upon hearing the compliments and looking at Nerine, he replied,

"Perhaps we'll think about it but I should talk about it with my darling first, of course."

(Ok, it's getting late here so I should get off for the night now.  I'll check back tomorrow and post again.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

William smiled and nodding, he replied, "Sure, sounds great. We can go sailing in the morning and have the picnic lunch after that. We can have it in the resting spot-it's perfect for a lovely, peaceful lunch."

Nerine simply nodded but didn't say anything, preferring to stay silent. She was really feeling down and confused and didn't feel up to talking, for her mind was always thinking about other things.

Megan cheered and replied, "That's a perfect plan.  Let's do that."

Stacey added, "I agree.  I think we have tomorrow all set then."

As it was quiet, Alex asked, "So who would like to go next?"

Bryan replied, "I can play another piece if everyone's interested."

(I'll be going to work soon but I'll be back this evening to post again.  ^^)

(Take your time. ^^ I'll be going to my exam in a bit myself. XD)

William nodded happily and then remembering, he said, "How about we have those bananas now? A perfect dessert, isn't it?"

Avi nodded and replied, "That sounds great, Bryan. Please do."

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Yup, please, Bryan. Your music is wonderful."

Stacey nodded happily and replied, "Definitely and they look quite delicious."

Megan added, "And I bet they even taste better.  Let's eat!"

Alex added, "I agree.  Your music is the best, Bryan."

Bryan smiled softly and getting up, he said, "Ok, since it sounds unanimous, I'll go play another piece."

He approached the piano and after taking a seat, he began to play a happy piece although it was a slower one this time.

William chuckled happily then got up to where the bananas were and brought them to the ladies. He divided them between them and they began eating the fruits happily.

The party listened happily as Bryan played his happy piece. Lycoris was enjoying it quite much, as was Avi, who was smiling all the time. Needless to say, Rosaline had a proud, happy smile as well, proud of her husband and how greatly he could play.

As the family ate their bananas, Megan looked curiously at William and asked,

"Are there any fruits like this in the gods' world?"

Alex enjoyed the music as well but he would glance frequently at Nerine, wondering how she was feeling.  He wanted to tell her that he would stay with her and her only as soon as possible but he wanted to not make it seem as though he had rushed into his decision.

William turned to Megan and replied,

"There is a fruit similar to this one a little. It takes this shape, but it's a little sour and it has a white color."

Nerine didn't exactly pay attention to the music as she was mostly distracted, and that sad expression on her face didn't seem to leave it one bit. She didn't even seem to notice that Alex was glancing at her.

Megan asked, "Is it better than bananas?  I wish I could try the food in the gods' world."

Stacey added, "Me, too, but William is the best gift ever from the gods' world."

Megan grinned and replied, "Yup, yup!"

Alex noticed Nerine's sad expression and he reached out to gently squeeze her hand.  As he didn't wish to interrupt Bryan's playing, Alex gave Nerine a look that silently asked what was wrong.

William smiled warmly to both Stacey and Megan and replied,

"Thanks, pretties. And nope, personally, I prefer bananas, pretty. They're sweeter and I think they look better, too. But I do have the sweetest things from the humans' world and they're right here with me."

Nerine felt Alex squeezing her hand and turning to him, she noticed the look on his face. Not wishing to worry him about her, she gave him a tiny smile and shook her head, silently telling him that it was nothing, although the look on her face told otherwise.

Stacey and Megan blushed warmly and Stacey replied,

"Our William is flattering us once again."

Megan nodded and replied, "Yup but I'll never get tired of hearing his flattery."

Despite Nerine's smile, Alex wasn't convinced that everything was all right so he figured that he'd try to talk to her later in private if he could.

Meanwhile, Bryan finished up the piece he played and after he was done, he stood up and took his bows.

William chuckled happily and replied, "Now, now, I speak only the plain truth. Any sane being would see that you two are the sweetest, most beautiful and kindest ladies ever."

After Bryan finished, Rosaline, Avi and Lycoris all clapped happily in delight. Rosaline said,

"That was impressive, my love, as always."

Lycoris nodded wholeheartedly and replied, "Yup! You have such a talent there, Bryan. The music is just wonderful!"

Stacey and Megan blushed deeper and Stacey replied, "And anyone can see that you're the most handsome, strongest, bravest man ever."

Megan nodded and replied, "That's right.  No man is better than our William."

Alex added, "Beautiful as always, Bryan."

Bryan grinned and replied, "Thanks, everyone.  I can take requests if anyone's interested."

William grinned happily and replied, "I am glad to hear it from my pretties. I want to be the best man ever for you two, to make sure that you're always happy and content. I'll do all that in my power to ensure it."

Rosaline looked thoughtful then replied, "Well, all that happy music sure cheered us up but perhaps you could do a romantic one? You're wonderful at those, my love. You can just think of me and it'll be all better."

She said that last comment jokingly and tongued teasingly to Bryan.

Stacey and Megan smiled lovingly at William and having finished their bananas, they placed the peels on a nearby table and then snuggled close to William, enjoying his warmth and love.

Bryan chuckled happily and replied, "Whatever my love wants, I obey."

He bowed gallantly at Rosaline and after resuming his seat, he began to play a slow romantic love song.

William finished eating his bananas as well and put away the peels, then wrapped an arm around each lady, engulfing them with his love and care, enjoying a peaceful, quiet evening.

Rosaline began listening to Bryan's music fondly, enjoying the romantic sound of it. Avi and Lycoris enjoyed the nice quality of the song as well. Nerine listened to the song as well but for some reason, it only made her sadder. It seemed as though it reminded her of love she thought she would never have again, and all the romantic, good memories with Alex that she thought were lost.

Stacey and Megan happily enjoyed William's company and as they did, Megan looked up at William and asked,

"William, if we were in the gods' world, how would we spend an evening like this?  Do gods have different traditions or hobbies from humans?"

Alex enjoyed listening to Bryan play the piano and was impressed as always by the quality and beauty of the piece.  He glanced at Nerine and felt that there was sadness coming from here and it only made Alex want to tell her that everything would be all right, that he would stay by her side and love her and only her for always.
