Rosaline continued to watch the sunset and soon, it was over. The sun has said goodbye and the night was slowly entering.

William meanwhile kept his eyes on the road, watching for the moment they would reach Faraday.

Stacey observed that the day had become night and looking a little worried, she said, "I hope we reach Faraday soon. It's not safe to travel at night like this."

Ryan turned to Stacey and replied, "I'm sure we will and besides, there are three strong men here so you all are well-protected."

He winked at Stacey and she smiled in return.

William kept his eyes on the road, watching out for the moment they would reach. It was getting dark but fortunately, they were approaching the town.

Bryan looked out at the window and despite it being dark, he could make out some tiny lights up ahead and what appeared to be some buildings. He pointed to them and said, "There must be Faraday straight ahead."

Stacey was relieved and replied, "I hope so. We should get someplace safe for the night."

Rosaline nodded and replied, "True. We then can start searching for the cure tomorrow."

William saw that they were entering the town, which looked to be pretty from inside, full of lights here and there despite being at night.

Ryan replied, "Definitely. First thing in the morning."

The driver then ordered the horses and soon they reached Faraday. He continued on into the town and announced, "We're in Faraday, folks. Would you like me to take all of you to the nearest inn?"

Bryan replied, "Yes, please."

The driver then ordered the horses to head towards the nearest inn.

William heard that they were heading towards the inn so he turned to the others and coldly said, "I am not going to stay at the inn with you. I have a place to stay here alone."

Stacey looked at William curiously and asked, "You have a house here? I didn't know that. In that case, we should ask the driver to drop you off at your place so you won't have to walk alone in the dark."

William turned to Stacey and with his still cold way, replied, "I can definitely take care of myself and yes, I have one here. When I first came to your world, humans, my first stop was Faraday and I had to have a place to stay."

Ryan raised his right eyebrow at William, as though to say,

There's no need to be rude.

But Bryan simply nodded and reply, "Oh ok then. We'll part ways once we reach the inn. How about we all meet at the lobby of the inn first thing after breakfast? Then we can figure out where and how to find the cure for my love."

William coldly replied, ignoring the look Ryan was giving him, "Doesn't make a difference with me."

Rosaline said, "I hope we can find the cure easily. I don't like to stay this way."

Bryan looked at Rosaline and replied, "Me, too, my love. I miss us being together, holding each other in our arms and showing each other what we mean."

The driver arrived at the entrance to an inn and announced, "Here we are, folks."

He then got off his seat and opened the carriage door, helping everyone out and taking care of the luggage.

William secretly felt angry at Bryan as he declared the love words for Rosaline but kept his temper. Rosaline blushed a little but didn't reply.

After they had arrived, Rosaline followed Bryan out of the carriage as William did, too.

(Hmm I think William is more jealous at Bryan. XD)

Ryan followed the others out of the carriage and then helped Stacey out as well. After everyone left the carriage, the driver took care of getting the luggage out of the trunk. Bryan instructed the driver to take the luggage inside the inn except for William's. Bryan then turned to William and said, "Here's where we part ways for the night unless you wish to join us for dinner."

(Hmm I think that's normal. lol)

William carried up his handbag and replied, "No. I'll come here in the morning tomorrow, so you better be ready."

He then turned around and began walking away, towards his little house.

After William had left the others, Bryan attended to Rosaline and the puppies, escorting them inside the inn. Ryan helped Stacey inside while the driver took care of carrying their luggage inside the inn.

Once they were inside, Bryan approached the front desk to ask if any rooms were available. Fortunately, there were some. He knew that Ryan and Stacey would want single rooms but he wasn't sure about Rosaline. Turning to her, he asked,

"My love, would it be all right if we shared a room together?"

Rosaline thought about it for a moment. She didn't know Bryan so well but according to what he said and what she saw so far, he was her husband and this was supposed to be alright. So she nodded and replied,

"As long as I keep the coach, yes."

Bryan nodded in understanding and replied, "All right, my love. I'll make sure that there's a sofa in our room."

He then went to the front desk and asked the clerk there for three rooms-two single rooms and a deluxe room for him and Rosaline with a sofa. The clerk nodded and gave three keys to Bryan.

Bryan then handed keys to Ryan and Stacey and said, "Let's all get settled in. Should we have dinner together?"

Ryan nodded and replied, "I would like that."

Stacey replied, "Me, too."

Bryan turned to Rosaline and asked, "How about you, my love? If you are tired, we can rest instead."

Rosaline shook her head and replied, "No, I am not tired. If you want to have dinner, I don't mind."

Bryan smiled and replied, "All right then. Let's all meet back here in the lobby in 30 minutes, ok?"

Ryan and Stacey nodded and then a couple of bellhops came over to help them carry their luggage upstairs. Bryan then gently held Rosaline's arm and said, "Let's rest a bit before dinner, my love. And we'll take the puppies with us, ok?"

Then they all went upstairs to check their rooms.

Rosaline followed the others, everyone to their own room. She was still trying to get along with everyone, since she didn't know much about them and felt like a stranger. But fortunately for her, that Bryan was always with her and it helped to have him.

Once everyone got to their rooms, Ryan entered his while Stacey entered hers. Bryan opened the door to his and Rosaline's room and then held the door open so that Rosaline could enter first.

Inside, the room was quite spacious, as big as their room back in Lessire. It had a comfortable sofa and a soft fluffy bed. The bellhop entered and dropped off their luggage.

After Bryan paid him, the bellhop left and then he and Rosaline were alone with the puppies. He looked around the room and said, "This is quite comfortable. Almost as good as our room in Lessire."

Rosaline observed the room and replied, "True. It's very nice."

She looked around the room and saw that it was big and comfortable. She was happy to see that since she didn't want to be alone with Bryan in a small room.

Bryan took a seat in an armchair and then turning to Rosaline, he asked, "Are you ok, my love? This must all be so overwhelming but I'm sure that once your memory returns, everything will make sense and fall into place."

The puppies walked around the room, sniffing curiously and getting used to their new surroundings.

(Getting late here so I should get off for the night and go to sleep. I'll post more tomorrow. Nite, nite, Love. ^^)

Rosaline smiled a bit and replied, "Umm I am sure everything is going to be alright. Hopefully we are going to find the cure tomorrow."

She then went to get seated, sitting in a chair near Bryan.
