Romance RP

Matthew nodded and replied, "I know but when I saw that trail of blood from you, that scared me.  I was afraid you'd die and I couldn't lose you."

He hugged Anjela tightly and thought to himself of how he never wanted to lose her.

Anjela returned the hug tightly and gently replied,

"I am sorry. I was only thinking of returning to you. In that dark moment, all I could think of was you, and how I needed you so much."

She trembled a little more and hugged Matthew tighter.

Matthew nodded and continuing to hug Anjela while gently rubbing her back, he replied, "Hey, I understand.  It's ok now.  You know, during that time we were apart, I sensed that you were in danger.  It turned out I was right."

Anjela laid her head on Matthew's shoulder and smiling softly, she said,

"You did? There-there was a moment when I was desperate, and I thought that captain would finish me off, and I felt more helpless than I felt in a very long time. So I-I involuntarily called out for you. I knew you couldn't hear me but I thought you could feel me and I guess you did."

Matthew nodded and replied, "Yup, I did.  I feel like we are connected, Anjela.  I love you and I'm so happy you're back with me."

He hugged Anjela, as though he never wanted to let go of her.

Anjela returned Matthew's hug warmly, and softly said, 

"And I love you, Matt. I won't let you get hurt anymore for me. I'll save you and make sure you only live a long, happy life, for you, for me, for both of us."

She reached to touch his hand and squeezed it gently, thinking that she would do whatever it took her to save Matthew and restore his health, even if that meant postponing taking her revenge.

Matthew smiled lovingly at Anjela and said, "I love you with all of my being, my Anjela."

He leaned in to give her a sweet kiss.

Anjela returned the kiss most passionately, pouring all her love and emotions into the kiss, wanting to show Matthew just how much she loved him and cared about him more than anything else, as though she prayed inwardly that she would save his life through the gesture.

Matthew happily continued to kiss Anjela.  His heart condition wasn't on his mind but rather, he just wanted Anjela to be happy and safe.  He would protect her and love her always.

Anjela continued kissing Matthew most lovingly for a few more moments until they had to break for air, and gazing fondly at him, she said, 

"My heart belongs to you, Matt, now and forever. I don't deserve how wonderful you are. You loved me unconditionally, despite all my flaws, and you're giving me everything although you know that I might not able to give you anything. But I know I can give you my love, my heart-it belongs to you now and forever."

Matthew happily replied, "And that makes me incredibly happy.  I truly feel like the luckiest man ever to be with you and to love you and be loved in return, my Anjela."

He wanted to focus on the good things and make every moment last.

Anjela couldn't help but blush and smiling softly, she gazed at Matthew and said, 

"You are the most wonderful person ever. I love you forever, Matt."

She kissed him lovingly on the cheek and it was nice that for just a few moments, she could feel carefree and forget about their worries for a bit.

Matthew smiled at Anjela and replied, "And I love you forever, my Anjela."

He held Anjela in his arms and just enjoyed the morning in her love, warmth, and presence.

Anjela relaxed in Matthew's arms, momentarily just enjoying his warmth and letting her body and her mind relax, feeling his love engulf her. She couldn't forget about his health and heart condition, though and it was constantly on her mind, but she wasn't going to give up. She would do whatever it took her to save Matthew and restore his health.

She looked at him and gently asked, "Does resting make you feel slightly better? This is exactly the same condition I had and you healed me of, right?"

Matthew replied, "Resting does help.  As for my heart condition, it is the same but the solution is different.  The witch knew how I had healed you last time, so of course, she wouldn't make it so easy this time."

He smiled a bit ruefully.

Anjela looked disappointed, as she had felt hopeful for a moment that maybe they could go a traditional way, but then that would have been too easy and obvious. But she suddenly had an idea. Looking at Matthew, she said,

"I-I know. If that true love kiss doesn't work...I'll go to the witch myself and make a wish to heal you. I don't care what she does to me even if she takes my heart's health again. I just want to heal you."

Matthew shook his head and replied, "No, don't do that, Anjela.  Besides, I doubt she'd ever make it easy, even if you were able to make it to her.  I think she really wants the true love kiss to work."

He hugged Anjela, as though silently telling her that things will work out.

Anjela returned Matthew's hug although she was starting to feel even more helpless. She looked sadly at Matthew and replied,

"Did-did that witch say I was your true love? Maybe I am not. And if I am not, I won't be able to save you..."

Matthew replied, "Well, she believes that you are and she is rooting for us.  I can tell, even if she doesn't say it in words.  So don't give up, ok?  I'm never giving up on us.  I believe what we have is true love and it's a love that nothing can break and that will last for eternity."

Anjela still looked troubled and restless, but then she realized something and furrowing her eyebrows, she said,

"Was that witch trying to get us together from the start? I mean, back then...you and I hadn't started a relationship yet."

(Here now. XD)

(Ok.  I'll be gaming but I'm here.  ^^)

Matthew replied, "No, I don't think that was her intention.  She probably knew that there was something between us.  Maybe she can see into the future?  I think it's best not to think too much about it and let things take their course."

(Okay. XD)

Anjela took a deep breath and sighing, she said,

""I am sorry. I know I am thinking too much, worrying about this but I can't help it. I feel incredibly guilty, knowing that you did this to save me from that poison. It's my fault."

Matthew shook his head and replied, "No, it's not.  It's no one's fault.  Things happened the way they did and I don't regret anything.  If I had to do things all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.  That's just how much I love you, you know."

Anjela was touched by Matthew's words and smiling sadly but lovingly at him, she said,

"You are an angel, you know. I don't know how I could deserve you but I am the luckiest ever to have you with me right now. I love you so much, Matt."

She leaned to give him yet another loving, passionate kiss.

Matthew happily returned the kiss, pouring all of his love and passion into it.  He, too, hoped that there would be a way to restore the health of his heart although he was more concerned about Anjela and making sure that she would find happiness and peace.
