Romance RP

Matthew smiled softly as Anjela fell asleep and closing his eyes, he soon fell asleep, too, the tiredness overcoming him.

(Should we start off the next morning for everyone?  XD)

(Sorry I am here late. It was terribly busy at work and it just started calming down. :/ And yeah, I'll start the next morning. ^^)

The sun shone as the new day started although Anjela didn't wake up as soon as the sun rose, her body still needing the rest. Her sleep was disturbed by unpleasant dreams, and she instinctively cuddled closer to Matthew, seeking his comfort.

(Awww it's ok.  I only got back from work a little while ago.  ^^)

Matthew woke up a little after the sun rose and he looked at Anjela with worry as she instinctively clung closer to him.  He gently rubbed her back and silently let her know that he was here with her and that he would never leave her.

Ryan woke up the next morning and he gazed lovingly at Lisianthus, who was sleeping beside him.  He was worried for her safety but he would make sure to create a magical trinket for her today so she'd have some sort of protection.

Anjela calmed down a bit, and was able to sleep a little more peacefully. She kept holding on tightly to Matthew, as though her unconscious mind never wanted to let go, even if she said otherwise when she was awake.

A little after Ryan woke up, Lisianthus woke up as well and opened her eyes. She smiled lovingly at Ryan and said,

"Hey, cutie. Good morning."

Matthew smiled softly as he watched Anjela sleep peacefully.  He didn't want to disturb her, but just enjoy this beautiful, peaceful morning with her beside him.

Ryan smiled back at Lisianthus and happily replied, "Good morning, beautiful.  Sleep well?"

A while later, Anjela started coming to and waking up. As her vision cleared, she smiled softly at Matthew and softly said, 

"Hey, morning. You woke up before I did."

Lisianthus nodded happily at Ryan and sighing happily, she said, "Yup, I slept quite well. I feel better today. Did you sleep well, cutie?"

Matthew nodded and replied, "Yup, I did.  How did you sleep, Anjela?  You slept ok?"

Although he asked, he had a feeling that Anjela didn't sleep well.

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Yup, I sure did, especially holding my beautiful in my arms.  And it looks like today is going to be a beautiful day."

Anjela was silent for a moment then burying her head into Matthew's shoulder, she quietly said,

"Not really. My mind is troubled and I don't tend to sleep very well when there are a lot of things on my mind."

Lisianthus grinned and replied, "Of course it will be."

She sat up and stretched, although her expression turned a bit gloomy as she realized they were still at the healers room. She took a breath then said, "I sure hope the healer says it's okay for me to leave right away. Meh, I'll leave even if he says otherwise."

Matthew gently rubbed the back of Anjela's head and softly replied, "I could tell.  I watched you a little as you slept and you seemed trouble although I understand why.  You don't deserve to be burdened by these problems."

Ryan couldn't help but chuckle and reply, "Well, you are the queen so your orders should override anyone else's."

Anjela took a deep breath and quietly murmured, "I got myself into this, didn't I? I angered the captain but it's not like I had a choice. But I am endangering you too and that's what really troubling me. And on the top of it, I am not even in shape so I can't protect us properly. I am sorry, Matt."

Lisianthus grinned and said, "Heh, yes, that's right. So I am getting back to work today and that's it. I can't waste any more time."

Matthew shook his head and replied, "No, it's not your fault, Anjela.  You aren't to blame for what's happening.  These people just need to stop going after you."

He sighed and asked, "Do you think the captain can be reasoned with?  Like we talk to him somewhere with the promise that there will be no fighting or capturing of one another?"

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Yup, I understand and after we have breakfast, I'll create that magical bracelet for you.  It helps if I can cast magic with a full stomach."

(This will be my last post for tonight so yeah, but I'll post again tomorrow before I go out to work and all.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Anjela furrowed her eyebrows and shaking her head slightly, she said, 

"This is the captain we're talking about. It's not like I would trust any promises he'd make, and I doubt he'd back down on going after me if he really just wants revenge."

She paused then sighing, she quietly said, "I'll have to confront him, maybe fight him. But definitely not now. He's stronger than me when I am in good shape so let alone that I'm injured."

Lisianthus giggled happily and replied, "I totally understand you there, cutie. Once we leave here, we can have a delicious, huge breakfast."

A little later, the healer from yesterday approached the couple. He bowed respectfully and smiling politely, he said, "Good morning, your majesty, sir. How are you feeling today, your majesty? If you will allow me, please let me check on you."

Lisianthus nodded and replied, "I am a lot better but please do."

The healer nodded and approached Lisianthus to check on her.

Matthew nodded and replied, "So for now, we're going to have to remain in hiding or find a way to block his magical tracker on you.  There has to be a way.  In the human world, there's always a way to counteract an action or we try to find a way."

Ryan stepped aside so that the healer could check on Lisianthus.  He hoped that he would give Lisianthus the ok to leave, as he knew how anxious she was to leave the healers room.

Anjela looked thoughtful for a moment, then said, "The rule is that a tracker spell can be only removed by its caster, but maybe we can ask around the magic district in Blacklily if they have a way out."

She paused then said, "Until then, we'll be extremely careful. He can detect our presence anywhere."

The healer checked on Lisianthus and smiling, he said, "Looking well, your majesty. You can leave today if you wish, but you still need to take it easy. No physical exertion and no stress, physical or mental. Your body still needs to recover out of the toxic effects it endured."

(Back from work and finally free.  ^^)

Matthew nodded and replied, "That I can definitely agree on."

He looked in thought and asked, "Do you think the captain would send his men after us when we're in a public place?"

Ryan smiled at Lisianthus and replied, "That's great news, beautiful.  We can get out of here and have breakfast, and then you can resume your duties.  But the healer is right.  It's best to take it easy."

Anjela furrowed her eyebrows and said, "Well, he hasn't tried to do it so far. He attacked me only when I was alone or during the night. There is no guarantee but I don't think he would be so bold."

Lisianthus grinned and replied, "As long as I can leave."

The healer nodded and said, "You can, your majesty. And if you need anything else or feel unwell at anytime, please let me know."

He bowed then excused himself. Lisianthus then looked at Ryan and happily said, "Let's go to my room. We can get refreshed and changed then get a huge breakfast."

Matthew nodded and looking thoughtful, he replied, "Then we should be ok here for the time being.  You need time to recover from your wound.  If you don't mind staying here for a couple of days, that is."

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Yup, that's a wonderful idea.  We should both get washed up and then have some breakfast."

He extended his arm to Lisianthus and said, "If I may escort my queen to her room?"

Anjela nodded and said, "I don't mind and we don't have much of a choice anyways. But we'll have to be careful none of the people here recognize me as the woman in the wanted signs. I won't avoid getting caught by the captain to be caught by the queen."

She sighed, resenting the mess she was pulling Matthew into.

Lisianthus nodded happily and said, "Of course, my cutie."

She held Ryan's arm and got up then followed him out of the healers' room.

Matthew replied, "Of course.  Well, since there are no wanted signs of me, I'm free to go out so if we need to buy anything, I can take care of it.  This village should have a local store where we can buy food, clothing, and basic medical supplies.  You should rest as much as possible."

Ryan smiled and he led the way out of the healers room and down the hallway.  He led the way back to Lisianthus' room so they could wash up, get changed, and then have breakfast.

Anjela nodded and sighing, she nuzzled her face against Matthew's chest and quietly said, "Sorry, Matt. You'll have to carry the burden of this as well as taking care of treating me. I am sorry."

The couple made it back at Lisianthus'room and once both were inside, Lisianthus looked at Ryan and said,. "Do you mind if I use the bathroom first, cutie?"

Matthew shook his head and smiling a bit, he replied, "You're never a burden to me, my Anjela.  It's going to be ok.  You rest and let me take care of you for now.  Your wound will heal as long as it has time to do so.  And on an upside, I do like this village.  It reminds me a bit of home."

Ryan shook his head and replied, "Not at all, beautiful.  I'll get myself a change of clothes and wait for you while you get ready."

Anjela smiled a bit and replied, "It's the first place that occurred to me when you asked me to teleport and it's not like we have anywhere else to go to. The people here are friendly and the inn's service is good."

She kissed Matthew softly on the cheek and said, "Thanks for everything, Matt. I am eternally in your debt."

Lisianthus nodded happily and said, "I won't take long."

She got herself a change of clothes and entered the bathroom.

Matthew blushed deeply and replied, "You're welcome, Anjela.  You just rest and take it easy for now."

Looking thoughtful, he said, "You must be hungry.  I should go get us some breakfast and perhaps a few clothes as well.  We had to hurry so we couldn't really pack."

After Lisianthus went into the bathroom, Ryan took a change of clothes and then took a seat nearby.  He waited while Lisianthus got ready for the day and he thought about what kind of magical jewelry he wanted to give Lisianthus.

(Getting sleepy so I'll get off for the night but I'll post again in the morning.  My Saturday class is resuming starting tomorrow so there will be a few hours I won't be online but yeah, I'll be here in the morning and in the evening.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

(No problem. It's my day off tomorrow so I'll be here to post as regular. ^^ Nite, nite, phoenix. ^^)

Anjela nodded and replied, "Yeah, that's right. I wish we could head to the apartment to take a few things but that wouldn't be quite wise now. Once I get a little better, I can teleport us briefly but we'll have to do for now. The inn can take care of the meals for us but umm, yeah, the clothes. We had to leave in our nightwear."

Lisianthus washed up quickly and changed out of her old clothes into a pair of short jeans and a light pink blouse. She let her hair flow beautifully down her shoulders then once she was done, she went out of the bathroom and as she put away her old clothes, she happily said, 

"The bathroom's all free, cutie."

(Ok, cool.  ^^)

Matthew chuckled despite the situation and replied, "Yes, that's right.  Well, first things first.  Do you know if this inn has room service?  We can ask for breakfast to be delivered here."

Ryan grinned as he gazed at Lisianthus and replied, "You look beautiful as always, beautiful.  Ok, let me go take a shower and get changed and then we can have breakfast."

He gave Lisianthus a quick kiss and then went into the bathroom to shower and get ready.
