Romance RP

Alex looked up to see Lisianthus and Ryan enter the room and nodding, he gave a small smile and replied,

"We had a fun time today. It was great spending time with my darling."

He looked to Nerine and tried his best to appear happy despite worrying about Lycoris.

Ryan looked around and noticed Avi but no Lycoris. Looking concerned, he said,

"Where's Lycoris? Is she sick or something?"

Avi turned to Ryan and told him the same story he had just told Alex, finishing with,

"So yeah, finding her asleep, I didn't want to disturb her."

Lisianthus looked saddened and replied, "Aww man, it sounds like Lycoris is still upset. I thought spending some time with you, guys and going out for the day would help."

Ryan nodded and replied, "Same here."

He turned to Lisianthus and said, "Perhaps after dinner, we could go check up on Lycoris for a little bit? We haven't seen her all day so perhaps some additional company might cheer her up."

Lisianthus nodded in agreement and replied,

"Yeah, that sounds good. We could pay her a visit and talk to her for a while. It might help her feel better."

A little after, Rosaline and Bryan entered the dining hall as well in the company of their puppies, although Rosaline didn't greet anyone, letting Bryan take the lead on that.

After Bryan, Rosaline, and the puppies entered the dining room, Bryan bowed before the party and said,

"Good evening, everyone.  I hope we haven't kept you waiting too long."

Ryan shook his head and replied, "Of course not.  Sia and I have only just arrived ourselves.  Lycoris is staying in her room so we should get started."

(I'll get off for the night now even though it's a bit early so just in case, I wanted to let you know but of course, I'll be back tomorrow so I can post more then. Nite, nite, Love. ^^)

(Nite, nite, phoenix and sorry for the delay in my last post. The power cut off and all. =\)

Rosaline wondered why Lycoris didn't come down but she and Bryan went to get their seats. Lisianthus then gave her orders to the maids to bring dinner.

Meanwhile, Nerine turned to Bryan and Ryan and asked, "So did you enjoy your day?"

(Ahh I see and it's ok. At least we can post more today. ^^)

Ryan looked to Nerine and replied, "We had a fun day."

He then described all the events that he and the others had done.

Meanwhile, Alex looked to Rosaline and as though he knew what she was thinking, he leaned in and whispered,

"Umm, Lycoris is asleep in her room so Avi didn't want to disturb her."

Nerine smiled and replied, "Ahh that's good. We had a nice day, too."

She went out to tell everyone of the activities they enjoyed today.

Rosaline looked a little worried and whispered back to Alex, "Is she alright? Or is she just tired from the events of the day?"

Ryan and the others listened as Nerine told them about their day as well and Ryan then replied,

"It sounds like everyone had fun today."

Alex sighed quietly and replied, "I think she's still upset about the surgery." Getting an idea, he then asked,

"Rosaline, if you wouldn't mind, could you talk to Lycoris? Maybe you can snap her out of her depression."

Nerine smiled and replied, "It was a good day overall."

The maids soon returned and laid the plates of food in front of everyone, before leaving the party to enjoy their meals.

Rosaline looked a bit thoughtful and shrugging, she replied, "Well, I'll give it a try. Not sure how well I can do but I'll try to help her."

(One thing I forgot to mention but another reason I've been posting LRR chapters so quickly is that I can curb my temptation just to buy Cinders. I'll get spending money eventually although it won't be for a while. XD)

As the others ate, Alex continued to talk to Rosaline and seeing that she was willing to help, he smiled gratefully at her and replied,

"Thanks, Rosaline. I'd really appreciate that."

He reached out to touch her hands but as he did so, he noticed her wrist injury. Looking at her with worry, he asked,

"Did you get hurt today?"

(lol I see. Well, that's good. You know I like your story a lot so I have no problems with the chapters coming out fast at all. XD)

Rosaline winced a little in pain as Alex touched her hands but quickly recovering, she smiled a bit and replied,

"Yeah, sprained my wrist. Fell while skating. Don't worry, it's nothing too serious."

She sighed, remembering how Ryan and Lisianthus looked so happy together on the ice in the morning.

Alex nodded and replied, "I see. Take care of yourself, ok? And you do know that you can talk to me if there's anything on your mind, right?"

He considered Rosaline to be a friend although he was no longer in contact with Rosalind.

Rosaline smiled to Alex and nodding, she replied, "Of course. Thanks, Alex."

She began eating as did the others, chatting together about the events of the day while enjoying how nicely-cooked the food was.

Alex nodded and he began to eat his food and as everyone ate, Bryan turned to Rosaline and whispered,

"Is everything all right, my love? I saw that you and Alex were whispering just now."

Rosaline turned to Bryan and nodding, she replied back quietly,

"Yeah, it's fine. It's just that Lycoris seems to be still upset about the failure of her surgery and Alex wants me to talk to her."

Bryan replied, "I see. I can understand why Alex asked you for your help. You have a good chance of getting through to Lycoris. Do you want me to go with you when you talk to her?"

Rosaline nodded and replied, "I'd appreciate it, my love. I think Lycoris trusts us and since we talked with her before, she might open up a little to us and we might be able to cheer her up."

Bryan nodded and replied, "Ok, then we'll all go see her after dinner."

Meanwhile, Ryan turned to Nerine, Alex, and Avi and asked, "What does everyone plan on doing after dinner?"

Nerine turned to Alex and replied, "I and Alex haven't decided on anything yet but I am sure we'll find something to do."

Avi shrugged and replied, "I'll probably check on Lycoris again but if she's still sleeping, I could go have a walk in the gardens or something."

Ryan nodded and turning to Alex, he said, "You and Nerine could go for an evening walk in the gardens or there's the library as well. I heard that you're a writer?"

Alex nodded and replied, "Yeah, I mostly write poetry but I want to write lengthier stories and my darling's going to help me with her art."

Nerine turned to Ryan and replied, "You should definitely read some of Alex's writings sometime, poetry or stories. They're really wonderful. I've seen only a bit of them but I liked what I saw very much."

Alex blushed and looking happily at Nerine, he replied, "My darling says the most wonderful things, doesn't she?"

Ryan smiled and replied, "I'd be interested in reading your work sometime, Alex. You should bring it here on your next visit or perhaps when Sia and I visit the human world, we can drop by your place and see it then."

Alex nodded and replied, "Sure, sounds good."

Lisianthus nodded in agreement and replied, "Yup, that definitely sound good and I want to see your works, too, Alex. I am sure they are quite nice."

Nerine smiled and replied, "You'll love them, I am sure of it."

Alex smiled and replied, "Thanks. I'll remember to bring them out the next time we're all together."

The party continued to eat dinner happily and Alex turned to Nerine and asked,

"So what do you want to do after dinner, darling?"
