Romance RP

Nerine looked thoughtful and replied, "How about a walk in the garden? There's that beautiful swing arbor we can enjoy the night on. It's very cozy and the view is wonderful down there."

As Alex wanted Rosaline to have time to talk to Lycoris and hopefully get some sense through her, he nodded and replied,

"Sure, that sounds wonderful. I'd like that very much."

Ryan looked on happily at Lisianthus, as they had romantic plans as well after a brief visit to Lycoris.

Lisianthus smiled back happily at Ryan, understanding his thoughts. The party soon finished dinner and Nerine said,

"Thank you for the dinner. It was delicious."

Lisianthus smiled and replied, "You're welcome. I am glad you all liked it."

Alex added, "Yes, dinner was quite delicious."

Bryan nodded and said, "It sure was and it looks like the puppies enjoyed themselves, too."

Ryan glanced at the puppies and smiling, he replied, "They sure do." He turned to Lisianthus and said, "Let's go see Lycoris now."

Lisianthus nodded and getting up, she said,

"Well, excuse us, everyone. We wish you all a pleasant evening."

Rosaline watched as the couple got up together and probably went to spend more time together, and she could feel her heart twisting in jealousy and pain.

(Aww, poor Rosaline. I can understand why she'd assume that although that's not what Lisianthus and Ryan are going to do at the moment. XD)

Bryan turned to Rosaline and seeing that her mind should be preoccupied, he smiled softly at her and said,

"Would you like to see Lycoris now or wait a little while?"

Meanwhile, Alex turned to Nerine and said, "Let's have that romantic walk, darling."

He got up and then escorted Nerine out of the room and outside.

(Yup, that's right. XD)

Rosaline snapped out of her thoughts then replied, "Let us wait a bit. She could be still sleeping after all."

Meanwhile, Lisianthus and Ryan went upstairs to Lycoris' room and Lisianthus knocked softly, saying,

"Lycoris, are you in there? It's me, Sia and Ryan is with me."

Inside, Lycoris had woken up only a while ago when she heard Sia's voice. She certainly didn't want anyone to come in and didn't want any company right now, so she remained silent, hoping they would go away on their own.

Bryan nodded and replied, "Ok."

He picked up the puppies and placing them gently in her lap, he then said, "Meanwhile, our boys will give you cute looks and keep you company."

The puppies gave Rosaline each a cute adorable look, happy to be in her company.

As there was no reply from Lycoris, Ryan frowned and said,

"We know you're awake so there's no point in avoiding us."

In truth, he didn't know for sure whether Lycoris was awake but took a chance that she might be.

Rosaline smiled a little and petting the puppies gently, she replied, "Of course. Nothing could keep my company better than my boys."

Lycoris felt a bit shaken as she heard Ryan's voice on the other side but decided to remain silent anyhow, hoping they'd eventually think she was awake and go.

Lisianthus looked a bit worried and asked, "Maybe she's really still asleep?"

The puppies barked happily and enjoyed themselves as Rosaline petted them. Bryan chuckled softly and replied, "You light them with happiness, my love. They look so happy when they're with you."

Ryan replied, "I doubt that although perhaps today's activities did wear out Lycoris. Perhaps if you were to take a quick peek inside, we could know for sure?"

Rosaline smiled a little and replied, "And they definitely fill mine too. I hope we'll always remain together, all of us, happily ever after."

Lisianthus nodded and replied, "Ok. Hang on."

She quietly opened the door and peeking inside, she could see Lycoris sitting up in bed, wide awake although not looking very well. She sighed and opened the door more, she said,

"You're awake. Stop avoiding us like that, Lycoris."

Lycoris looked startled as she heard Lisianthus' voice inside the room although she didn't say anything.

Bryan nodded and replied, "Me, too. I don't know if I've ever told you but you are the best thing that's ever entered my life as well as our boys'."

The puppies barked happily, wholeheartedly agreeing with Bryan.

Ryan entered the room as well, knowing that Lycoris was awake. Once the door was shut, he said,

"Lycoris, why were you avoiding us? Sia and I only wanted to check up on you since we didn't see you at dinner."

Rosaline blushed as she heard Bryan's words and felt touched. Not finding anything to say, she leaned in to give him a loving, sweet kiss on the lips.

Lycoris overcame her surprise and finally speaking up, she quietly said,

"Please...just leave me alone, ok? I don't want to be with anyone at the moment. Please."

Bryan happily returned the kiss, pouring all of his love and passion into it. The puppies watched on happily, their tails wagging at seeing Rosaline so happy.

Ryan sighed and looked at Lisianthus, wondering what they should. He thought it wasn't a good idea to leave Lycoris alone and considered whether he should pry into what was going on with her.

Rosaline continued kissing Bryan for a few more sweet moments and after the kiss was eventually broken, she softly replied,

"I love you so much, Bryan. Thank heavens you're by my side."

Lisianthus thought the same as Ryan did and looking to him, she shook her head, as a way to tell him that she wouldn't leave Lycoris like that. Approaching her, she replied,

"Lycoris, what's wrong? You can tell us what's bothering you, you know and we'll do our best to help."

Lycoris pulled away gently and replied, "Please, just leave me alone, ok? I'll be fine."

Bryan gazed happily into Rosaline's eyes and replied, "And I love you so much, my love. I don't know what I'd do without you."

The puppies barked happily and Bryan added, "It looks like our boys feel the same way."

Ryan sighed and replied, "We're not going to do that, Lycoris. It's obvious that something's wrong; otherwise, you wouldn't shut yourself in your room like this. If it's something you don't want the others to know, we can keep quiet about it."

Rosaline petted them happily and replied, "Definitely. We wouldn't be as happy if they weren't here to fill our life with their happiness."

Lycoris was silent for a few moments before she quietly replied, "I don't want to talk about anything, ok? Please, just leave me alone. I am not asking for much, am I?"

Bryan nodded and replied, "Yup, and they'll make our lives exciting and happy always."

The puppies barked on happily, loving being complimented.

Ryan turned to Lisianthus and using his telepathy, he communicated,

What do we do? I don't feel right leaving Lycoris alone like this but if we push her...

Rosaline petted the puppies a little more then said, "Do you wanna go check on Lycoris now?"

Lisianthus looked troubled and replied,

I don't want to push her either and she really doesn't look to be in the mood to talk at all right now. Maybe we should leave her a little and come again later?

Bryan nodded and replied, "Yes, that sounds good and I guess we should leave so the maids can take care of the clean up here."

He held the puppies in his arms and then waited for Rosaline so that they could go visit Lycoris.

Ryan nodded, agreeing with Lisianthus' idea. He turned to Lycoris and said,

"All right, we'll leave you alone for the time being, Lycoris, but we will come back and check on you."

He turned to Lisianthus and waited until she was ready to leave.

Rosaline got up and then followed Bryan up to Lycoris' room.

Lisianthus nodded and patting her hands gently, she said, "If you need anything, let us know, ok?"

She then got up and followed Ryan out of Lycoris' room.

As Bryan and Rosaline went upstairs and Ryan and Lisianthus headed downstairs, the two couples encountered each other. Ryan and Bryan were momentarily surprised but quickly recovering, Ryan said,

"Hey, you two. Are you going to see Lycoris? I hope you have better luck than we did."

Bryan nodded and replied, "Yeah. Alex wants my love to talk to Lycoris and you know, I'm sure she can talk some sense into her."

Rosaline was a little surprised as well as she saw the couple but she asked,

"What happened? You couldn't talk to her?"

Lisianthus shook her head and replied, "Not really. At first she avoided us but when we entered anyways and found her awake, she refused to talk to us at all."

Ryan nodded and added, "Yeah, we couldn't get through to her, no matter what. Sia and I didn't think it was a good idea to be too pushy so we thought we might try again later."

He paused for a moment and then continued, "I wanted to ask her if perhaps she was still upset about the surgery but I didn't want to be indelicate."

Bryan nodded and replied, "That's probably for the best. She might be hurting but asking her directly like that would only end in disaster."

(It's getting late here so I'll get off for the night now and get some sleep. I'll check back tomorrow and post again. Nite, nite, Love. ^^)

Rosaline nodded and replied, "Hopefully, we'll have better luck. Come on, Bryan."

She led the way upstairs to Lycoris' room.

Lisianthus called after them, "Let us know of how things turn out, ok?"
