Romance RP

Stacey felt happy that William liked the idea and so replied, "Great. Then we'll head to town after breakfast and go to the stables. It's such a beautiful day and the fresh air will be wonderful for both of us and the horses."

She continued to eat happily, unaware of the danger that lay ahead later on.

William nodded with a smile and continued eating his breakfast till after a while, he was done so he got up and washed up his things, then waited for Stacey to do the same.

Stacey finished her breakfast soon after William did and getting up, she brought her plate and utensils to the sink to wash them. After they were both done and the kitchen looked tidy, Stacey approached William and gently holding his arm, she said,

"Let's go, handsome. I can't wait for another happy day with you."

William nodded and replied, "Let us go then."

He held Stacey's hand and then led the way out of the hut, and towards the stables. As the stables was near the entrance of the town, it was close to them.

Stacey and William approached the entrance to the stables once they entered the outskirts of town and they entered. The manager recognized Stacey and giving her a friendly wave, he said,

"Good morning! It's been a while since you dropped by."

Stacey smiled and replied, "Definitely. My husband and I would like to go riding today so would you please get my horses ready?"

The manager nodded and replied, "Of course."

While the manager went to find the stable boys to tell them to get Stacey's horses ready, Stacey turned to William and said, "We should go to where the stable guys will have our horses ready."

William nodded and without saying anything, he led the way to where the horses would be ready for them, and there they found the stable boy preparing them for the couple. They waited for him and soon he was all done. William helped Stacey on her horse and then got on his, ready for a nice trip in the countryside.

After Stacey and William had gotten on their respective horses, Stacey turned to William and said,

"Lead the way, handsome. I'll be right behind you."

(I'm waiting until there are fewer witnesses. lol)

(lol I can't wait. xD)

William nodded and replied, "Okay then. Stay close, we wouldn't want to get lost from each other now."

He then ordered his horse to get going, and made sure that Stacey followed after him. They rode through the forests first, on their way to the countryside.

Stacey made sure to follow closely behind William as he led the way out of town and through the forests towards the countryside.

But unknown to her, a couple of men were on horseback as well, following the couple. They made sure not to be spotted and waited until Stacey was a little far away from William before they could make their move.

William continued riding through the forests with Stacey and every once in a while, he would glance at her to make sure that she was alright, close enough and having no problems. He was unaware that they were being watched, but thought everything was doing well.

As they continued riding, Stacey said, "Hey, I have an idea. Why don't we have a race? See which horse is faster. I bet you can't beat me, handsome."

She winked in a teasing way at William, wondering if he would take on the challenge.

William was a little hesitant about that idea but seeing how challenging Stacey's look was, and how the forests were empty and quiet, he smiled and replied,

"Alright then, we shall see about that."

He increased his horse's speed, accepting the race proposal.

Stacey was happy that William accepted her challenge and she ordered her horse to go faster. As fast as it would run, however, Stacey's horse was slower than William's.

The two men following saw their chance and waited until the distance between the couple was a little farther.

William continued riding fast with his horse, glancing back at Stacey every once in a while and although she was far from him, he didn't think it was way too far to be dangerous and so continued riding.

The two men saw their chance as William's and Stacey's horses were far enough apart and so they ran with their horses towards Stacey's. Stacey was unaware of what was going on until suddenly, she heard horses' gallops and even though she looked behind, it was too late. One of the men had grabbed her by her arms, relieving of her horse and holding her in his arms. He had one hand covering her mouth, making her unable to scream for help.

Then the two men ordered their horses back towards town, to an isolated area, hurrying before William would see that Stacey was no longer following him.

(I hope that's a bit exciting. XD)

William continued riding just a bit more before he looked behind and was astonished to see that Stacey was no more on her horse. He immediately stopped his own horse and called out for her,

"Stacey! Stacey, where did you go!?"

He got worried for her and panicked, and quickly turned around with the horse to go check where was she.

(Whew. XD)

Although the two men and Stacey were getting further away from William, Stacey could hear William yell for her. Briefly managing to free her mouth for a moment, she yelled, "William, these men-!"

But before she could say anything more, one of the men put his hand over Stacey's mouth again and gave her this glare, saying, "Try that again and your husband dies."

Stacey felt scared, not for herself but more so for William so she didn't try to yell again.

Although her scream was brief, William could hear Stacey clearly and continued, "Stacey! Where are you!"

He heard her saying "these men" and wondered if some thugs had kidnapped her or something, but continued searching frantically, especially in the area where he thought he heard the scream coming from.

The two men ordered the horses to run as fast possible and they carried Stacey away, further from William. She wanted to yell again, to tell him where she was, but after one of them threatened her, she dared not to.

They went back towards town but upon reaching the outskirts, the men ordered the horses towards an isolated shack. Once they arrived, they ordered the horses to stop, which they did. Then they grabbed Stacey and forced her inside the shack. Then they tied her up in a chair and gagged her mouth so she couldn't scream.

Meanwhile, Stacey was scared. She didn't know what to do. Obviously, she wanted to escape but she couldn't while she was being watched.

William continued searching and calling out for Stacey as loud as he could, but as he heard no reply coming, he knew that either she didn't reply or he had completely lost her track.

He continued riding till he was back to the town's outskirts and continued searching there, unsure where could she be, still in the forest or in the town.

Once Stacey was all secure and tied up, the two men moved a little away from her and one of them whispered to the other,

"We have her. When do we get our payment?"

The other man whispered, "When her rescuer comes. Don't worry. Lord James will come through on the money."

Stacey couldn't hear what the men were saying. Otherwise, she would have been astonished that Lord James had done all of this just to separate her and William.

(I hope that William will find Stacey soon. XD)

William continued searching in the outskirts of the town until he came through an isolated shack. He didn't know but something about it felt off, something that told him that Stacey could be there. Desperate that he wanted to find her, he stopped his horse near and got off it, then walked towards the shack.

Although it was perhaps a better idea to just knock the door directly, he wanted to observe everything about it first. So he had this quiet walk around the shack first, trying to observe its whereabouts.

Meanwhile, the man who had talked to Lord James last night was on a horse running towards the shack. He knew of Stacey's kidnapping and planned to "rescue" her in an attempt that she would forget about William.

Stacey tried to free herself from the chair but it was no use. The ropes around her wrists were bound so tightly and she couldn't even scream for help.

William continued examining the shack and he couldn't help but look through one of the windows. Fortunately he did, because through it he could see Stacey, but looking all tied up and scared. He was relieved that at least he had found her.

Looking through the window, he called out as he hit the window, "Stacey! Can you hear me!?"

Stacey could hear faint sounds coming from outside and looking towards the window, she nodded frantically, seeing William. However, the two men heard William as well and one of them stayed behind while the other went out to confront him.

Looking at William menacingly, he said, "Best you go away. We won't get paid until he comes."
