William smiled as well and replied, "I am glad that you had a fun day as well, Megan."

Noticing that the zoo was getting even quieter, he said, "So if that's everything, we should get going."

Megan nodded and replied, "Ok."

Stacey added, "Yup, we should go. Ms. Laura and the others will be back by now and we should make sure that Megan can have her dinner with them."

They then waited for William to escort them out of the zoo and towards the orphanage.

William then led the way out of the zoo, holding both Megan's and Stacey's hands in his. It was beginning to get a little dark, but there was still light enough for them to walk clearly.

Megan held William's hand and with her other hand, she held the gifts from the zoo. She felt happy that they had such a wonderful day and being at the zoo was fun.

Stacey held William's other hand and she, too, felt happy. It gave her joy to see Megan happy and to spend the day with William, happy that their day was peaceful and uneventful.

They all walked for a little while and then reached the orphanage. Stacey led the way inside and saw that Ms. Laura and the other children were back. Ms. Laura saw them enter and giving a warm smile, she looked at Megan and asked, "How was your day, Megan? Did you have fun?"

Megan nodded happily and replied, "Yup! William and Stacey are the best."

William smiled to Ms. Laura and said,

"Hello, Ms. Laura. I hope we weren't late or anything but as you can see, we were enjoying our time."

He smiled as he was looking towards Megan, whom he was happy to see her having fun and enjoying her day.

Ms. Laura shook her head and replied, "Not at all. I'm happy to see that all of you had a wonderful time. I was about to make dinner. Would you like to join us?"

Stacey thought it would be nice if she and William stayed for dinner with the children although she didn't say anything. Megan looked expectantly at William, hoping that he would say yes.

(I should get off to get some sleep for the night and all but I'm happy that you're back. I'll post more tomorrow. Nite, nite, Love. ^^)

Although William would have preferred to just go home and not bother Ms. Laura or the children, he saw the pleading in Megan's eyes and so smiling, he replied,

"Ahh I suppose that would be okay, if it isn't too much trouble."

Ms. Laura replied, "It wouldn't be any trouble at all." Turning to Stacey, she then asked, "Would you mind helping me with dinner? It'll get done faster if we both cook together."

Stacey nodded and replied, "Sure." She turned to William and then said, "You can play with Megan meanwhile. We shouldn't too long."

Megan continued to hold William's hand, liking the idea.

William smiled and nodded, liking the idea as well. As Ms. Laura and Stacey left to make dinner, he turned to Megan and said,

"That was our best date yet, wasn't it?"

Megan nodded happily and replied, "I loved today. The zoo was great and it was so much fun to spend time with you. I can't wait for our next date. I don't know how it'll get any better."

William replied, "I am sure it will be even better. We'll have a lot of fun like we did today and maybe more. Anything just to make you happy."

He gave her a kind smile and he was indeed happy that he was able to draw a smile on Megan's face.

Megan hugged William around the waist and with a beautiful smile, she replied, "Thanks, William. You're the best boyfriend ever."

Meanwhile, Stacey and Ms. Laura had finished cooking dinner for everyone and had set places at the tables in the dining room as well as brought out the food. Stacey then went to the children to call out that dinner was ready and then she found William and Megan. She said,

"Hey, you two. We're all done with dinner. I hope that you like fried chicken, biscuits, and cole slaw. We made plenty."

William smiled to Stacey and replied, "Sounds very delicious. Looks like you worked hard."

He turned to Megan and said, "Let us go now, shall we?"

Megan nodded happily and replied, "Yup, and dinner sounds delicious. I'm hungry after all the fun we've had today."

She held William's hand and led the way to the dining room. The other children had arrived and were seating themselves. Ms. Laura was serving food to them and when Stacey arrived, she helped her as well. Stacey served plates to the children and then to Megan and William. Turning to them, she said,

"Let me know if you'd like more, ok?"

William thanked Stacey as she served him and Megan the dinner which looked very delicious. As everyone got seated and began eating, he began eating from his plate as well, and the food was very tasty indeed.

Megan took a seat next to William and getting her plate of food from Stacey, she thanked her and then began eating as well. Grinning, she commented, "Yum! This is delicious."

Stacey heard the comment and replied, "Thank you. It looks like everyone else likes the food tonight."

Indeed, the other children were enjoying their meal and Stacey was happy to see that everyone was having a good time.

William continued 'eating his food as well, enjoying how delicious it was and feeling happy that everyone was having a good time. He had a good day today, spending it with his wife and Megan and watching the animals he loved. William never thought that one day, his life could change that much and become happy, after all the suffering he had went through.

As Megan continued to eat, she looked up at William and asked,

"So do you have any ideas for our next date?"

Stacey overheard Megan's question and looked over at William, hoping that he would tell her about the art exhibition in South Park this weekend. She thought that it would be a great idea for the two of them to go.

William thought about the matter for a moment and then remembered about the art exhibition in the South Park that Stacey had told him about. Knowing how much Megan loved arts, he thought she would love it. So replying to her, he said,

"Ahh Stacey told me that there will be an art exhibition in the South Park this weekend. I think you'd love to see that, won't you? There will be lots of art pieces in show."

Megan nodded happily and replied, "Yup, I would love that. My art teacher says that I should learn from as many artists as I can. They each have different styles and I should learn to develop one of my own. And it would be the perfect date for us."

Stacey smiled softly, seeing that Megan loved the idea.

William smiled as well and was happy that Megan loved the idea, so replying he said,

"Great. Then we know what our next date will be. I am sure we'll have as much fun as we did today."

Megan nodded happily and continued to eat her dinner, looking forward to their next date.

Meanwhile, some of the children had finished their dinner while others wanted seconds which Stacey and Ms. Laura happily served them. Dinner was fun and festive and Stacey was happy that the day turned out to be wonderful.

William continued eating for a little more while and then he was soon all done. He felt full and happy that everyone was enjoying his time. As he felt pretty full, he didn't want anymore and just waited for everyone else to finish so that he would help with cleaning up.

A little later, everyone else had finished their dinner. Megan, Stacey, and Ms. Laura finished up as well and Ms. Laura got up, preparing to clean up. Stacey wanted to help her so turning to William, she said,

"You can keep Megan company. Ms. Laura and I can take care of the clean up here."

William replied however, "Are you sure? I can help, too. There are too many plates here and I think if we all work, we'll finish faster."
