Romance RP

William smiled and returned Mark's handshake, replying,

"Thanks, mate. Yeah, I know it shouldn't be so quick but it's kind of urgent, you know. I proposed to her yesterday, she agreed and so we married just before I come here today. You are the first person to know."

Mark nodded and replied, "I see. So are you planning on telling others about your marriage or keeping it a secret for now?"

William shrugged and replied, "It's not really a secret or anything but I don't really understand who are the others? If you mean Lord Connelly and all, I am pretty sure Stacey is going to tell him and he isn't going to mind."

Mark replied, "Yeah, I meant Lord Connelly but I assume Lord James will be told as well. I doubt he'll be happy with this news but at least it'll be harder to break the two of you up. Once he finds out, the best case is that he lets you two be alone and happy."

William nodded and replied, "I hope he'll do so although he doesn't seem to give up easily."

Noticing that they have been talking for a while now, he continued,

"We should go now and take care of the furniture before we're caught chatting."

Mark nodded and replied, "Aye, that we should."

He led the way back to the storage area and found an armchair where they needed to move to the lobby. The morning continued on like so, with William and Mark moving furniture from the storage area to the lobby.

William continued working with Mark for the rest of the morning, moving the armchairs with him slowly and carefully to where they should be, slowly shaping the lobby and making it lively with things.

Mark continued to work hard with William, moving the furniture and making sure to do so carefully.

After a couple of hours passed, the bell rang to signal that it was time for lunch. After putting away the furniture they were handling, Mark turned to William and said, "Let's grab something to eat. We deserve a break after all that heavy lifting."

(Sorry for the late reply. I was having lunch and all. xD)

William nodded and replied, "Yeah, let's go."

As he couldn't do anything in that task without Mark's help, he decided to go ahead and have lunch then with him.

(Ahh that's ok. ^^)

Mark led the way to where the buffet table was. The other workers had already gotten there, getting plates, utensils, and of course, food for themselves. Mark got a plate and utensils and then got a couple of sandwiches along with some fried chicken. He felt pretty hungry after all the heavy lifting he and William had done earlier in the day.

William got himself a plate and utensils as well and then chose some light food for lunch. Although he felt some kind of hungry after his hard work, he didn't want to eat too much so that he'd be able to eat dinner well with Stacey.

(Awww that's sweet. William wants to have a romantic dinner with Stacey. ^^)

As Mark ate his food and William did as well, Mark asked, "Are you looking forward to our next job? It's great that we're going to be working in the country but the distance will be a little problem. But maybe Bill or Lord Connelly can get us some transportation to make things easier."

(First dinner as a married couple, you know. xD)

William replied as he began eating as well, "It won't be a problem for me, you know. I am a living in a hut in the forest so the distance for me is actually going be shorter. But I am sure Lord Connelly or Bill know how to take care of such a matter."

(That's true. XD)

Mark nodded as he continued to eat and replied, "Aye. They'll have probably thought of that and will come up with something. Some of the workers live in town so the distance will be a little problem for them, too.

The food looks great today. All that lifting and moving has made me very hungry."

William nodded and continued eating his food and he was soon done. He put away his trash then and waited for Mark to finish eating, so that they could return back to work.

Mark finished up eating and soon afterwards, the bell rang to signal that the workers needed to get back to work. He put away his trash and then joined William as they resumed moving furniture from the storage area to the lobby.

William then went with Mark where they resumed carrying the furniture from the storage to the lobby, carefully placing it. They did quite a good work and the lobby was becoming lively with furniture.

Mark continued to help William with moving the furniture from the storage area to the lobby. The lobby was shaping up nicely and they were making good progress.

The other workers were making good progress as well and it looked like the inn would be finished by the end of the day.

William continued helping Mark moving the furniture and he could see that everyone was working hard and that the inn would be soon done, which was he was glad of.

(I'll be off for a bit to take a shower and all but I shouldn't take too much time. See you. ^^)

Mark and William continued to move the furniture from the storage area to the lobby and it was shaping up nicely. The afternoon hours passed on so and after some time, they were finally done. The other workers were finishing up as well and Bill walked around, seeing how everyone was progressing and was pleased. He found William and Mark and seeing that they were done, he said,

"Looks like you two just finished. The lobby looks fantastic."

(It's getting a bit late here on my end and I'm getting sleepy so I'll be getting off for the night. See you tomorrow, Love. Nite, nite. ^^)

William saw Bill approach them just as they finished moving the furniture into the lobby and was all done. Nodding to him, he said,

"Thanks, sir. We're glad we did it well."

Mark nodded in the affirmative as well.

As the rest of the workers were finishing up and there wasn't anything else that needed to be done, Bill then said, "You two must be tired so why don't you take a break? Everyone else is finishing up and once they're done, I'll gather everyone together for a quick meeting as well as sort out the payment."

William nodded to Bill and replied, "Alright, sir. We shall do so then."

He was glad that the inn was all done after all of their hard work.

As Bill walked away to check on the other workers who were finishing up, Mark turned to William and said,

"It feels good that we finished the work and the inn is nearly completed. The weather cooperated, too, and that helped a lot."

William nodded in agreement and replied, "Ahh that's true. It's nice to see that your hard work created something and working here was fun."
