Alex looked on happily at Nerine and replied, "It definitely shows, darling. I hope you had a wonderful at the spa with Mom."

As Lisianthus asked her question, Eleanor giggled but then stood up. "Here, dear, let me show you where the kitchen is." Eleanor then led the way towards the kitchen.

Bryan was finishing up his lunch and enjoying the time that he was spending with Rosaline. He asked,

"My love, would you like for us to eat out a lot? I realized that we would probably have to do this a lot when we're on the road and all."

Nerine blushed deeper and replied, "Aww I did, my lord. It was a beautiful relaxing day."

Lisianthus stood up and bowed to everyone, saying, "Pardon me." Then she followed Eleanor to the kitchen.

Rosaline replied, "Ahh I don't mind. Like I said, I eat anything so I don't reall care whether we eat home or outside."

Edward nodded as Eleanor and Lisianthus left towards the kitchen. Eleanor led the way and soon arrived at the entrance to kitchen. She opened the kitchen door and waited for Lisianthus to enter.

Back in the living room, Alex had wrapped his left arm around Nerine's shoulders and said, "I'm so happy that today was great for you. And I'm even happier that you're back now safe and sound. I can't wait to spend tonight with you."

Bryan smiled and replied, "Ahh all right, my love. Whatever makes you happy makes me happy, too."

He had finished up his sandwich and drank the rest of his water and waited for Rosaline to do the same.

Lisianthus followed Eleanor, entering the kitchen there with her.

Nerine meanwhile blushed even deeper and replied, "I sure do, too, my lord."

If I don't pass out, that is.

Rosaline was soon done with her lunch as well, and was drinking the last of her juice.

(Ooohh I wonder what Nerine meant by that.)

Once both ladies were in the kitchen, Eleanor showed Lisianthas around, such as where the icebox was. Also, she showed her the stove, oven, and any other items needed from which to cook.

Eleanor then asked, "Do you have any questions, dear? Would you like me to stay and help you cook?"

Back in the living room, Alex was happily gazing into Nerine's eyes. He was so happy that she was safe and sound. He asked, "Darling, what would you like tonight? You name it."

As soon as both Bryan and Rosaline were finished eating lunch, Bryan picked up the check and said, "I'll go ahead and pay for our meal, my love. I'll be right back."

He stood up and walked to the front of the cafe to pay the check.

Lisianthus replied with a smile, "Nopes! It's not my first time to cook so I know well. Thanks for showing me the kitchen!"

Nerine replied, "Umm whatever you want, my lord. What did you do in the evenings?"

Eleanor smiled and replied, "You're welcome, dear. I can't wait to see what you cook. I'll leave you to it then." She left the kitchen to return to the others in the living room.

Back in the living room, Alex thought over Nerine's question and replied, "Hmm well, sometimes I like to go out and walk outside and look at the moonlight and stars. Would you like to do that tonight, darling?"

After paying, Bryan returned to Rosaline and said, "Ok, everything's paid for. We can leave whenever you're ready, my love."

As soon as Eleanor has gone out, Lisianthus then began preparing things for cooking. She wanted to make the most delicious dinner for everyone, to make up for what she has done earlier.

Nerine replied, "Ahh sure, my lord. That sounds fun. Did you do that alone?"

Rosaline stood up and replied, "I am all ready, my love. Lead the way."

Alex replied, "Sometimes. There was that one time I went out with Lycoris." He hung his head down, wondering what Nerine would think about that.

Just then, Eleanor returned to the others in the living room and sat beside Edward. "Hi everyone. Lisianthus is busy preparing dinner. Did I miss anything?"

Bryan nodded and held Rosaline's arm, escorting her back to the concert hall. Outside, there were some people walking about, returning to their places of work since the lunch hour was almost over.

Nerine turned to Eleanor and replied, "Ahh hi Mum. And nope, nothing of importance did you miss."

(I'm back. ^^)

Eleanor replied, "Ahh ok. I wonder, Nerine. This is the first time I heard that you had a cousin. I had no idea that you had other family."

Alex added, "This is news to me as well, darling, although I am happy for your sake that you do have family out there."

Bryan returned with Rosaline to the concert hall and both entered it. Inside there was Mr. Matthews along with another man beside him. That man was quite tall and thin and had brown hair with brown eyes. He was dressed in fashionable clothes. Mr. Matthews saw the couple enter the concert hall and said,

"Welcome back, you two. I brought the clothing designer I talked about earlier. This is Mr. James Cors and he's one of the best fashion designers out there."

(Yays. ^^)

Nerine replied, "Ahh well, my family wasn't really big. Lisianthus is my only cousin but I didn't see her since the war and sometimes I thought she might have died. I am glad she is still here though."

Edward replied, "I'm happy for you, Nerine. And it's nice to get to meet some of your extended family. Lisianthus seems nice from the short time that Eleanor and I talked with her."

James extended his hand and said, "Hello, you two must be Sir Bryan and Lady Rosaline."

Bryan shook James' hand and replied, "Yup, and this here is my beautiful wife. She's the best in the world."

James replied, "It's a pleasure to meet you, too, miss. Mr. Matthews here told me that you need an outfit for opening night in a couple of days."

Nerine replied, "Ahh yup. Lisianthus is quite nice and outgoing. I admit I was surprised when I saw her earlier going after us but I am glad everything is ok now."

Rosaline replied, "It's nice to meet you, too, sir. And yup, Mr.Matthews is right about that."

Alex replied, "I'm so relieved, too. I'm grateful that I was able to persuade Lisianthus not to go after you anymore."

Eleanor asked, "Alex, why did Lisianthus want Nerine? I'm so confused after what happened earlier."

Alex replied, "Lisianthus told me that it was because her father wanted Nerine for her power and that's why she went after her."

Edward had this shocked look on his face and replied, "Oh my. That's just terrible."

James took out a huge sketch pad along with a pencil and then sat down in a seat nearby. He then replied, "Ahh ok. I can definitely come up with a good outfit in time for opening night. If you wouldn't mind, miss, please tell me what kind of outfit you had in mind. For instance, if you would like a dress, a separate blouse and skirt, or more of a pant suit outfit. That type of outfit is more modern for ladies nowadays. And what colors you would like your outfit to be."

Nerine was as shocked as Edward was. She replied, "I have no idea why would my uncle try to do that. I've known him before and he was very kind. I don't know why would he change all of a sudden. But I am wondering what happened to him, too, since I haven't heard about him or about aunt since the war."

Rosaline replied, "Ahh well, if you see the pant suit is the most modern, then so be it. And well, for the color, I suppose black or dark blue would be good."

Alex turned to Nerine and asked, "Darling, did Lisianthus not tell you what happened to them? Perhaps you should ask her when you two have the chance to talk alone."

Although Alex already knew what had happened to Lisianthus' parents, he didn't feel that it was his place to tell Nerine.

James nodded and replied, "Ahh all right. That sounds fine." He wrote down some notes on his sketchpad and then took out his measuring tape. "Now I'll need to take in your measurements so I know to make the outfit that will fit you perfectly. Would you mind staying still and standing up while I measure you?"

Nerine replied, "Ahh ok. I will do that then."

Just then, Lisianthus knocked on the door and entered with a happy smile. She said, "Dinner is ready! I hope everyone likes it because I've worked really hard!"

Rosaline nodded and replied, "Sure."

She stood still and waited for James to take her measurements.

Edward couldn't help but smile at seeing Lisianthus' happy expression. He stood up and helped Eleanor to her feet and then the two walked on ahead into the dining room. Alex stood up as well and helped Nerine to her feet.

"Darling, shall we go have dinner then? I can't wait to sit next to my wife and look into your eyes and tell you how much I love you."

As Rosaline stood still, James put down his sketchpad and pencil and then walked up to her. With the measuring tape, James carefully measured Rosaline's body and made careful note of the lengths of the arms and legs. Then he returned to his seat and made some more notes on his sketchpad.

"Ok, I'm all done with the measurements. This will take me a few minutes. I'm going to make a preliminary sketch of an outfit and I'd like to hear your opinion about it, Lady Rosaline."

Nerine blushed a bit and replied, "I shall certainly enjoy that, my lord."

Lisianthus noticed the couple and couldn't help but get a bit jealous, although she knew she had no right to.

Rosaline replied, "Ahh sure. Take all your time."

Alex escorted Nerine into the dining room and helped her into her seat. Then Alex seated himself beside her. Edward and Eleanor were already seated and now they waited for Lisianthus. Alex looked at all the food spread before them and said, "Wow, this looks great, Lisianthus. I sure hope it tastes just as delicious."

Eleanor giggled and looked over at Lisianthus. "In case I haven't said this before, Alex loves food. He has a huge appetite."

James smiled and then turned to his sketchpad. He got a fresh pad of paper and began sketching an outfit for Rosaline. It took him five minutes to finish the sketch, for he worked pretty fast usually and oculd come up with great ideas on the spot. He then showed it to Rosaline and asked, "What do you think?"

James showed Rosaline a sketch of a modern-day pant suit. It was a dark blue pant suit, which looked very elegant and sophisticated. The jacket had a comfortable collar and the pants reached down to just above the ankles.

Lisianthus seated down herself and replied, "I am glad to hear it! Well, taste my food and tell me what do you think. Please honestly! No compliments, ok?"

Indeed, her food was even more delicious than that of Nerine's. As Lisianthus practiced on cooking and liked it, her food was naturally very delicious.

Rosaline took a look on the sketched outfit and was amazed. She replied, "Wow! This looks great. Very elegant and unique. What do you think, Bryan?"

Eleanor and Edward tasted the food first and Edward said, "Yum, this is really delicious, Lisianthus. Very tasty."

Alex then tried some of the food on his plate. His face lit up with amazement and he replied, "Wow, this is so delicious. This has to be some of the best food I've eaten in a while. You're an amazing cook. You must be a natural."

Alex truly was impressed with Lisianthus' cooking. He felt that it could even rival his own.

Bryan took a look at the outfit that James had sketched and he replied, "This is amazing. You're right, my love. This is the perfect outfit for you."

James smiled and replied, "I'm glad you two both love it. So if you're satisfied with this outfit, shall I get started on designing it right away? That way, it'll be ready by opening night."

Nerine tasted a bit of her food as well and replied, "Ahh yup, I certainly agree. This food is so delicious."

Lisianthus was happy and cutely replied, "Maa! My food is getting loved. I am happy you like it. Did my best to make it delicious and tasty."

Rosaline replied, "I certainly like it and am very satisfied with it."

Alex saw the reaction on Lisianthus' face and thought how cute she looked. He said, "I wonder. Could you teach me to cook so well sometime? I cook sometimes but my food isn't nearly as good as yours."

James nodded and replied, "All right then. I should head on back to my studio and get started on the outfit. I'll have to buy the necessary materials and so forth. I'll make sure to put the completed outfit in your dressing room before opening night so you have time to look it over and if you wish to make any changes."

Bryan replied, "Ahh that sounds good but my Rosaline doesn't have a dressing room. I noticed that earlier."

Mr. Matthews spoke up and replied, "Ahh you're correct. Don't worry. I'll make sure to set up a dressing room for Lady Rosaline right away."

James replied, "Ahh good. I'm glad that's settled then. Well, it was nice meeting you both. I'll drop by with the outfit soon."
