Romance RP

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Yes, yes, definitely!"

She took her breaths for a few moments more then giggling tiredly, she said, "We should probably head back inside now. Is it getting late?"

Matthew nodded and replied, "Yup, you're right.  We should head back in but do you want any water once we're inside?  I sure could use a glass and we could drop by the kitchen real quick.  No one will be there now."

Lycoris nodded and replied, 

"Yup, a glass of water is definitely in need. All that running took it all out from me but it was all worth it. I had a lot of fun."

Matthew grinned and replied, "Me, too.  I haven't had that much fun in a long time.  Let's head on and get some water."

He gently held onto Lycoris' arm and the couple then entered the house, heading to the kitchen to get some glasses of water.

Lycoris followed Matthew to the kitchen to get their glasses of water. She had a happy grin on her face, feeling quite happy after all the fun she had with Matthew.

Once the couple arrived in the kitchen, empty as Matthew expected, Matthew then took out two empty glasses and filled them up with cold water.  Handing one glass to Lycoris, he said,

"Here you are, Lycoris.  We definitely deserve a cool, refreshing drink after all that fun."

Lycoris took the glass of water and after taking a sip, she happily nodded and said,

"That's so true. A refreshing, cold glass of water is what we needed. This was such a wonderful evening, you know."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Yup, definitely, and the evening was all the more wonderful because I got to spend it with you."

He smiled happily at Lycoris, feeling such warmth and affection.

Lycoris smiled confidently and happily said,

"Of course. Any time spent with me is a wonderful time, isn't it?"

Her smile turned into a softer one then and she continued, "But I loved it with you too, you know. It was quite the challenge and fun."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Yup, definitely.  I love spending time with you, Lycoris.  No one else makes me feel the way that you do."

He blushed deeply as he said those words.

Lycoris reached out to approach Matthew closer and smiling slyly, she replied, 

"And no one understands me like you do. We're the perfect match for each other, right?"

Matthew blushed even deeper and replied, "Yup, it sure looks like that.  I like you, Lycoris.  I-I like you a lot."

(Hi Love.  I wanted to let you know that I may not be on tonight.  I'm feeling pretty sick from you can guess what or maybe I should say who.  lol  Well, I cried a lot today and it's left me physically and emotionally drained so I may not be here.  Just wanted to let you know.)

(Aww I totally understand and I hope you feel better soon, phoenix.  And yeah, I can totally guess but please don't let it stress you. He truly doesn't deserve it. :/ Anyways, please relax and I hope you can feel better soon. ^^)

Lycoris felt quite happy as she heard Matthew saying that he liked her a lot but she kept her cool. Smiling slyly, she replied, 

"I like you a lot, too, you know. As my best friend, or maybe a little more than that."

She winked playfully, wanting to keep things mysterious.

(Thanks for understanding, Love.  I got plenty of rest and sleep and I feel way more calm now.  ^^)

Matthew suddenly pouted and replied, "Oh so you only want to be best friends, Lycoris?  Well, you would be the most beautiful best friend I've ever had."

(I am glad you're feeling better now. ^^  Sorry I am posting late. I was visiting a new pharmacy to work for since I was starting to feel uncomfortable at the old one. Things worked out fortunately. ^^)

Lycoris giggled slyly and replied, 

"Oh yeah? And how many 'best friends' did you have before? And were they all beautiful?"

(Ahh I see and no problem.  I hope things work out well at the new pharmacy.  ^^)

Matthew replied, "Nah, I only have guy best friends.  I mean, you'd be my first female best friend and definitely the most beautiful one ever."

He winked slyly at Lycoris.

Lycoris giggled happily and wrapped her arms around Matthew's neck, she slyly replied,

"But of course. But I'll also be the most wonderful and loving best friend you've ever had."

Matthew wrapped his arms around Lycoris' waist and chuckling, he replied, "Yup, you definitely will be."

He gazed happily at Lycoris, definitely having enjoyed his time with her.

Lycoris stayed still for a few moments, enjoying just being in Matthew's arms and close to him like so. After a couple of moments, she yawned a little and then giggling, she said,

"Looks like all the fun we had today tired me out. I think it's time to go to bed."

Matthew yawned a bit as well and chuckling, he replied, "Yeah, I'm tired, too.  Let's head on to bed and get ready to sleep."

He put the empty glasses in the sink, quickly washing them, and then he gently held onto Lycoris' arm and led the way upstairs to her room.  Once they were inside, he said,

"I take it that you just want me to help you get ready for sleep."

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, 

"You catch things quickly, Matthew. Yup, I just want you to help me, if you don't mind."

Matthew chuckled and replied, "I certainly don't mind at all.  Ok, let's get you washed up first."

He led Lycoris into the bathroom and there, he helped her to wash her face and brush her teeth.  Then he returned to the bedroom to fetch a clean nightgown for Lycoris and handing it to her, he said,

"I'm sure you can take care of changing yourself.  I'll wait for you out here."

(I'll be going to sleep soon so I'll go ahead and get off for the night now.  I'll post again tomorrow morning.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Lycoris nodded and taking the nightgown from Matthew, she said, 

"Okay. I'll be done quickly so you don't have to wait for long."

She closed the door after her and once she was by herself, she changed out of her clothes and into the nightgown. She then opened the door a little and said, "All done, Matthew."

Matthew smiled upon seeing Lycoris and reaching out to touch her hands, he said,

"Gosh, you look incredibly beautiful."

He paused and then continued, "I should get ready as well.  Is it ok for you to wait here a few minutes while I wash up and get changed?  I won't be long."

Lycoris nodded and smiling slyly, she replied,

"Sure, I won't mind. Take your time as long as you'll return just as comparingly handsome."
