Romance RP

As everyone built the sand castle, Megan turned to William and asked,

"Have you made a lot of sand castles, William?"

Ryan continued to sing and watched Lisianthus and loved observing how happy she was. He put all his heart and love into the song, never once looking away from her.

As the curtains rose and the play started, Alex instinctively held Nerine's hand and gave her a happy glance before turning his attention to the show before them.

William smiled to Megan and shaking his head, he replied,

"A couple of them before but not many. But I always had fun making them so I am enjoying myself now too."

Lisianthus continued to look on happily at Ryan, enjoying to hear his song and feeling her heart dancing high to hear such beautiful words on his tongue for her, full of love. She felt her love for Ryan growing even more, if that was even possible.

Nerine felt Alex holding her hand and she didn't refuse the gesture. She held his hand in return and smiled a bit to him, then the couple began watching the play.

The play started a little dramatically but romantically, with the hero and heroine being in love and running away from their hometown, which was being destroyed by enemies, trying to stay together and to protect each other all the time.

Megan grinned and replied, "Me, too. It's a lot of fun making this castle with you."

Stacey replied, "I agree."

Ryan finished up his song after a few more minutes, making sure to emphasize every word and to make eye contact with Lisianthus.

Once the song was over, Ryan gazed lovingly at Lisianthus and asked,

"Did you like it, beautiful?"

Alex watched the play, enjoying the beautiful story taking place. He imagined Nerine and himself taking on the role of the two heroes.

William smiled happily and replied, "I am enjoying making this castle with you, too. It's going to be the best I've ever built."

Lisianthus didn't say anything in reply but immediately wrapped her arms around Ryan in a furious, loving hug then leaned in to give him the most passionate kiss ever.

Nerine continued watching the play happily as well, enjoying the show. The play continued as the hero and heroine survived the damage in their hometown and could travel together to a safe place where they married and began a happy life together, or so they thought. Because things started to worsen between them as the hero started betraying his wife, despite the love between them.

Megan replied, "Yup, it will. Let's make it big."

Stacey nodded and replied, "Sure and we'll have the best castle this beach has ever had."

Happily, Ryan wrapped his arms around Lisianthus' waist and returned the kiss, enjoying his reward and making the kiss for as long as possible.

After it was over, he grinned at Lisianthus and said, "I take it that you enjoyed the song a lot."

As Alex continued to watch the play and especially the part where events began to turn for the worse, he witnessed the hero betraying the wife and couldn't help but feel a sharp pang in his heart. It reminded him a little of how Nerine might have believed that he had betrayed her when he loved Lycoris.

William nodded happily and the three continued working hard to build the castle, soon making it quite large and quite beautiful. William looked on happily and said,

"This is sure looking wonderful."

Lisianthus nodded happily and replied, "A lot, a lot, a lot! That was the most beautiful and most loving song I've heard in my life. I love you so much, Ryan!"

Nerine witnessed how the hero began betraying his wife as well and the scenes upset her, for it reminded her of how Alex had treated her before. The play continued its events, with the heroine soon finding out about her husband's betrayal. But they made up soon after, and despite that, the husband continued betraying his wife, loving other women in the same time and hiding it from her.

(I am sorry but I have to get off now. Nite, nite, phoenix. ^^)

(Ahh ok. Nite, nite, Love. ^^)

Megan replied, "This is going to be the best castle in the world!"

Stacey replied, "Yup. And if it were a real castle, we would be living in it."

They continued to build the castle, adding towers and such.

Ryan smiled lovingly at Lisianthus and replied, "I'm happy you love it, beautiful. You know, I'll only sing for you. I'll never sing for any other woman but for you, just like how all the jewelry I make is for you."

(I forgot whether Ryan ever sang to Rosaline. lol)

Alex sighed inwardly as he continued to watch the play. Was it mirroring events that had happened between him and Nerine? He looked at Nerine momentarily and tried with his eyes to persuade her that he would never falter in his love again.

William continued helping Stacey and Megan help the castle. After a while, they were finished and they had a strong, beautiful castle built. William looked on proudly and happily said,

"We did a great job, didn't we?"

(He did but it wasn't romantic and it was in front of Bryan so I don't think it counts. XD)

Lisianthus blushed happily and replied, "I'm honored, cutie. I felt so special and great hearing you sing for me so lovingly and your voice-it's so beautiful. Honestly now, what can't you do? You're so amazing!"

Nerine's heart broke as she continued to watch the scenes and how it almost pictured everything that happened between her and Alex. She noticed his look and gazed back at him with sadness in her eyes mixed with fears and doubts.

The play then showed the heroine finding out more about her husband's betrayal, then feeling sad in her own room, crying and miserably talking to herself, asking herself and letting the audience hear in a dramatic monologue:

Why had he done that to her when she did nothing but love him faithfully? How could she ever trust him again? Did her ever love her? If he loved her, why did he do that to her? She spoke about the pain and hurt she felt in such a dramatic way that the present audience sympathized with her, and Nerine herself was on the verge of tears, feeling as though she were the one speaking out to Alex.

Megan grinned and nodding, she replied, "Yup, we did. Our castle is beautiful."

Stacey added, "It is and I bet our castle is the best ever."

Ryan looked on thoughtfully and replied, "I feel like I can do anything when you are my inspiration, beautiful. I'm sure there are some things I can't so but right now, I can't think of any."

He chuckled happily.

(Aww, this is such a sad play. :/)

Alex felt his heart break as well as he continued to watch the play. He wanted to reassure Nerine that he was true to her and that he loved her but watching the play and the events going on made it seem as though it might spark fears and doubts again.

William nodded happily and replied, "Aren't we the ones who worked so hard on it and put our family love into it? It definitely must be the best castle ever, right?"

Lisianthus giggled happily and looking on happily at Ryan, she replied,

"I am so happy to be with you, cutie. You're my inspiration, too, and you represent everything lovely and great in my eyes."

(Yeah. I wanted to send this as an indirect message to Alex. XD)

The play continued on with the events, with the heroine finally going too heartbroken and upset that she over-drugged herself, ending her life in misery. The hero soon found out about his wife's suicide, with a small note by her side telling him that she had always loved him, but she couldn't take on his betrayals. The hero then regrets everything and comes back to his senses in grief over his true love and wife.

The play then ended and the audience clapped happily though they were sad in sympathy for the heroine. Nerine didn't clap, though, as she was too moved by the heroine's suffering, which was quite similar to hers.

Megan replied, "That's right. I love our castle so very much."

Stacey smiled and replied, "Me, too, and it helps that William is a talented builder."

Ryan hugged Lisianthus and then leaned in to give her a sweet romantic kiss on the lips, feeling happy to be sharing this romantic evening with her.

(I see. XD But I hope that Nerine doesn't commit suicide because of Alex's behavior. He isn't worth it. :/)

Alex didn't clap, either, but there were little tears coming out of his eyes. The play moved him so and it made him see how badly he had treated Nerine in the past and that made him vow to himself to treat her better.

William chuckled happily and replied, "Well, building a castle is way different from the building I do but it does help. I am glad you think I am a talented builder, pretty."

Lisianthus wrapped her arms happily around Ryan and returned the kiss lovingly, enjoying the romantic evening as well and feeling quite lucky to have him all to herself.

(lol Well, I don't think she will unless he doesn't change his way of treatment. XD)

Nerine stared for moments on the closed curtains, as though she were recalling everything that had happened to her before and all the memories. She glanced at Alex and noticed the tears in his eyes. Was he moved as well? It wasn't very surprising as she knew Alex's sensitive nature. But was he going to get the message, or would he forget all about it as soon as they step out of the theater?

She took a deep breath and after making sure she was fairly calm, she turned to him and quietly said,

"We should head out. The play is over and everyone is leaving."

Stacey replied, "You are, handsome."

Megan added, "William's the most talented builder ever!"

After the kiss was over, Ryan gazed lovingly at Lisianthus and said,

"I'm ready to head on to the next secret place you wanted to take me. I'm curious to know what it is."

(Ahh ok. I'll make sure of that then. XD)

Alex quickly wiped the tears from his eyes and once he felt that he was fairly calm, he nodded and replied,

"Yeah, you're right, darling."

He got up and offering his arm to Nerine, he prepared to leave the theater.

William chuckled shyly and replied, "My pretties just flattering me as usual. But I am glad to be a talented builder in your eyes. I want to be strong always for my pretties."

Lisianthus nodded excitedly and replied, "Great! Come on, I'll take you there right away!"

She took Ryan's hand happily and led the way to Melody so that they could get on her and fly away to that place.

Nerine stood up and held Alex's arm, following him out of the theater. As they were outside, she asked,

"Where would you like to go now?"

Megan replied happily, "William's the strongest man in the world."

Stacey giggled happily and replied, "I agree. Our William sure is one strong and handsome man and we have to keep all the other ladies away from him."

Ryan happily followed Lisianthus and once they reached Melody, he helped Lisianthus get on first and then he got on behind her. Then he wrapped his arms around Lisianthus' waist and happily said,

"I'm ready to go when you are, beautiful."

*************

Alex replied, "How about we walk in the city for a while? I could use a bit of fresh air."

He smiled a little at Nerine, hoping the idea was ok.

William blushed then and pouting happily, he replied,

"Aww are my pretties going to keep flattering me all evening? I should so too."

He began saying compliments about Megan and Stacey, about how beautiful, kind and angelic they were.

Lisianthus replied happily, "I'm always ready!"

She ordered Melody to take up to the air and the pegasus did, flying high then flying away from the tower towards their destination.

Nerine nodded at Alex and replied, "Sure, I don't mind. We could walk till it's lunchtime."

She led the way away from the theater into the city streets, which were a little crowded but not too bad to not enjoy the day. The weather was quite beautiful as well.

Stacey and Megan blushed happily as William complimented them and Stacey slyly replied,

"Now our William is flattering us."

Megan nodded and replied, "Yup but I like it!"

Ryan held on tight to Lisianthus as Melody took to the air and they headed for their next destination. He was curious to know what it was and wondered whether it was far.

Alex was happy that Nerine liked the idea and so led the way during the walk. Deciding to make a little conversation, he said,

"The play was nice but it was quite sad. It moved me to tears."

William chuckled happily and replied, "But isn't it only fair? Though every word is truly coming out of the bottom of my heart."

Lisianthus continued leading Melody and soon, they were flying high over the beach. Lisianthus glanced at Ryan and replied,

"We're almost there, cutie. You remember that idea you suggested a while back about having a night walk on the beach? I wanted to do it!"

Nerine nodded and replied, "Yeah, it was quite dramatic. I almost cried too. I could really empathize with the heroine."

Stacey giggled happily and nodding, she replied, "That's true, handsome. Megan and I did flatter you a lot although all our words were the truth."

Megan looked on happily at William and said, "William's the best. I can flatter him forever and ever."

Ryan chuckled happily and nodding, he replied, "I sure do and fortunately, it looks like we're the only ones around."

He waited for Lisianthus to land Melody so they could enjoy a romantic walk on the beach.

Alex nodded and replied, "Her story was very sad indeed. I wish there had been a happier ending but I do get the morale of it."

William gave Megan and Stacey a couple of soft kisses and replied,

"I am the luckiest man in the world."

Lisianthus directed Melody to land and the latter did. Lisianthus then got off and helped Ryan get off then holding his arm lovingly,

"Lead the way, my cutie."

************************

Nerine looked at Alex quietly but slyly, she asked,

"And what is the morale you get, Alex?"

Stacey and Megan happily returned William's kisses and Stacey replied, "And we're the luckiest girls in the world."

Megan jumped up and down and added, "Yup, yup, we are!"

Ryan nodded happily and he took off his shoes so he could enjoy the feel of the sand on his feet. After placing his shoes in a safe spot, he led the way to enjoy a romantic walk on the beach.

Alex gazed into Nerine's eyes and softly replied, "That love is a very strong feeling and that being faithful is important to maintaining such a love. I know that, darling."

He wanted to tell her that he would do his best to remain faithful although he didn't since Nerine wanted him to prove words through actions.

William laughed in joy, happy to see Megan and Stacey smiling and so merry. He then said,

"Should we continue our walk now?"

Lisianthus took off her shoes as well then followed Ryan on the beach, holding his arm lovingly. Gazing happily at him, she said,

"Now this is probably my second favorite place with you. I can recall our wonderful memories here."

Nerine looked at Alex for a moment, trying to read his face. She could see that he was honest but she didn't really know whether to believe-she saw that look before many times.

She remained quiet and then replied, "And did you know that just now? Because you know, you should have known it before. You didn't need a play to know it, right?"

(My time is up so I have to get off. XD Nite, nite, phoenix. ^^)

(Ahh ok. Nite, nite, Love. ^^)

Stacey replied, "Yup, I want to continue our walk."

Megan added, "Me, too."

Both of them got up and waited for William to do the same.

Ryan smiled lovingly at Lisianthus and replied, "Me, too. I enjoyed our time at the beach, especially when we were on the boat. Even though it was accidental, I enjoyed our kiss."

Alex nodded and replied, "I knew before we watched the play."

He sighed quietly and then continued, "I know I've made many mistakes by you, darling, but I'm doing my best to make up for them. I want our relationship back to the way it was."

William got up as well and once they were all on their feet, he led the way, continuing their walk on the beach while enjoying each other's company and the beautiful weather.

Lisianthus blushed shyly as she recalled her accidental kiss with Ryan and replied,

"Yeah, I enjoyed that a lot too. I still don't know why I didn't pull away and continued kissing you back then. I didn't think of you more than a friend at that time but perhaps my heart felt for you even then although I wasn't aware."

Nerine looked at Alex sadly for a few moments then turning her gaze back to the road, she replied quietly,

"We can try to make it better. We can try to make it continue and be content, if not happy. But I don't think we can ever make it back the way it was."

Stacey and Megan continued to enjoy the evening. Stacey would lay her head gently on William's shoulder while Megan would hold on to William's hand, occasionally glancing happily at him.

Ryan nodded and replied, "I believe I felt the same way back then, too. Inside, my heart must have told me that I was falling for you and now here we are in one of the most romantic places ever."

Alex sighed inwardly and stopped talking, figuring that it wouldn't do any good to talk about the subject further. So he led the way through the streets of Cephiron, trying his best to enjoy the morning.

(I have to go out in a little while for work but I'll be back this evening so I can get a couple of posts in at least. ^^)
