Romance RP

Alex soon finished his food as well and seeing that Lycoris was done, he asked, "Are you full, Lycoris?  It was quite delicious, wasn't it?"

Helena blushed and seeing the look on Nathan's face, she smiled and said,

"That would be wonderful and hey, you look just as excited over the idea as I am."

Lycoris smiled and nodded her head, answering that she had eaten her share and was feeling full.

Nathan gazed lovingly and fondly at Helena and nodding, he said, 

"Of course I am. I want to see you nothing but successful, love. Your success is of mine now, right?"

Alex nodded and replied, "Ok then.  I'll go ahead and take the tray back downstairs.  Are you ok waiting here for a few minutes?  I'll be right back."

Helena nodded happily and replied, "Yup, that's right.  You really are the best, Nathan."

She leaned in to give Nathan a sweet, loving kiss on the lips.

Lycoris smiled softly and nodded her head, answering that she would be alright and that he could take his time.

Nathan wrapped his arms around Helena's waist and returned the kiss ever so lovingly, pouring all his passion into and savoring every single moment.

Alex smiled and replied, "Thanks, Lycoris.  I'll be back soon."

He gave her hand a gentle squeeze and carrying the tray, he walked out of the room and downstairs.

Helena continued to kiss Nathan happily and the two employees squealed in delight as they watched the couple.  Helena broke off the kiss and said,

"I'm just kissing my husband, you two."

One of the employees said, "But you two just look so absolutely adorable."

The other one said, "I wish I had a wonderful husband like you, Miss Helena."

Downstairs, the party had eaten their lunch and were cleaning up. The shapeshifter saw Alex come down with the tray and said,

"Hopefully there are no leftovers this time?"

Nathan couldn't help but blush in embarrassment at Helena's employees' comments but chuckling happily, he said,

"I am sure you'll meet your special men one day, ladies. It took me a very long time to find my soulmate myself but I finally found her."

He looked happily and fondly at Helena.

Alex smiled a bit and replied, "Well, Lycoris did eat this time.  Not as much as she usually does but at least she ate, so that's something, right?"

Helena blushed upon hearing Nathan's words and the two employees just continued to squeal.  Helena couldn't help but sweatdrop and turning to Nathan, she asked, 

"Umm, are you curious to see my latest designs?  I sketched them out although I haven't actually made the clothes for them yet."

The shapeshifter nodded and replied, "Yeah, that's better."

Lady Penelope smiled happily and taking the tray from Alex, she said, "I am glad to hear that. She is getting better at least. Do you need anything else, sweeties?"

Nathan nodded happily and replied, "Sure, of course, I'd love that."

Alex shook his head and replied, "Nah, we'll be fine but I'll let you know if we need anything.  Thank you for the meal, my lady.  It was delicious."

Helena smiled and turning to her employees, she said, "We're going to my office so if you need anything, we'll be there."

The two employees just nodded happily, having calmed down from squealing.  Helena took Nathan's hand and led the way towards her office, which was a small room in the store.

Lady Penelope smiled warmly at Alex and replied, "You're welcome, sweetie. Take care of yourself."

She then continued cleaning up and the shapeshifter helped her as well, planning inwardly to check on Matthew later when she was finished.

Nathan followed Helena happily to her office, looking forward to checking on Helena's sketches.

Alex returned upstairs to where Lycoris was waiting for him.  He smiled softly at her and said,

"Hey, Lycoris, I'm back."

Helena and Nathan made it to Helena's office and once the door was closed, she looked in a desk drawer and took out a few sketches.  She showed them to Nathan and said,

"These are my latest designs.  I want to bring some modern fashion and make woman look elegant and not too flashy."

(I'm getting sleepy so I'll go ahead and get off for the night now.  I'll post again in the morning although I won't have much time since I have to go out earlier than usual tomorrow.  But anyway, nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

(No problem. Nite, nite, phoenix. ^^)

Lycoris smiled softly as she heard Alex's voice when he returned and extended her hand to him to hold, welcoming him back this way.

Nathan looked at the sketches and observed them carefully. He liked the designs very much and smiling, he said,

"These look pretty good. You're right-they look quite elegant but also non-traditional. It looks like you also try to come up with your own style, love?"

(Thanks.  I'll try to be here as much as I can until I have to go out, so if I suddenly don't post for a while, I'm at work.  XD)

Alex happily held Lycoris' hand and gazed at her.  He asked, "Hey, do you want to sit down or walk around for a bit?"

Thinking that he had to come up with a way to communicate without Lycoris needing to speak, he added,

"Squeeze 1 time for the first option, 2 times for the second, and 3 times if you want something else."

Helena nodded happily and replied, "Yup, that's right.  Also, I try to be thoughtful of the different shapes and sizes women have since not one size fits all.  And choosing the right colors is important, too."

She continued to show Nathan a few more of her sketches.

(No problem, I totally understand. XD)

Lycoris couldn't help but chuckle a bit at the creative way Alex came up with to communicate with her, appreciating that he was so understanding and patient. She smiled and squeezed his hands a couple of times, choosing to walk around for a bit. She thought that sitting down will just bring the bad thoughts to her again and she wanted to distract herself as much as possible.

Meanwhile, the shapeshifter had finished cleaning up with her mother and then headed to Matthew's room. She entered quietly then after taking a seat by his side, she touched his hand gently and communicated with him,

Matt, can you hear me?

Nathan continued checking Helena's sketches, commenting fondly at the ones he liked the most. Gazing happily at her, he said,

"I admire you very much, you know. You're talented and successful. You know what you want and you work hard to achieve it. I haven't met a woman like that in my life."

Alex smiled and replied, "So walking around it is then.  Do you want to walk around here or go outside?  Again, squeeze my hand a number of times and then I'll know."

Matthew could hear the shapeshifter communicating with him and he replied,

Yes, I'm here.  Is everything ok?

Helena blushed and replied, "Aww thank you, my prince.  I did get some help at the start to set up my shop but all this is because of hard work.  I don't give up on what I want."

Lycoris didn't respond for a moment, thinking over the options. It would have been better to walk outside and get some fresh air but as she didn't want to encounter anyone else, she squeezed Alex's hand a single time, asking him to walk around where they were.

The shapeshifter replied,

Yes, everything is ok. I am checking on you and maybe you would like to know the updates. How are you faring?

Nathan smiled fondly and flirtatiously at Helena as he replied, "And that's what I love the most about you, love."

He leaned in for a loving, romantic kiss.

Alex nodded in understanding and replied, "Ok then.  We can walk around here for a bit then.  Would you like me to open a window, too?  We can get some fresh air in here."

Matthew replied,

I'm ok.  My body is recovering.  I think I should be awake tomorrow.  How are things?

Helena happily returned the kiss, pouring all of her love and passion into it.  She wrapped her arms lovingly around Nathan's neck and enjoyed the sweet, romantic moment between them.

(This will probably be my last post until I get back from work tonight.  XD)

Lycoris smiled at the idea and nodded, agreeing. She waited for Alex to open a window then held his hand as they walked around the room for a bit.

The shapeshifter replied,

They are better, I think? Well, I found a way to snap Alex out of his denial state and it worked. He's accepted things now and he is taking it calmly. Lycoris is another story although she is supposed to be getting better.


She summarized to him the events of last night and the day, with Alex being able to talk to Nerine's spirit, Lycoris' powers going berserk, and her state until the shapeshifter talked harshly to her.

Nathan continued kissing Helena lovingly for a few more moments until the kiss was broken. He gazed happily at her and said,

"I love you so much, my Helena, and I'll help you make all your dreams come true."

(Back now.  I'm going to take care of some stuff and once I'm free, I'll post more.  ^^)

Alex happily held onto Lycoris' hand as the two of them walked around the room.  Although part of him wondered why Lycoris wasn't talking, Alex wasn't going to push her, deciding that it would be better to let her take her time.

Matthew took in all that the shapeshifter told him and he replied,

Wow, a lot has definitely happened.  Well, I should be awake tomorrow and then I can help out.

Helena smiled lovingly at Nathan and replied, "But you're my greatest dream already come true.  It's true, Nathan.  I'm just so happy being with you and I couldn't ask for anything more."

Lycoris held Alex's hand as they walked around the room and she smiled softly at him, her heart feeling calmer and better by his presence. She wanted to talk just so that Alex wouldn't have to bear her silence for long but she just couldn't. It was as though accepting Nerine's death had hit her so hard that she was barely keeping up so she wouldn't break down and lose control again, for it was as though a negative part of her was trying to come out and she was holding it back with all her strength.

The shapeshifter replied,

Yeah, that would definitely help. Alex and Lycoris could both use your support. Alex is doing everything he can to help Lycoris but it can't be easy for him having to cope with his loss in the same time.


*******************

Nathan gazed happily at Helena and replied, 

"Is it true? That just being with me is more than enough for you? I know your presence is the whole world for me but I want to make you so happy all the time, need and want nothing because I will grant you everything."

(Free now.  I'll be gaming and all, but I'm here.  ^^  Oh and also, one of my friends talked to me about 7'scarlet and explained to me why it has such an appeal.  She says that it actually does start off really slow and boring, so she can understand my skepticism.  But it picks up and there's quite a bit of mystery and supernatural stuff.  That would kind of make me interested but something about the game still throws me off for some reason although I can't explain it.  lol)

As though Alex could understand Lycoris' feelings, he gently said, "You don't have to talk if you don't want to.  It's more than enough for me to be here with you, Lycoris.  You take all the time you want, ok?"

Matthew replied,

Yes, I totally understand.  I'll do what I can to help.  This can't have been easy for you, either.

Helena nodded happily and replied, "Yes, it's true.  I love you with all of my being, Nathan, and I'm more than happy just being with you.  You are my soul mate, the man of my dreams."

(Welcome back. ^^ And ooh I see. XD I don't usually like it when a game takes too much time to get into the climax of the story. I like things to start off exciting. XD)

Lycoris smiled sadly at Alex and wanted to just tell him that she couldn't help it and she didn't want to be a burden on him. She knew that he was as sad as she was about Nerine's death and didn't wish to be such a trouble in the middle of all of this, too. She showed him an apologetic face and squeezed his hand gently, hoping her message would go through somehow.

The shapeshifter sighed inwardly and replied,

I can do fine. It's like reliving an old experience all over again. I can understand what they're going through perfectly. I wouldn't even blame them if they wanted to go after the captain after this passes.

Nathan smiled lovingly at Helena and without saying anything, he leaned in for another blissful, happy kiss, finding no words that could convey his feelings that very moment.

(Thanks.  ^^  And yup, I'm the same, too, when it comes to VNs although if the premise is interesting enough (like Steam Prison), I won't mind if it starts off slow.  XD)

Alex smiled softly at Lycoris and replied, "Hey, it's ok.  I'm sad, too, about my darling's death.  She'd want us to try to move on, though.  But I'll never forget her.  I love her forever."

Matthew replied,

Do you really think they'll do that?  I mean, I suppose it is the captain's fault.  If he hadn't resorted to such a tactic...

Helena happily returned the kiss, hugging Nathan and feeling very happy and blissful with him.  She loved him so much and just wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.

(You got me quite intrigued about Steam Prison that I'll definitely put it on my list sometime. XD I just need to get back to gaming again. I can't say I don't have the time but it's more like I don't have the energy to do so. lol)

Lycoris' expression became sad as Alex mentioned Nerine and trying to move on and her eyes teared up, but she just did her best to stay strong. She just nodded and held back her tears as much as she could, trying not to break down all over again.

The shapeshifter replied, 

It is his fault, even if he didn't mean for Nerine to get killed. Kidnapping her in the first place like that-if he hadn't done that, wouldn't have Nerine been still alive by now?

Nathan continued kissing Helena happily for a few more moments until the kiss was eventually broken. He gazed happily at her and said,

"I am the happiest man in the world to have you."

(Heh, I understand.  For me, it's like my gaming time is more limited nowadays because of the editing work.  XD)

Alex could tell, though, that Lycoris was sad and hugging her, he gently said,

"Hey, I'm sorry.  I didn't mean to upset you.  I know how hard this must be for you."

Matthew replied,

Yes, yes, you're right.  I wouldn't blame them if they wanted to go after him.  I guess I've never lost anyone like that so I can't imagine.


**************

Helena replied happily,

"And I am the luckiest woman in the world to have you.  You really are my prince."
