Romance RP

(Ahh no problem. I'm multi-tasking as well so it's all good. XD)

Nerine nodded happily and said, "That's true."

She sat up and stretching a bit, she said, "We should get up and get ready. Ryan will be probably here soon so we could have dinner."

(Coolies.  XD)

Alex nodded and sat up, stretching his arms.  Soon after, there was a knock on the door and outside was Ryan, meeting with the couple to have dinner and possibly plan out any last minute details to the plan before executing it.

Nerine heard the knock on the door and guessing it was Ryan, she said, "I'll open the door."

She got up and opening the door, she found that it Ryan indeed and she allowed him in.

Ryan entered the room and nodding to the couple, he said,

"Have you two rested?  I took a quick nap earlier."

Alex nodded and replied, "We did.  I feel a bit stronger now."

He paused and then added, "We should probably order dinner since we're all here."

Nerine nodded and replied, "No need to waste more time, I guess. I'll call the maid and ask her to bring dinner."

She opened the door again and as she found a maid, she asked her to bring dinner and the maid left immediately to do as asked.

As everyone waited for dinner, Ryan asked, "So after we eat, we'll all head back to the academy?"

Alex nodded and replied, "That's right.  We'll meet up with Duchess Irene and the others.  Then as we're headed towards Duke Collins' place, I'll communicate with Lycoris so she knows what's going on."

Nerine nodded in agreement and a little later, the maid returned with dinner. Nerine allowed her in and the maid laid out the dinner in front of the party before taking her leave.

(Ahh I have some chores to take care of so I'll be away for about 30 minutes or something. XD)

(Ahh ok.  XD)

After the maid left, Alex said, "We should eat.  Dinner looks very delicious."

Ryan nodded in agreement and he took his seat, as did Alex and Nerine.  Then the party began to eat, getting their energy for the mission ahead.

(Getting sleepy here so I'll get off for the night now and go to sleep.  I'll check back tomorrow and post again.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Nerine began to eat as well, although her mind was busy thinking about what was ahead. She was feeling worried and nervous for everyone's sake but Alex especially, as their mission wasn't easy at all.

(No problem.  XD)

Alex glanced at Nerine and sensing her nervousness, he reached out to touch her hand and softly said,

"Everything will be all right, darling."

Nerine smiled softly and although she still felt a little nervous inside, she wanted to appear strong in front of Alex.

She was soon all done eating and waited for Alex and Ryan to finish as well.

Alex and Ryan soon finished their dinner as well and seeing that everyone was done, Alex said,

"Let's clean up here and then we'll take a carriage and head to the academy, ok?"

Ryan nodded, ready to head on out to rescue Lycoris.

(I might be slow in posting since I'm gaming as well.  XD)

Nerine got up and gathered all the empty plates and dishes to put in the tray, then put it outside for the maids to take later. Nerine then turned to Alex and said,

"I'll come with you to the academy. I'll see you off there."

Alex nodded and replied, "Ok.  We should get going."

Ryan nodded and took the lead in leaving the room.  Alex gently held on to Nerine's arm as the couple followed and they all headed to the stables.  There, they requested for a carriage so that they could head to the academy right away.

A carriage was prepared right away for the party and the driver helped them inside. He then got on it and drove the way towards the academy where Duchess Irene was waiting. There, the shapeshifter and Lady Penelope had already arrived and were waiting for the rest of the party.

Once the carriage arrived at the entrance to the academy, Ryan got out first.  Then followed Alex and Nerine.  Alex bowed respectfully to Lady Penelope and the shapeshifter and said,

"Is everyone ready?"

Lady Penelope smiled softly to the party and replied, 

"Yes, we are all ready. Duchess Irene will be down soon."

Indeed, in a few minutes, Duchess Irene arrived, coming from her office. She saw that everyone had gathered and nodding to them, she said, 

"We're all here. We shouldn't waste time then. Let's get going. The carriage will take us to the duke's mansion in Wyvlen."

Alex nodded and replied, "Ok.  I haven't contacted Lycoris yet but I will as we're heading towards Duke Collins' place."

Ryan added, "Perhaps we should briefly go over the plan again so we don't miss anything."

Irene nodded and went over the plan again, explaining how the shapeshifter would use her powers to go through the shields and deactivate them from inside then they would enter and take Lycoris from her room then leave right away.

After she was finished, she said, "Is everything clear?"

Ryan replied, "Yup, it is."

Alex replied, "Me, too."  He turned to Nerine and said, "I think it's best here at the academy until you hear from us.  I don't want you in any possible danger."

Nerine nodded and replied, "Ok. I'll wait here. Please let me know if anything happens, ok?"

She couldn't help but give Alex a gentle hug, as a way of saying goodbye and strengthening him before he went on the mission with the others.

Alex returned the hug, silently letting her know that everything would be ok and that he would return to her as soon as possible.  He looked to Irene and asked,

"Would it be all right if my darling stayed in your office?"

Irene nodded and replied, "Of course, no problem. Or if she would like me to ask for a carriage to take her back to the castle now, I won't mind."

Nerine shook her head and replied, 

"No, thanks, duchess. I'll wait here for you all. Just please keep me updated if anything happens. I'll be worrying about you all until you return."

Alex nodded and replied, "Of course, darling.  I'll communicate telepathically with you and you can do the same for me."

Ryan replied, "We should get going if there's nothing else we need to do."

Irene nodded and after they said goodbye to Nerine, the driver helped them into the carriage and started leading the way out of Cephiron and into the forests, on the road to Wyveln.

The shapeshifter turned to Alex and said, "Don't waste time. You should contact Lycoris and tell her what to do."
