Romance RP

Happily, the puppies cuddled closer to Lycoris to keep warm and Ryan commented,

"They sure do love you but then that's no surprise.  You're quite a wonderful woman to love, you know, and no one should ever say otherwise."

Lycoris blushed a deeper red and felt quite shy as she replied,

"You flatter me so, Ryan although I admit I love hearing such words from you. They give me all the more confidence and although I don't know if I deserve such praise, it honors me that you think so highly of me. As long as you do, I want nothing else."

Ryan replied, "You definitely deserve such praise and I'll always give my sincerest compliments to my angel.  I am at her beck and call."

The puppies barked and Ryan jokingly added, "And it seems like our boys are trying to say the same thing."

Lycoris petted the puppies happily and replied, "Aww I really am so blessed to have you all around me. I don't know what I'd have done without you. You make me so happy."

She hugged the puppies close to her and cuddled close to Ryan as well, showing her gratitude and love to all three of them.

Ryan cuddled closer to Lycoris as well and wrapped both of his arms around her in an embrace, showing both his love for her as well as to keep her warm.  Gazing up at the sky, he said,

"I wish we could see a shooting star.  I would definitely make a wish if I did."

Lycoris smiled happily and replied, "I know what a shooting star is. It's that star that moves so quickly and we're supposed to make a wish upon it, right? I wish we could see one too."

She then curiously asked, "But what would you wish for, Ryan?"

Ryan looked happily at Lycoris and replied, "That one's easy.  I'd definitely wish for your happiness always.  I want my angel to be happy and to experience life to its fullest."

Also, he wished that Lycoris would stay alive although he didn't utter those words, as he felt that Lycoris would be against that wish being granted.

Lycoris blushed deeply as she knew of Ryan's wish, and shyly, she quietly replied,

"Would you really wish for that? That-that's really quite kind of you. But you know, if I would make a wish, I would wish for your happiness and the best of luck always, too. You deserve all the good in the world, Ryan, because you're such a wonderful, kind person."

Ryan blushed as he heard Lycoris' wish and replied,

"And you're a wonderful, kind woman to want such a wish for me."

He looked back up at the sky and added, "I hope we can see a shooting star while we're here.  I think our wishes would come true."

Lycoris gazed at the sky as well and smiling softly, she replied, "I hope so, too."

She continued gazing at the sky with admiration and a little anticipation, hoping to see a shooting star as well so she could make her wish for Ryan.

As though the sky heard Ryan's and Lycoris' words, there was a shooting star that appeared.  Pointing to it, Ryan said,

"There's a shooting star.  We need to make our wishes quickly."

He closed his eyes and silently made his wish, for he wanted Lycoris to be happy always and to be alive as well.

Lycoris was happy as she saw the shooting star and closing her eyes as well, she silently wished for Ryan's happiness and welfare for all the time, praying that he would be safe and well too, no matter what happened. After both wishes were made, she smiled softly and said,

"It seems like the shooting star heard us. I am so happy that we could see it and make our wishes."

Ryan grinned and replied, "Me, too.  We sure have seen wonderful things while we've been here, haven't we?"

The puppies barked happily, wagging their tails in agreement.

Lycoris giggled softly and nodding as she petted the puppies gently, she replied,

"It sure has been a really wonderful night. We should do this often, you know. I love gazing at the sky. I never get tired of watching its beauty."

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "I agree.  We can do this every night while we're here if you'd like.

And did you know that there are animals that come out only at night.  For instance, owls only appear at night and if we look at the trees closely, we can see the eyes of one of them."

He looked to one of the trees and indeed, there was an owl perched on a branch.

Lycoris observed the owl that Ryan looked at and although she was curious, she was more scared by how its eyes looked in the middle of the night. Instinctively, she held on closer to Ryan and replied,

"It-it's beautiful but its eyes don't look very friendly. . . are you sure it's not dangerous? Why does it come out only at night?"

Ryan returned his gaze to Lycoris and hugging her, he replied,

"Ahh some animals are just nocturnal because it's in their nature.  Their sleeping patterns operate differently from us.  

And don't worry-owls aren't dangerous and even if they were, I will always protect my angel from any danger."

Lycoris nodded in understanding and feeling calmer, she nodded,

"I see. It's really wonderful to know how this world work, and how the creatures in it are so different from each other. I've never known about this creature before at all."

Ryan nodded and replied, "I see.  Yeah, there are certain animals that only come out at certain times.  I can teach you all that you want to know.  You can ask me anything, you know.  I would be more than happy to satisfy your curiosity."

Lycoris smiled softly and replied, "I am glad you aren't bored of my questions but in that case, I'll make sure to ask about everything I want to know."

She continued gazing at the sky and although she was starting to get sleepy, she didn't want to go back inside just yet.

Ryan continued to gaze at the night sky and said,

"If you get sleepy, my angel, you can let me know, ok?  I'll take you back inside so you can get your rest."

He sighed happily and added, "This has been a wonderful night.  I couldn't ask for anything more."

Lycoris smiled softly and nodding, she replied, "It sure has. I wish every night could be so peaceful. I would be the happiest ever."

She yawned softly but quickly shook her head, trying to shake the sleepiness away, as she really didn't want their time to end.

Ryan glanced at Lycoris as he heard her yawn and then quickly shake away the sleepiness.  Chuckling softly, he commented,

"It looks like my angel's getting sleepy but she doesn't want to go to bed yet.  Would I be correct?"

Lycoris blushed in embarrassment as Ryan caught her and shyly replied,

"Aww I am not that sleepy yet. I want to stay up some more. The night has been so wonderful and I don't want it to end yet."

Ryan chuckled some more and replied, "I understand.  I don't feel like going back in, either, yet.  I could enjoy this whole night with you."

Realizing something, he asked,

"Is this the first time you've ever done something like this?  Just looked up at the sky without a care in the world?"
