Romance RP

Lycoris followed Ryan back upstairs to his room so they could get some rest. Once there, she waited until he climbed into bed and then followed suit, lying down by his side. Although she felt quite tired, she still waited for Ryan to wrap his arms around her, for she got used to it that she couldn't fall asleep anymore if she didn't feel secure in his arms.

After the couple laid down on the bed, Ryan wrapped his arms around Lycoris' waist.  Then gazing at her with such care, he said,

"Now you'll always be safe as long as I hold on to you.  Have a good nap, my angel, and see you when I wake up."

He leaned in to give Lycoris a kiss on each of her cheeks.

Lycoris blushed as Ryan kissed her on her cheeks but smiled happily and quietly said,

"I feel safe nowhere other than in your arms, Ryan and I know I'll be always protected with you. Have a good nap, too, my guardian angel."

She cuddled a bit close to Ryan and then closed her eyes, falling asleep quickly.

(I'll go ahead and fast forward the nap.  XD)

After some time passed, Ryan woke up, feeling quite refreshed from his nap.  He noticed that it was getting to be late afternoon.  He gazed happily at Lycoris, peacefully sleeping in his arms.  Deciding to let her sleep as much as she wanted, Ryan stayed still, continuing to gaze happily at Lycoris.

As Ryan woke up, Lycoris continued to sleep for a little more. Although she had a lot of fun in the morning, her body was still weak and it tired her out to walk for quite a bit. As she continued to sleep peacefully, she softly murmured,

"I am so happy with you, Ryan. You're my whole world."

Ryan blushed as he heard Lycoris talk about him and reaching out to gently stroke a lock of her hair, he thought,

And I am happy to be with you, my angel.  I don't know what I'd do without you.

A little while after, Lycoris opened her eyes and began to wake up. She felt a bit better after taking that nap but wondered whether Ryan had woken up yet. Sleepily, she quietly asked in case he hadn't,

"Ryan? Are you awake?"

Ryan smiled as he noticed that Lycoris had woken up and replied,

"Hi, my angel, I'm awake.  Did you have a good nap?  It's late in the afternoon now."

Lycoris smiled a little as she heard Ryan respond back to her and nodding, she replied, "Hey, Ryan. Yes, I had a good nap. I feel better now."

She yawned softly and blushing a little as she covered her mouth, she continued, "Although a little lazy. Man, I didn't think that going out would tire me out so much but at least we're staying here for the rest of the day, right?"

Ryan nodded and replied, "Yup, we are and hey, you're not lazy at all.  Your body still needs to recover physically so we should be taking it easy.  At least we have Robert now to take us to wherever we wish to go so you won't tire out as easily.

We can rest here for a bit and then I can go prepare dinner for everyone."

Lycoris smiled and nodding, she replied, "Yes, I'd like that and I'm looking forward to dinner tonight. I am sure you'll cook something that's delicious as always."

She sat up in bed carefully and asked, "Are the little puppies still sleeping?"

As if on cue, the puppies woke up and looking at Lycoris, they noticed that she was awake and happily, they approached her.  Smiling, Ryan replied,

"Looks like they just woke up and they're waiting for our angel to pet them."

Lycoris giggled softly and reaching out to hold the puppies in her arms, she happily said,

"Good afternoon, little ones. Did you have a good nap?"

She petted them gently as she said so, enjoying their soft touch.

(Ahh I'll be away for about 30 minutes to take care of some chores but I'll be back right after. XD)

(Ahh ok.  XD)

The puppies barked happily in reply and cuddled happily towards Lycoris, enjoying her touch.  Ryan smiled softly at the sight before him and replied,

"It looks like they did but I did as well, especially as I slept next to a beautiful angel."

He looked on happily at Lycoris.

Lycoris blushed shyly but giggling softly, she replied,

"Aww you flatter me so, Ryan. I slept well too, surrounded by such wonderful company and having your strong arms around me."

She smiled delightfully, hugging the puppies close to her and reaching out to touch Ryan's hand and squeezing it.

Ryan blushed happily as Lycoris replied and touched his hand.  He returned her touch with a gentle squeeze of his own and thought about how happy he was when he was with Lycoris.  He couldn't remember ever being so happy, even when he was with Lisianthus although he certainly had happy moments with her, too.

(Hmm, do you think that Ryan is happier with Lycoris or Lisianthus?  XD)

(Thanks. XD And ahh, I think he should tell better than everyone but I think both women make him happy in a different way. XD)

Lycoris was silent for that moment, smiling happily and feeling quite peaceful as she felt the presence of those dear to her heart. Something occurred to her and she asked,

"We're going to bed early tonight, right? To watch the sunrise in the morning?"

(Ahh yeah, I agree on all counts.  XD)

Ryan nodded happily and replied, "Yup, that's right.  I'm going to set the alarm clock just before we head off to bed so I'll hear it when it's time to wake up.  I hope it's ok that we go to sleep early tonight.  I want you to see the sunrise at least once and if you feel sleepy afterwards, we can go back to sleep then."

Lycoris nodded happily and replied,

"I'm totally ok with it. I want to see the sunrise too and watch it for as long as it lasts. It will be my first time ever and I want to witness it all."

Ryan smiled and replied, "Great and it will be all the more pleasurable because I'll be seeing it with my one and only angel."

He reached out to gently caress Lycoris' right cheek and then asked,

"Are you hungry, Lycoris?  I could start dinner if you'd like although I should first make sure that Robert has enough water."

Lycoris couldn't help blushing deeply as Ryan caressed her cheek but quickly nodding, she replied,

"Yeah, I am. I'll appreciate it if you start dinner but umm, you're right that you should check on Robert. He should have his dinner as well."

Ryan replied, "True.  Robert can eat the fresh grass outside but he'll need water.  There's a large bucket in the kitchen that I can fill with water and after I tend to him, I can get to starting dinner.  When you're ready, just let me know and we can get started."

Lycoris nodded in understanding and replied, "Alright then. I'm all ready so you can lead the way whenever you are."

She held the puppies in her arms securely.

Ryan nodded and after getting out of bed, he helped Lycoris to do the same.  Then gently holding on to her right arm, he led the way out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen where he fetched the empty bucket.  After filling it with fresh water, he then led the way outside to where Robert was resting.  Setting the bucket carefully on the ground, Ryan then said,

"Hey, Robert.  Here's some water for you.  You can eat the grass, right?"

The horse whinnied happily in reply.  Smiling, Ryan then said, "Great and after dinner, we'll bring you a carrot or apple for dessert."

Lycoris smiled softly and happily said,

"You'll be very happy with us, Robert. Ryan is great at taking care of you, isn't he? He's a very kind man, too so rest assured you'll be treated wonderfully as long as you're with us."
