Romance RP

(Thanks.  In case you're curious as to what I'm playing, it's a mahjong solitaire I bought on a sale sometime back.  Some of the levels are kind of hard while others are ok.  XD)

Olivia heard Lycoris call out to her and she approached Lycoris, holding her hand and gently leading her to the bedroom.  There, she laid out a beautiful pale yellow dress with matching hair ribbons and said,

"I thought you'd like a different dress to wear, miss, so I laid this yellow one out for you.  My daughter will be coming today so she can help design more dresses for you to wear."

(Ahh I see. I didn't know that you were into mahjong solitaire games until recently. I am not very much into them and all. XD)

Lycoris smiled softly and replied,

"If you think that it will look good on me, then I am sure it will. I can't wait to meet your daughter. When will she come today?"

(Ahh I see.  Well, I do like them although there aren't a lot of them on Steam or at least not a lot of good ones.  But yeah, I'm playing this one, mainly because the game I was playing before, I can't 100% achievement complete it because one of the achievements is really picky and it's too annoying to replay the whole game so yeah.  XD)

Olivia looked thoughtful and replied, "I believe she will come later this morning.  She told me that she wants to make sure the shop is well taken care of and then she'll come over.  I am very excited for the two of you to meet."

She helped Lycoris get into her dress and then arranged her hair into a beautiful hairstyle.

(I see. XD Well, have fun and I totally understand about picky achievements. Good luck finishing it at a later time. XD)

Lycoris replied happily,

"And so am I. I am sure we'll hit it off right away and I can't wait to make a new friend. If she's your daughter, she must be a very nice and friendly girl."

Olivia blushed and replied, "Awww thank you, miss.  That's very kind of you to say."

She finished helping Lycoris to get dressed and to arrange her hair.  She then said, "There, you look absolutely beautiful, miss, and all ready for the day."

There was a knock at the door and Matthew said, "I'm back.  Is Lycoris ready?"

As they had just finished, Lycoris replied happily to Matthew,

"Yes, I'm all ready, Matt. Please come in."

Matthew entered the room and upon gazing at Lycoris, he smiled softly and said, "You look beautiful, Lycoris.  You take my breath away."

He approached Lycoris and gently touched her hands, gazing happily at her.

Lycoris blushed deeply but was happy to hear Matthew's words, and smiling shyly, she replied,

"Thank you, Matt. I feel pretty happy when I hear you say that. I am sure you look just as wonderful and handsome as well."

Olivia nodded happily and replied, "I agree with the miss here.  You look wonderful, too, master."

Matthew blushed and replied, "Awww thanks, you two."

He then looked to Lycoris and asked, "Are you ready to have breakfast with the others?"

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Yes, let's go. I can't wait to see the others and let them know I am okay. They must have been worried last night."

She got up and waited for Matthew to lead the way.

Matthew gently held Lycoris' arms and led the way out of her room and downstairs to the living room where they would have breakfast with the others.  As he had told the shapeshifter everything that had happened regarding Lycoris' other personality, he hoped that she and the others would be able to act like nothing was out of the ordinary.  Also, he hoped that they could come up with some ideas to make the elixir stronger.

Downstairs, the shapeshifter, Lady Penelope and the chancellor had gathered at the dining room. The shapeshifter had told them about what happened to Lycoris last night and warned them not to show her that anything was up.

As they saw the couple enter, Lady Penelope smiled softly and spoke up,

"Oh dears, good morning. I hope you're feeling better this morning, Lycoris."

Lycoris smiled softly and nodding, she said, "Yes, I do feel better today. Good morning to all of you."

Matthew helped Lycoris into her seat and then he took a seat next to her.  Addressing the others, he said,

"Good morning to all of you.  I hope that everyone slept well last night?"

Lady Penelope nodded happily and replied,

"My daughter and I slept well."

The chancellor added, "It was a peaceful night. I am glad to see that we all slept well."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Me, too."

He looked around and noticed that Alex and Nerine weren't at the table and he couldn't help but wonder whether they would always end up eating alone, as he could tell how much Lycoris wanted to talk to them.

Lycoris was thinking of the same thing, as she could tell that Alex and Nerine weren't in the room and wondered whether they were coming down. So far, it seemed as though they were avoiding which hurt her deeply, as she had a few days to live at most and she wanted to get as much as possible of their company, but it seemed like they didn't really care about that.

Matthew looked at Lycoris and could see that she was hoping that Alex and Nerine would come but they didn't.  He felt like he had to do something so he looked to the others and said,

"Will you all look after Lycoris for a few minutes?  I need to check on something really quickly."

(Getting sleepy here so I'll get off for the night now and go to sleep.  I'll check back tomorrow and post again.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Lady Penelope was a little surprised but nodding, she said, "Of course, darling. We won't go anywhere."

Lycoris was also surprised herself and worried that something had happened, she asked, "Is everything ok, Matt?"

Matthew replied, "Everything is all right, Lycoris.  No need to worry yourself.  I just forgot to take care of something but I'll be right back."

He gently patted Lycoris' hands and getting up, he left the dining room and went upstairs to where Alex and Nerine's room was.  Approaching the door, he knocked softly on it and said,

"Alex, Nerine, it's me, Matt.  Are you both awake?"

Nerine and Alex were both awake indeed so when they heard Matthew knock on the door and announce his presence, Nerine turned to Alex and said,

"I'll answer him. I wonder if anything is up."

She got up and opened the door for Matthew and smiling softly, she said,

"Good morning, sir Matthew. Please come in."

She stood aside to allow him to enter.

Matthew entered the room and after the door was closed, he nodded to the two of them and said,

"Good morning, you two.  I wanted to see how you both were doing.  I haven't seen either of you since you arrived here."

Nerine nodded and replied,

"We're fine and we're quite comfortable here. It's just that we wanted some alone time and all. At least for me, I am still a bit taken by everything that happened."

(Ahh I am heading to college now so I won't be able to post more but I'll post tonight when I make it back. See you later, phoenix. ^^)

Matthew nodded and replied, "I understand and I don't wish to push either of you on this matter.  It's just that everyone has wanted to see you both and see how you're doing but you've been eating alone rather than joining us.  We were getting worried."

Alex didn't know how to reply to that.  He really wanted to join the others during meal times at least but he knew that Nerine was highly against the idea.

Although Nerine still wanted that they eat by themselves so they avoid Lycoris for as long as possible, she thought that it wouldn't be too polite to stay away for much longer, and they could at least eat with the others.

So smiling a bit, she said,

"Oh we surely didn't want to worry anyone. We're sorry about that. We were about to come down to eat breakfast with everyone else, right, Alex?"

She turned to look at Alex and gave him a look to go along with her.

Alex understood Nerine's look and nodding, he replied, "Yes, that's right.  We're feeling better so we can eat with the others."

Matthew smiled softly and replied, "That's wonderful.  Do you two need a few minutes to get ready?  I'll wait out in the hallway."
