Romance RP

(Nite, nite, phoenix. ^^)

Lycoris smiled softly and as she recalled her memories of winter in Lessire, she replied,

"Well, it was some long time ago. It was back when I still had my eyesight and all, and Alex and I went out for the day. It was winter so there was lots of snow and such. We had a lot of fun then. Snow fighting, building snowmen and I tried hot chocolate for the very first time. So whenever I remember winter, I recall this day and it warms my heart."

She had a soft, happy smile on her face as remembering that day truly meant a lot to her.

(Just woke up so I'll go ahead and make this post now.  I probably won't be able to post again until I get back from work tonight.  ^^)

Matthew smiled softly as Lycoris recalled her memories and he replied,

"That does sound like a wonderful memory."

He wanted to figure out how to bring up the issue of restoring Lycoris' eyesight although he didn't want to ruin this moment for anyone.

Lycoris nodded happily and after pausing for a moment, she said,

"Isn't winter coming again anytime soon? I know it only lasts for a while every year but is that while coming again soon? I would love to relive that wonderful day one more time."

(Just got back from work but I'm going to check up on a few things and then wash up but I'll be back as soon as I'm done.  ^^)

Matthew replied, "Actually, it should be winter any day now.  It has been getting cooler recently.  I hope it'll snow, at least for you."

He smiled warmly and hopefully at Lycoris.

(Ok. I am a bit late myself since I had to take a shower and all but I am here now. XD)

Lycoris' face brightened up at hearing Matthew's answer and she happily replied,

"Really? That's wonderful to hear. I really want it to snow as well. It would be great and fun to build snowmen again, have a snow fight, play around..."

She clapped delightfully at the thought.

(Ahh no worries.  ^^)

Matthew smiled softly and replied, "We'll do all of that soon, Lycoris.  You know, we can have hot chocolate even though it hasn't snowed yet.  Would you like that?"

(Random but would you ever consider getting this game?  Quite a lot of my Steam friends bought it upon release but I'm not interested in getting it at all for some reason.  lol)

(Ahh I remember I had it on my wishlist at one point then I removed it for some reason. XD It looks ok but the price is too high to be honest. XD And I am not really into Ninjas and all. lol)

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Yes, yes, I would say yes to hot chocolate any time. It's my favorite drink ever."

Meanwhile, Lady Penelope couldn't help but watch Lycoris' and Matthew's interactions with a happy smile, adoring the couple.

(Ahh I see.  Something about the game throws me off and it surprises my friends that I don't want it.  XD)

Matthew replied, "Then how about we have it after dinner?  We'll have some delicious hot chocolate and maybe a bit of dessert along with it?"

(I see. XD)

Lycoris nodded happily and replied,

"Yes, that would be perfect and maybe it can be a chocolate dessert, too? Or would that be too much chocolate?"

Matthew chuckled and shaking his head, he replied, "You can never have too much chocolate.  What chocolate dessert would you like?  Cake or perhaps pudding?"

(Getting sleepy here so I'll get off for the night now and go to sleep.  I'll check back tomorrow and post again.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Lycoris replied curiously, "Chocolate pudding? What's that? I've definitely had chocolate cake before but this is my first time hearing of chocolate pudding."

Matthew looked surprised and replied, "Oh really?  Then let me describe it to you."

He went into detail about chocolate pudding, its looks and tastes, and how one can eat it with a spoon.  He then said,

"If you'd like, we can have it for dessert today.  It's easy to make."

(Sorry I am here late. Had to take care of a few things but I am here now. XD)

Lycoris nodded happily and said,

"Yes, yes, please. I would love to try it. It sounds sweet and delicious and hey, it's chocolate so it can never be anything but yummy, right?"

(No worries.  I'll be gaming and posting but I'll be here.  ^^)

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Yes, that's true.  Then we'll make sure to ask the chefs to make us chocolate pudding and hot chocolate for dessert.  Also, you wanted to have sushi and other similar items around the same theme for dinner tonight, right?"

(Coolies. ^^)

Lycoris replied, "Ahh yes, I'd love that as well but are you sure it wouldn't be too much trouble for the chefs? I don't want to overwhelm them with my requests."

Matthew chuckled and replied, "It won't be any trouble for them at all.  I think they actually like accepting your requests.  They love your ideas.  How about, after we finish looking at more of the park, we all head into the kitchen and let the chefs know what we'd like for tonight's dinner and dessert?  That way, they'll have time to prepare it all."

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Ok, I don't mind."

She addressed Lady Penelope and said, "Would you mind if you waited for us, Lady Penelope? We won't take long."

Lady Penelope replied happily, "Not at all. I am looking forward to tonight's meals myself."

Matthew nodded and replied, "Thank you, my lady.  We'll be back soon."

He got up and after helping Lycoris to her feet, he escorted her into the kitchen, where the chefs were taking a break before starting the dinner preparation.  The head chef noticed the couple and said,

"Hello, sir, miss.  How may we help?"

Matthew looked to Lycoris, thinking that she might want to give out her request herself.

Lycoris smiled to the head chef and replied,

"Hello, sir. I hope it's ok if I have an idea for tonight's dinner as well? It's a theme that I am interested in trying along with a chocolate dessert."

The head chef nodded happily and replied, "Sure, miss.  I'd love to hear what your idea is."

He then listened as Lycoris told him what she'd like for tonight's dinner as well as dessert and the head chef smiled and said,

"Oh yes, miss, we can certainly whip up such a meal just for you.  It'll be fun preparing dinner and dessert, won't it?"

The other chefs murmured enthusiastically over the idea.

Lycoris looked happy as the chefs seemed to like her idea and she happily said,

"I am so glad to hear that, sir. I was worried it would be any trouble to you. I am sure the meal will come out more delicious than ever from your hands."

The head chef smiled and replied, "Aww thank you, miss.  It warms us to hear such wonderful compliments from you.  Perhaps you would like to observe our dinner preparations a little later and maybe help out a little, if you'd like?"

Lycoris replied, "I'd love that but only if Matt doesn't mind."

She had an eager, hopeful smile, hoping that Matthew would agree.

Matthew smiled softly and replied, "Of course I wouldn't mind.  We'll definitely come back later and help out with dinner."

The head chef smiled and replied, "We look forward to seeing you a little later, sir, miss."

Matthew turned to Lycoris and said, "We should return to Lady Penelope but we'll come back here in a bit."

Lycoris nodded happily and replied,

"Ok, let's go. Thank you so much for agreeing to help them out, Matt. I truly love being in the kitchen and cooking, helping out. It's like doing a different type of art."
