Alex replied,

All right.  I wish you the best of luck, my lady.  My darling and I tried to talk to her, get her to resolve things with Ryan, but she was quite stubborn about the situation.

Irene replied,

I'll try my luck and see if I can talk any sense into her head. Thank you again, Alex and please thank Nerine for me too. I'll let you know if anything else happens.


She then shut off the telepathy and left her office immediately. 

Lisianthus had left Melody in the stables and headed to the castle, wanting to see Ryan in the healers' room, thinking that he was still there.

After Alex and Irene had finished talking, he helped Nerine get off the pegasus and then he got off as well.  As he led the pegasus towards the stables, Alex turned to Nerine and said,

"I just finished talking to Duchess Irene and told her what happened.  She says thank you to you as well for helping, darling."

(Getting sleepy here so I'll get off for the night now and go to sleep.  I'll check back tomorrow and post again.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Nerine nodded and replied, "There's no need to thank us. We're family and this is the least we can do for Sia."

She paused then worried, she continued, 

"What do you think will happen now? Will Sia go to Ryan and pretend that everything is ok or will she face him with the truth?"

Alex replied, "Well, she does know what the healer advised so for now, I believe Sia will not upset Ryan in any way and the only way to do so for now is to pretend.  At some point, though, she does need to talk to him and breaking up with him does seem premature."

Nerine sighed and nodding, she said,

"That seems to be the case. I am worried the most about her. I know how much she loves Ryan even though I may not like him much, but for her to want to break up with him so badly, something big must have happened, or she took the fact that he hid things from her pretty badly."

Alex replied, "More likely the latter.  I can understand that Sia is upset although we've all hidden things for good reasons.  I hope she'll eventually realize that."

He sighed, remembering the harsh looks that Lisianthus had given him.

(Sorry I wasn't able to post again before now. My laptop was damaged yesterday and it's been at the repair shop since last night. So now there's only the PC left and I had to wait until it was my turn to use it. XD)

Nerine reached out to touch Alex's hand gently and smiling softly at him, she said,

"Hey, I'm sure she'll snap out of this sooner or later and everything will be ok again. Don't worry, ok?"

Meanwhile, Lisianthus had checked the healers' room but the healer there told her that Ryan had left earlier and was in the gardens. Taking a breath, she nodded and then headed to the gardens to look for him.

(Ahh no problem.  XD)

Alex smiled softly and replied, "Thank you, darling.  You're truly wonderful, you know."

He gave Nerine a sweet kiss on the lips, showing her his love and appreciation for her support.

Nerine returned the kiss lovingly, pouring all her love and emotions in it.

Lisianthus went out to the gardens and looked around for Ryan, not knowing that Bryan and Rosaline were with him. She felt nervous inside as she didn't know how she would face him, but she would compose herself as much as she could.

After the kiss was over, Alex asked, "So what do you want to do now, darling?  We could stay out here or go inside to the library, maybe read some books."

Meanwhile, Ryan was enjoying his time with Bryan, Rosaline, and the puppies, and he said,

"Thank you for this.  I've been having so much fun today."

Bryan smiled softly and replied, "No problem.  You deserve this, you know."

Nerine liked the latter idea and nodding, she smiled and said,

"Yup, I'd love that. I love reading books with you anytime."

Rosaline smiled and replied, "That's right and we had a lot of fun with you too, you know."

Just then, Lisianthus showed up, having found Ryan although she was surprised to see Rosaline and Bryan with him. She quietly said, 

"Umm hey."

Alex smiled and replied, "Then reading books it is."

He gently held Nerine's arm and led her inside the castle towards the library.

Ryan looked up as Lisianthus approached the party and a warm smile on his face, he happily approached her and said,

"Hi, beautiful.  All done with work?"

Lisianthus took a quick breath and nodding, she said,

"Umm yes, I am all done. Sorry I left earlier but I had urgent work and everything. I went to check over you in the healers' room but the healer said you are here. How are you feeling at the moment?"

Meanwhile, Rosaline was surprised to see Lisianthus but quite relieved in the same time.

Ryan smiled softly and replied, "I'm good.  Feeling better physically, anyway.  Rosaline and Bryan have been great."

The puppies barked happily and chuckling, Ryan added, "And these boys, too, of course."

Lisianthus smiled faintly and nodding, she quietly said, 

"That's great to hear. Umm I am a bit tired after all that work so I think I will head to my room to rest for a bit. I am glad you are ok now, Ryan. Do you want anything before I go?"

She thought she had done just enough, but she couldn't bear to stay around any longer and wanted to go and be on her own.

Ryan shook his head and replied, "I'll be ok.  I was hoping we could spend some time together but I understand you must be tired.  Please rest well and I hope to see you at dinner?"

He looked at Lisianthus with hope and love in his eyes.

Lisianthus avoided looking into Ryan's eyes, for the looks in them hurt her more than anything. She nodded and replied,

"Sure, I'll come then. Please excuse me, everyone."

She then hurried back to the castle, going directly towards her room with no desire to see anyone.

After Lisianthus left, Ryan looked in confusion at Bryan and Rosaline and asked,

"Did I say something wrong?"

Bryan shook his head and replied, "Sia's probably just tired, as she said."

Although Rosaline had a feeling it was more than just that, she nodded in agreement with Bryan and said,

"That's right. I bet she will be better during dinner. For now, let's let her get the rest she wants and we can enjoy the rest of our afternoon here, right?"

(Curious but you don't have classes today?  XD)

Ryan nodded and replied, "Ok."

The puppies barked happily at Ryan, and he turned his attention back to them, temporarily putting thoughts of Lisianthus in the back of his mind for now.

(Ahh yup, I forgot to mention this but nope, I don't have classes on Tuesday anymore. XD)

Rosaline was relieved as Ryan turned his attention back to the puppies and hoped that Lisianthus had an idea about his state so she wouldn't behave in any way that could stress him, for that was what mattered the most to her.

(Ahh we could fast forward the afternoon if you want. XD)

As the party enjoyed each other's company, Bryan noticed how late it was getting and looking to the others, he said,

"It's almost dark.  How about we go inside and get ready for dinner?  Oh and we should have the healer check up on you, Ryan."

Rosaline nodded in agreement and said, "That's right. Although you look a lot better, Ryan, it's best to remain on the safe side." 

She followed the two brothers back inside the castle and to the healers' room.

Ryan and Bryan took the lead until they arrived in the healers' room.  Bryan looked around for the healer so that he could check up on Ryan and make sure that he was still all right.
