Romance RP

Anjela looked around to observe how the others were dancing then said,

"It's more of a free dance although couples are dancing in pairs while there are other bigger groups dancing together. But you wouldn't see anyone dancing on their own. But yes, let's dance as they do."

There were other couples dancing happily, holding each other and twirling gleefully to the fast music.

Matthew nodded happily and extending his right hand to Anjela, he happily asked,

"May I have the pleasure of this dance, my Anjela?"

Anjela couldn't help but blush and nodding happily, she said, "Heh, sure."

She took Matthew's hand and the two of them joined the dance. As she thought the cloak would hinder her movement a bit, she took a breath and made it disappear, revealing herself but dancing shyly and closely to Matthew, gazing just at him and trying to ignore everyone else, trusting him for strength and love.

Matthew smiled lovingly at Anjela as the two of them danced closely.  He lead the dance, following the music, his focus being only on Anjela.  His heart beat rapidly as he held her in his arms, loving every moment.

Anjela danced closely to Matthew, smiling back at him and focusing only on him. She wasn't a natural dancer but she followed Matthew's lead and although fast music wasn't really her type, she was happy enough to dance well and enjoy it, and she loved seeing Matthew's face happy and bright.

As the couple danced, Matthew asked,

"Are you having fun, Anjela?  I haven't danced to this kind of music in a while, but it's lots of fun."

Anjela smiled and chuckling lightly, she nodded and said,

"I am actually. I haven't danced to such music in a long time either, since my wedding maybe, heh. But I am having fun. I am always happy when I am with you, Matt, anytime, anywhere."

Matthew smiled lovingly at Anjela and happily replied, "Me, too, my Anjela.  I'm happy we're here together.  I had no idea such a place like this existed.  It really does remind me of Devenshire."

Anjela smiled softly and nodding, she said,

"Yes, I agree. It's one of the friendliest villages and towns in the gods' world. I am happy you are enjoying yourself. Seeing your smile brings such happiness to my heart."

Matthew blushed deeply and replied, "And seeing you smile brings such warm, loving feelings to my heart.  I truly am the luckiest man to be with you and to have you love, Anjela."

Anjela smiled lovingly at Matthew and the two of them continued dancing gleefully to the music. The piece was eventually over and a slower one started playing, one that was also happy and hopeful but in a slower, quieter way. The people started dancing more slowly and couples brought each other closer, dancing romantically to the music.

Matthew brought Anjela closer to him and the two of them began to dance slowly to the music.  He commented,

"Now this is what I'm more used to dancing to and I love holding the most beautiful, wonderful woman while I do so."

Anjela wrapped her arms around Matthew's neck and holding on to him closely until their noses almost touched, she softly replied,

"Heh, I like this a lot more too. And I am holding on to the most wonderful man. Heh, do you think the women around us are looking at me right now and envying me?"

Matthew chuckled and softly replied, "Maybe but let's see."

He glanced sideways to see if anyone was looking at them.

Anjela chuckled as well and glanced with Matthew. Indeed, a few single women were standing aside and their eyes were on Matthew, whispering to each other about that charming human and the lucky lady in his arms.

Matthew gazed at Anjela and said, "Yup, it looks like a few eyes are on us, but who can blame them?  I'm with the most beautiful, wonderful woman ever who shines brighter than the brightest star."

Anjela blushed deeply at Matthew's words and hiding her face into his shoulder shyly, she said,

"Heh, stop that. You really know how to overwhelm me with your sweet words. But really, it is you who is shining brightly here, taking away all the attention."

She wasn't completely right, as a couple of men not too far from the couple were eyeing Anjela, for despite the scars on her face, they thought she looked beautiful.

Matthew saw the men eyeing Anjela and he replied, "Nah, it looks like you have admirers, too.  They see just how beautiful you are, Anjela."

He held Anjela closer to his body and the couple continued to dance happily.

Anjela blushed even deeper and holding on to Matthew closer, she touched his forehead with hers and gazing lovingly into his eyes, she said,

"Heh, but I only have eyes for you. I don't want anything or anyone else in the world."

Matthew blushed deeply and gazing lovingly into her eyes, he said,

"And I only want you.  I don't want anyone or anything else."

Anjela chuckled happily and the couple continued dancing to the music until it was eventually over. The people happily clapped and then most of them dispersed to do other festive activities. Anjela then looked happily at Matthew and said,

"Okay, looks like we have to do something else. Do you want to try the carrot chocolate cake?"

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Sure, I'm very curious to try it out and I built up a bit of an appetite after dancing."

He waited for Anjela to lead the way.

Anjela chuckled a bit and nodding, she held Matthew's hand and led the way to one of the stands that were selling carrot cakes and chocolate seafood carrot cakes. There was an old lady at the stand taking care of the sales and as the couple approached her, she smiled brightly at them and said,

"Welcome, dears! Why, you're that cute couple who were dancing just now. The charming human and the beautiful devil. Welcome, sweeties!"

(Ahh btw, do we bring back Ryan and Lisianthus? We can assume they had finished lunch and were spending time together. XD)

(Sure, sounds good.  I'll bring them back.  XD)

Matthew smiled sweetly to the lady and said, "Hello, ma'am.  Yes, we're here to try your cakes.  My beautiful lady here told me that this place has this very unique cake.  I've never had anything quite like it, so I'm curious to try it out."

Meanwhile, Ryan and Lisianthus had finished their lunch together and now were spending some time outside in the gardens.  He turned to her and asked,

"How was your work this morning, beautiful?"

(Coolies. XD)

The lady nodded happily and replied, "Oh you must be talking about the carrot seafood chocolate cake! Haha, it's a very unique combination, isn't it? Now I am sure you'll love it. It's a cake we only make around here. Would you like a big cake or would you like the cupcakes version of it?"

Lisianthus smiled happily at Ryan and said,

"Had a lot of work to do and things to catch up with but at least I am done with quite a bit. I am pleased with my progress. What about you, cutie? How were your lessons? Will you become my chancellor officially soon enough?"
