Romance RP

Anjela nodded and happily said, 

"Sure, I love it when you help me, if you are feeling up to it. In that case, do you feel like getting up and starting? We won't take long."

Lisianthus sighed and nodding, she said, "Yeah, poor guy. He's a good man, Matt but he should have stayed away from that moron. She was never to be trusted. She only works for her own good."

Matthew smiled and replied, "Sure, sounds great and I should put the cake in the kitchen, too.  We might be pretty full after dinner, so we can eat this tomorrow."

He got up and walked with Anjela to the kitchen to get dinner started.

Ryan replied, "I guess it was for the best.  At least, he's free from her."

Inside, Ryan didn't think Anjela could be bad, especially since she did befriend Matthew and she was Lady Penelope's daughter.

Anjela got up as well and she and Matthew headed to the kitchen to get dinner started. As Matthew put the cake away, she got out the ingredients they needed for the chicken and salad.

Lisianthus nodded and Irene said, "Well, we'll catch her anyhow before she can do any harm."

After Matthew put away the cake, he approached Anjela and said,

"Ok, what do you want me to help with?"

Ryan nodded and replied, "True.  It will be very difficult for her to hide in this world since people will be looking for her.  A reward is always good motivation."

Anjela looked at Matthew and said, "Why don't you take care of the salad? I'll make the chicken risotto. I've already taken out the ingredients."

Lisianthus smirked a bit and nodding, she said, "And I've got more under my sleeve. She'll be surprised."

The maids soon arrived and laid dinner out in front of the party, hot and delicious.

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Ok, I'll get the salad done."

He took the ingredients for the coleslaw and began to wash and then cut up the vegetables.

Ryan wondered what Lisianthus' tricks were in regards to capturing Anjela but he didn't want to seem too nosy about the matter, so instead, he said,

"Dinner looks wonderful and I sure am hungry.  Let's eat."

Anjela took out the chicken and rice and started making the risotto as well, washing the rice and cutting the chicken then cooking them all together. It smelled quite delicious as it cooked together.

Lisianthus nodded happily and replied, "Yup, let's eat."

She started eating happily, as dinner was quite delicious and hot.

Matthew finished cutting the vegetables and put them all into a bowl.  Then he made the dressing for the coleslaw and then mixed it with the vegetables, using a wooden spoon to do so.  The coleslaw was coming along nicely, and Matthew was pleased with the result.

Ryan took his fork and began to eat his dinner.  Although he had thoughts running through his head, like his chancellor training and the business with Anjela, he decided to put it at the back of his mind for now and just relax, not wanting to be distracted.

(Getting sleepy so I'll get off for the night now but I'll post again tomorrow and all.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Anjela continued cooking the risotto, cooking the rice and adding in parsley, mushrooms and other flavors, then adding the chicken to cook at the end and mix with the rest of the ingredients. It was soon all finished, and it smelled very delightful. She served the risotto in a couple of plates, then as she was done, she turned to Matthew and asked,

"Are you finished, Matt? I am all done here."

Lisianthus continued eating happily and she looked a bit more carefree than usual, pleased with her progress and looking forward to Ryan becoming chancellor and announcing their engagement. Irene had a calm expression, but like Ryan, she had a lot on her mind.

Deciding to distract herself, she looked at the couple and asked,

"Have you made any plans for the evening? I'm guessing you'll just want to relax."

As Matthew had just finished the final touches on the coleslaw, he nodded happily and replied, "Yup, just got done myself."

He had scooped up two servings of coleslaw in small bowls and carried them to the table.

Ryan nodded and replied, "We're planning on visiting Melody and perhaps going on an evening flight.  It's been a while.  What about you, my lady?  Any plans?"

Anjela smiled and she carried the two plates of chicken risotto to the table as well. Then the two of them took seats and she said,

"The salad is looking really delicious, you know. Heh, this is a nice dinner and a team's effort."

Irene replied, "Oh just the usual. I'll relax in my room, maybe read a book or something. Have a good evening. You deserve a break after the long, busy day."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Yup, it sure is.  The chicken risotto looks wonderful and smells great.  I can't wait to eat it."

He helped Anjela into her seat and then took his own seat.

Ryan smiled softly and replied, "Thank you, my lady."

He finished up his dinner, waiting for Lisianthus and Duchess Irene to finish as well.

After the two of them took their seats, Anjela looked at Matthew and smiling, she said,

"Why don't you try the risotto first? And I'll give the salad a try."

She winked at him then reaching for her fork, she tasted her salad.

Lisianthus soon finished up as well, as did Irene. Lisianthus happily said,

"Okay, cutie, since we're done, let's totally run to the stables right away! I can't wait to see Melody and fly with her again."

Matthew nodded happily and taking his spoon, he scooped up a bit of risotto and chewed it.  After swallowing, he happily commented,

"This is delicious.  You truly are an amazing cook, my Anjela."

Ryan chuckled and happily replied, "Sounds great."

He turned to Irene and said, "We'll see you later, my lady."

Anjela chuckled and happily replied,

"Thanks, Matt although I think the food comes out exceptionally delicious because I cook for you. And the salad is really well done, you know. I guess the talented doctor has a little cook inside."

She winked happily at him.

Irene smiled softly at the couple and said, "Enjoy yourselves."

Lisianthus held Ryan's hand happily and led the way to the stables.

Matthew chuckled and replied, "I suppose I have more skills than just healing up my sleeves."

He continued to eat the risotto, enjoying its taste.

Ryan held onto Lisianthus' hand and happily followed her as they headed outside to the stables to see Melody.  He looked forward to seeing her again and to having that romantic flight with Lisianthus.

Anjela continued eating as well, enjoying the wonderful meal although there were lots of troubles on her mind. First a man attacks her and she doesn't even know him, then the queen puts up the wanted signs. Her path was definitely getting harder and harder.

She took a breath and looking apologetically at Matthew, she said, "Umm I'll take my leave after dinner. You'll be okay on your own?"

Lisianthus and Ryan went to the stables where Melody was resting in her stall. The pegasus whinnied happily as she saw the couple, and Lisianthus approached her and gently petting her head, 

"Hey, girl. It's so good to see you again."

Matthew nodded and replied, "I'll be ok.  I'll stay here, read, and have some tea.  But you stay safe and it's best to be in disguise now."

Ryan grinned and added, "Hey, Melody.  We have great news but I should let my beautiful tell you herself."

He looked to Lisianthus, silently indicating that she should let Melody know that she had her memory back.

Anjela nodded and replied, "Don't worry, I'll be careful. I know how to keep myself well-hidden and heh, don't forget that I am the shapeshifter. There is no one as good at hiding as I am."

Melody whinnied curiously and Lisianthus looked happily at her, then said,

"Heh, I am back, Melody. The Sia you know. My memory is all back."

Melody whinnied happily at the news, flapping her wings in excitement.

Matthew smiled a bit and nodding, he replied, "Yes, that's true.  I know you'll be extremely careful and I'll wait up for you.  There's no way I'd go to sleep before I know you're back here, safe and sound."

Ryan happily said, "It's wonderful news, isn't it?"

He looked to Lisianthus and added, "Melody certainly looks and sounds happy with the news."

Anjela smiled softly at Matthew and replied, 

"Are you sure about that? I might be a bit late so if you feel like going to bed, you don't have to wait. It's okay. I don't want to tire you out."

Lisianthus giggled happily and replied, "She sure does. I missed you lots, girl."

She patted her head happily then said, "You ready to go for a ride, Melody? We'll have one of those wonderful flights."

Melody whinnied and flapped her wings, urging the couple to open the stall so they could get going, looking forward for the ride.

Matthew shook his head and replied, "No way.  I'm going to stay up and wait for you.  Besides, there's no way I can sleep unless I feel you around my arms.  I guess I'm a bit spoiled."

He smiled sheepishly.

Ryan grinned and replied, "That sounds like a yes to me."

He opened the stall door and waited for Lisianthus to lead Melody out so they could go on their flight.

Anjela blushed and smiled shyly. She chuckled softly and said, 

"Heh, really now. Well, okay. I'll try not to take too long for your sake then, so we can go to bed together and I can feel your arms surround me."

She blushed a bit deeper and continued eating her breakfast, soon finishing up.

Lisianthus led Melody out of her stall, and the pegasus whinnied excitedly. As soon as they were out in the air, Lisianthus looked at Ryan and happily asked,

"Do you want to take the lead on the ride or should I, cutie?"

Matthew soon finished up his dinner as well and once they were both done, he happily said,

"That was delicious.  I'm very full."

Ryan looked thoughtful and replied, "Would it be ok if I took the lead this time, beautiful?  You can wrap your arms around me and enjoy the sights."

Anjela smiled happily and said, "Heh, me too. That was a good meal."

She got up and said, "Let me take care of the clean up. I'll finish quickly."

She started gathering the empty dishes and plates.

Lisianthus nodded happily and replied, "Sounds great to me as long as I get that romantic kiss in the air, eh?"

She winked happily at him then got on Melody and waited for him to get on as well.
