Romance RP

Lycoris was glad that it took Alex some time to find her, as it meant that she had chosen a good hiding spot. However, she wanted him to find her eventually, as she missed his company for those few minutes.

(Awww that's so sweet.  I mean, Lycoris missing Alex's company.  ^^)

Alex continued to look around and then he eventually approached the area where Lycoris was hiding.  He saw a glimpse of her and giving a bit of warning, he said,

"I'm close now.  You chose a good hiding spot."

(Yup. I think Lycoris' love for Alex remains the strongest. No matter what, her heart chooses him in the end. XD)

Lycoris could hear Alex's voice quite close and she could tell that he almost found her. She smiled happily but didn't say anything, waiting for him to reveal her location.

(Awww it's bittersweet.  ^^)

Meanwhile, Alex finally saw Lycoris and reaching out to touch her shoulder, he smiled and said,

"Hey, I found you.  You're worth finding."

(Sorry I went off without saying yesterday. I had started getting ready to go to work and planned to post one more time but then my mum stole the laptop. D=)

Lycoris giggled happily as she felt Alex's hand on her shoulder and she wasn't surprised, as she had felt him getting closer earlier. She happily said,

"I hope that wasn't too easy for you?"

(Ahh it's ok.  I'm actually here today although tomorrow, I do have to go out for work later in the day so I may be late posting.  ^^)

Alex chuckled and replied, "Nah, not at all.  You gave me quite the challenge, Lycoris.  You found a good hiding place."

(Ahh today is my day off so I am here for a bit although I am going out later today. I'll post here when I can though and be online as long as I can. XD)

Lycoris giggled happily and replied, 

"Well, I am happy you found me although it wasn't easy."

She paused then happily said, "It's my turn now to find you?"

(Ahh ok.  I had work today but I'm home now so I'll be here until I turn in for the night.  ^^)

Alex nodded happily and replied, "Yup, that's right.  So I'll find a good hiding spot while you count and then you find me, ok?"

(Coolies. I'll be here for a bit more but I'll post when I can. XD)

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "Ok."

She started counting loudly, waiting for Alex to find a good hiding location.

(Ok, turns out that I have to go now. XD I'll post more tomorrow hopefully. See you tomorrow, phoenix. ^^)

As Lycoris started to count, Alex looked around for a good hiding spot.  He found a bunch of bushes a little far off although not too far and decide to crouch low behind them, staying still as to not make a sound.

(Sorry I wasn't able to get on yesterday. I had a lot of house chores to do before heading to work so I barely had any time to be on the laptop. ^^; )

Lycoris finished counting to 20 and then said, "I'll find you now, Alex."

She took a deep breath and cast a small spell to feel the objects around her so she wouldn't hit anything. She then started carefully searching, reaching out with her hands so she could feel for Alex's presence and concentrating her ears to detect any sounds.

(Ahh it's ok.  I was pretty tired from work yesterday so it's all good.  ^^  Anyway, I'm going to be gaming while I post so if I'm slow, that's why.  XD)

Alex peeked over the bushes to see how close Lycoris was and he could tell that she wasn't close enough to him yet although she wasn't too far.

(Ahh no problem. XD)

Lycoris continued looking for Alex, reaching out with her arms and searching behind every object. She couldn't detect his presence yet although she could sense she was close. She happily said,

"You're doing a good job, Alex, but I'll find you for sure."

(Thanks.  XD)

Alex smiled to himself and continued to stay quiet.  He took another peek and could see how close Lycoris was getting although he stayed still, to make as little noise as possible.

Lycoris continued searching around until she started to feel Alex's presence nearby. Smiling to herself, she carefully walked to his direction and said,

"I am getting quite close, aren't I?"

Unable to help himself, Alex laughed quietly but quickly, he covered his mouth, hoping that Lycoris hadn't heard.  However, he wanted Lycoris to find him and knew that she was quite close.

Although Alex laughed quietly, Lycoris' sharp ears caught it and it made things a lot easier for her. Grinning happily, she slowly walked over to his direction and feeling Alex's presence quite close, she reached out to put her hand on his shoulder and happily said,

"Caught you!"

Alex laughed happily and grinning, he replied,

"Hey, you.  I'm glad you caught me.  I think you deserve a nice reward for that."

He wrapped his arms around her and gave her a warm hug.

Lycoris was surprised as Alex hugged her but her heart was full of warmness, and she returned the hug quite happily, with feelings of warmth and safety washing over her.

After a moment, she happily said, "This is the best reward ever."

Alex smiled warmly and replied, "I'm glad you like it."

Suddenly, his stomach grumbled a bit and bashfully, he added,

"I guess my stomach's telling me it's almost time to eat.  Hey, I know.  Why don't we have lunch, just the two of us?  We can even have a nice picnic lunch here if you'd like."

Lycoris giggled happily but loving the idea, she happily said,

"Yes, that is such a wonderful idea. I would love that very much."

Alex nodded happily and replied, "All right then.  Let's go inside to the kitchen and ask the chefs to prepare us a small picnic basket lunch."

He looked happily at Lycoris, thinking how nice it would be to have lunch, just the two of them.

Lycoris nodded happily and holding on to Alex's hand, she said, "Lead the way to the kitchen. I am following you."

She was extremely happy, and it showed clearly on her face.

(Ahh I have to go now as I need to be at work a little earlier than usual today. The morning pharmacist is leaving a little early today and I have to be there instead. See you tomorrow, phoenix. ^^)

Alex gently held onto Lycoris' hand and led the way inside the house and then to the kitchen.  In the kitchen, the chefs were busy preparing lunch, and Alex approached one of the chefs, asking if they could have a small picnic lunch prepared for them.  The chef nodded happily in reply and said that they would need to wait some minutes but that a picnic lunch would be prepared for them.

Alex then turned to Lycoris and said, "There, now we just have to wait while lunch is ready for us and then we can eat outside."

(Sorry I didn't post yesterday. Had a busy day before I head to work and all. I am here today as usual though. ^^)

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "I am quite excited. The chefs here make the best food so I know they will make us a very nice picnic lunch. But what really matters is that we'll eat together, just the two of us."
