Romance RP

Matthew chuckled and replied, "Well, I certainly don't mind giving you all my attention."

He winked at Lycoris and then he continued to direct the horse to run across the countryside.

Lycoris smiled and she continued holding on to Matthew as he rode through the countryside, enjoying the time they spent in each other's company.

The couple continued to ride happily through the countryside and as it was late in the afternoon, they were done.  Matthew turned to Lycoris and said,

"We should probably head back home soon although, of course, we'll return to the stables first.  Is there any other place you'd like to visit first, though?"

(Getting sleepy so I'll get off for the night and go to sleep.  I'll check back tomorrow and post again.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

(Sorry I logged off suddenly. The internet disconnected and all. :/ Nite, nite. ^^)

Lycoris shook her head and replied,

"Nah, I guess we should head back. But I had a lot of fun today, you know. It was really interesting to ride around like that."

(Ahh no worries.  ^^)

Matthew smiled softly and replied, "I'm happy you had fun.  I had a wonderful time, too."

He gave Lycoris a quick kiss on the cheek and then ordered the horse to head back towards town, to the stables.

Lycoris held on to Matthew as they headed back to the stables and there, they found the stable boy who took the horse back after they got off. She waited for Matthew to take care of the payment then they could go back home.

(Ahh I am afraid I won't be able to post regularly for the rest of this week. I have this short course that starts todays and ends on Thursday so yeah. ^^ I'll post as much as I can though on other times. ^^)

(Ahh ok, no worries.  ^^)

Matthew finished taking care of the payment and returning to Lycoris, he said, "Ok, we can head on home now."

He gently held on to Lycoris' arm and as the couple walked, he asked, "Did you have fun today?"

Lycoris smiled happily and nodding, she said, 

"I can't deny that I did. The ride was pretty fun and exciting and I liked the walk in the forests. And most definitely, I enjoyed trying the spicy food for the first time. Thank you for the nice day, Matthew."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "You're welcome.  I'm glad you had fun.  I did, too, and you know, the company was wonderful."

He smiled softly at Lycoris as the two of them continued their way home.

Lycoris smiled proudly but she didn't say anything and she was feeling happy indeed, as the time she spent together with Matthew was fun and relaxing. Although she knew that they were heading back home where the unwelcome company was, she wasn't feeling too annoyed about it for now, as long as Matthew was around.

The couple continued to enjoy the walk on their way home and soon, they returned to the house.  Once inside, Matthew turned to Lycoris and said,

"We'll probably have dinner soon but do you want to have dinner with the others or just by ourselves?"

Lycoris smiled as Matthew suggested having dinner by themselves and grinning, she replied,

"Do I really need to answer that? I think you know what I want."

She preferred to stay away from the others for now, and she also liked the idea of having Matthew to herself.

Matthew chuckled and replied, "All right, I understand.  Then it'll be just the two of us.  Would you like anything in particular for dinner or just whatever the chefs cook up?"

(I'll be going to work later today but I'll make this post now while I can.  ^^)

(Ok. ^^)

Lycoris replied, "Nah, I am fine with whatever the chefs make. I am quite happy with trying out the spicy food for today so I'm open for anything at dinner."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Ok then.  I suppose what the chefs have planned will be fine then.  Should we rest in your room until dinner is brought up?"

Lycoris nodded and replied, "Ok, sounds good."

She grinned then holding Matthew's arm, she followed him upstairs to her room where they would wait for dinner.

Matthew smiled and gently holding onto Lycoris' arm, he escorted her upstairs to her room.  Once they were outside her door, Matthew saw a maid passing by and asked that dinner for them be brought up once it was ready and to let the others know as well that they would be eating by themselves.  After the maid nodded and went ahead to carry out the order, Matthew took Lycoris to her room and there, they sat on a sofa to relax.

(I'm really sorry I didn't post for the whole day. I had chores to take care of and then I finally convinced my mom to get a pet cat so I had to pick up that up as well. XD I'm really sorry I didn't let you know ahead of time. I should go back to posting regularly starting tomorrow, though, since the course is over and I have nothing else on my list-to-do and all. ^^)

As Lycoris sat by Matthew's side and they relaxed on the sofa, she stretched her arms happily and said,

"That was a lot of fun. I want to repeat that again soon, ok? Let's do something new each day if we can."

(Ahh no worries and congrats on getting a cat.  I'd love to see pictures of him/her.  ^^)

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Sure, we can do that.  We'll both come up with ideas to do something new and exciting."

(Thanks. ^^ And I posted a couple of pics on Facebook for him. He's a Siamese male and we called him Pito. XD)

Lycoris nodded happily and replied, "And when I have my eyesight back, I will definitely be able to think of more ideas to do new things and have fun. Maybe we can even travel and go see new places."

(Awww I just looked at the pics and he's so adorable.  ^^)

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "I'd definitely love that.  I'm sure we can come up with lots of fun things to do."

A little later, a maid knocked on the door and after entering, she set about laying the plates of food for the couple's dinner.

Lycoris could hear the plates of food being laid out for dinner and curiously asked Matthew,

"Do you know what we'll have for dinner today?"

Matthew looked at the plates of food that the maid had left on the table and he replied,

"It looks like some chicken steak, french fries, some cole slaw, buttermilk biscuits, and apple pie for dessert.  How does that sound?"

The maid had finished setting up all the dishes and had taken her leave.

Lycoris grinned happily and replied and replied, 

"That sounds like a lot but they all sound quite yummy. The maid left, right? Let's start before it gets cold."

Matthew replied, "Yup, it's just the two of us now and I'm getting a bit hungry so let's eat."

He helped Lycoris to her seat and after briefly guiding her hands to the utensils and such, he took his seat and said, "Let's get started."
