The Night sky, The warrior of old.

A mighty warrior, his sword he did unsheathe.

Great power and skill, to his nation he bequeathed.

A Beautiful woman, to his name.

He saved her life, as every creature that captured her was slain.

But upon night, his feelings for her became bold.

But he draw toward her home, and saw something horrid, something forebode.

A Creature, in full armor, of inhuman nature.

It ran out the window, fast as the wind, spoke "We will meet later."

The Mighty Warrior, broke out in a great aura, Screamed in pain.

As his love, was on the ground, slain.

He drew his sword, His desire to take the life of the Creature on sight.

So every full moon, its said they duel every night.

Love could not prevail, cause Evil's Wicked will.

The poor warrior kept fighting and fighting, he kept going, still.

That was quite nice except for the part where the poor warrior lost his love :< how sad...

Thank you.

Yes. His spirit continues to battle that demon every night and everytime he slayed it. it always returned.

Wow. I honestly didn't believe there would still be rhyming poets around!
I deeply respect your admirable effort at reviving the old, glorious feeling of epic rhyme.
That was refreshing.
