Romance RP

Anjela smiled comfortingly at Matthew and replied,

"Hey, of course. I wouldn't let you go home on your own. I'll make sure you are back safely, cook you dinner and make sure you are all comfortable before I take my leave. Nothing is more important than you are to me, you know."

She winked and gazed fondly at him.

Matthew blushed and replied, "I look forward to it.  To be taken care of by my Anjela, I couldn't ask for anything greater.  I really am the luckiest man ever."

Anjela chuckled softly and stroking Matthew's cheek lovingly, she said,

"Nah, I am the lucky one to get to give you some of my heartfelt love. You woke such beautiful feelings in me-I didn't even know they were still there. I thought my heart had already turned to stone but you proved to me that I still have a lot of love to give, but just to you and no one else."

Matthew happily wrapped his arms around Anjela and replied, "And I'm more than happy to have all your love.  I want you all to myself."

He grinned at her.

Anjela smiled slyly at Matthew and wrapping her arms around his neck, she said,

"Heh, I'm all yours and no one else could ever have my love. You are very special, you know. No one even compares."

She gave him a loving kiss on the cheek and laid her head on his shoulder sweetly.

Matthew hugged Anjela happily and he gazed on happily at the view before them.  He commented, "This sure is a wonderful view.  I can see all of Blacklily.  Other than it being in the sky, it's like a lot of other cities."

Anjela nodded with a soft smile and said,

"Yeah although it sure looks cleaner and more pristine than any other city I've seen, except for Cephiron. But you know, Devenshire has its own beauty that compares too. I mean, its buildings may not be as grand or fancy, and it isn't in the sky, but its greenery, beautiful nature and warm people give it its own magic."

Matthew nodded happily and replied, "Yup, that's true.  Devenshire is more down-to-earth.  But the people are happy and they love their town, which is the most important thing.  Even people from other cities have praised how wonderful it is."

Anjela nodded happily and said,

"Hey, it is. Devenshire people must be quite proud of it. Plus, I do have a personal reason why I am so fond of it. It's where I met you."

She gazed fondly at Matthew.

Matthew blushed deeply but he was extremely happy to hear Anjela's response.  He cupped her chin and leaned in for a sweet, loving kiss on the lips.

Anjela returned the kiss passionately, cuddling close to Matthew and pouring all her love and passion into the kiss. Despite everything, she was the happiest when she was in his arms, when they were just by themselves.

Matthew continued to happily kiss Anjela for a few more sweet, loving moments and once the kiss ended, he gazed at her and said,

"I'll never get tired of telling and expressing my love for you, my dear Anjela."

Anjela gazed back lovingly at Matthew and replied slyly,

"Heh, you better not. I wouldn't let you get tired in the first place. You're my one and only love, now and forever."

She held Matthew's hand and gently kissed it tenderly.

Matthew blushed deeply and gently squeezed Anjela's hand, gazing lovingly into her eyes.  He then said,

"I love you forever.  My love for you will never waver and I want you to remember that always."

Anjela gazed back deeply into Matthew's eyes and smiling softly, she said,

"How could I forget it? How could I not remember your love when it is the only light in my life, the only reason why I smile? I'll always remember it. I don't know how you could love me or think of me so highly, I don't know whether I deserve it, but I know that your love is the greatest treasure I've ever had."

Matthew smiled warmly at Anjela and happily replied, "And your love is the greatest treasure I could ever have.  My beautiful, wonderful Anjela."

The back of his hand brushed gently against her cheek.

Anjela blushed deeply and her hand reached out to touch Matthew's hand on her cheek and she gently kissed it again. She replied, 

"And you're my wonderful Matthew. I love you so much, now and forever."

The two of them continued enjoying their time peacefully and romantically for the rest of the afternoon, enjoying each other's company.

Matthew cuddled closely to Anjela and said,

"I'm happy we have this place to ourselves.  It's like our own paradise, in a way."

Anjela chuckled softly and nodding, she said, "Yeah, we have each other and we are between the clouds. It is just you and me."

She took a deep breath and smiling calmly, she quietly said, "Heh, if it could be always like this. Life would be perfect, wouldn't it? But nothing happy goes on forever."

Matthew looked on sadly at Anjela but rather than saying anything, he just hugged her tightly, wanting to let her warmth and love engulf his entire body.  He wanted their happiness to last forever, and he knew it could, if only Anjela could just let go.

Anjela hugged Matthew tightly back, holding on to him as though she was holding to dear life. She couldn't help but quietly murmur,

"Are you angry at me for going through with my revenge? Do you think I could let go but I am not? You-you aren't secretly blaming me?"

Matthew immediately shook his head and replied, "No, I could never be angry at you, my Anjela.  I may not agree with your choice but it is yours to make.  I love you always and I'll support whatever you decide to do.  I'm just scared."

Anjela looked worriedly at Matthew and caressing his cheek tenderly, she replied,

"Scared? Why? I promise you no harm could ever reach you. No one could ever touch you or lay a hand on you. I won't let anyone near you and when the time comes and I am about to take action, I'll make sure you are away and safe. Don't say that you are scared again please."

Matthew shook his head and replied, "It's not me I'm worried about.  I'm worried about you.  Promise me you'll be careful, that you won't let anyone harm you.  I know how strong and powerful you are, but it would help ease my worries."

Anjela sighed a little but she smiled a bit at Matthew and nodding, she said,

"I promise that I'll be as careful as possible and I won't let anyone hurt me. You know how strong I am and even if someone dared to lay a hand on me, I'd teach them a hard lesson."

She paused then looking at Matthew seriously, she continued, "This is for as long as I can, and until I fulfill my goal. After that I can't guarantee anything. You understand that, right? But I promise you that you won't be around for this, Matt. I'll make sure you're back home in the humans' world, safe and sound, before it starts getting ugly."
