Romance RP

Ryan silently wished Avi good luck as he went over to Lisianthus to talk to her.  He turned his attention to Melody and said,

"I hope Avi will be able to get through to Sia."

(Getting sleepy so I'll get off for the night now and go to sleep.  I'll check back tomorrow and post again.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Melody whinnied quietly, wishing for the same thing and extended her wing to touch Ryan gently, as though she were comforting him. 

Meanwhile, Avi had reached Lisianthus and started talking to her gently, hoping that she was in a good mood for the talk.

Ryan gently touched Melody's wing and said,

"Thank you for being here for us, girl.  You're the best pegasus ever and I don't want you to ever forget it.  Sia's very lucky to have you."

Melody whinnied happily, feeling quite flattered by Ryan's words and she reached out to caress Ryan's chest with her head, as though she were telling him that she was quite lucky to have him too.

Meanwhile, Avi continued talking to Lisianthus quietly, although he hadn't opened up the subject of Ryan with her yet, wanting to make sure she would be in the right mood for it or better, trying to get her to talk about it.

Ryan smiled softly and petting Melody's head, he said,

"After Sia and I resolve things between us, it would be nice if the three of us could go on a romantic flight like before.  I miss those and I'm sure you do, too."

Melody whinnied in agreement, totally supporting this idea. She flapped her wings and trotted happily, showing her excitement for the idea. She then touched Ryan with her wing again gently, as though she were telling him to fix things with Lisianthus so they could do that as soon as possible.

Ryan chuckled softly and replied, "I promise, girl.  I'll do my best to fix things with Sia as soon as possible so we can have more romantic flights again.  I have missed those."

Melody whinnied happily, feeling hopeful after hearing Ryan's response. Meanwhile, Avi and Lisianthus were still talking or so it seemed, as Lisianthus suddenly left Avi and ran to the castle, looking quite upset. Avi tried to catch up with her but he couldn't, and looked quite saddened.

Ryan sighed sadly as he witnessed the scene between Lisianthus and Avi and knew that their talk hadn't gone well.  He looked to Melody and said,

"We should go to Avi and see what happened."

(Sorry I couldn't post again today. :/ My mom wanted us to get out to get me a haircut and do some shopping for the house needs and all. :/ I'll be here tomorrow as usual though. ^^)

Melody whinnied sadly and nodded her head, following Ryan to where Avi was. Avi saw the two of them approaching him and sighing sadly, he looked to Ryan and quietly said,

"I'm sorry, Ryan. I-I tried to talk to her gently but...the moment I mentioned your name and how you two should work things out, she snapped at me and ran off."

(Back now and it's ok.  XD)

Ryan sighed sadly and replied, "I-I expected as much.  Everyone who's tried to approach Sia has been brushed off by her.  Maybe Duchess Irene is right.  Maybe Sia just needs time."

Avi sighed sadly and replied quietly,

"I'm sorry, Ryan. I thought that my close relationship with Sia could help me reach out to her but she wouldn't even listen to a word I try to say. I truly hope that all she needs is time."

Ryan smiled a bit and replied, "Thank you for trying, Avi.  I wish that Sia would just talk to me.  I've tried approaching her numerous times now but she just shuts me out.  She won't listen to me.  Was I wrong in keeping things from her?  I guess I was but I really was looking out for her."

He sighed and looked saddened.

Melody could see how saddened Ryan was and whinnied quietly and caressed her head against his shoulder, trying to comfort him. Avi replied gently,

"It doesn't matter what happened before. What happened happened but you just concentrate on trying to fix things, ok? I am sure it's a matter of time before Sia calms down and you two can talk things out."

Ryan nodded and replied, "I hope so.  I really want to fix things between Sia and me again.  I hope she can forgive me."

He petted Melody's head, looking into her eyes for comfort.

Melody tried to comfort Ryan as much as she could, letting him pet her head and whinnying quietly. Avi nodded and replied, 

"She will, Ryan. Sia loves you deeply and that's probably why she's so upset at you. As much the love, as the much the pain, I think."

He paused then deciding to change the subject, he said, "Let's continue our walk, shall we? We still have some time before lunch so we should use it. The fresh air may help you feel a little better."

Ryan nodded and replied, "Yeah, I'd like that."

He smiled gratefully at both Avi and Melody and then proceeded to continue their morning walk.

The party continued walking for the morning, enjoying the fresh air. As they walked, Avi turned to Ryan and curiously asked,

"Have you tried contacting Lycoris? I mean, to make sure that she's ok and all? I hate to think that she's all alone with the duke at the moment and he could run away from you all with her."

Ryan replied,

"Alex was able to make contact with her last night.  Lycoris is all right although she was moved and she doesn't know where she is.  I am going to contact her today to see how she is."

Avi nodded and was relieved to hear that Lycoris was alright. He replied,

"What do you think the duke is planning to do with her? I mean, how long does he think he's going to keep her hidden? You'll find him eventually and teach him a lesson."

Ryan nodded and replied, "I'll definitely make him pay.  He contacted me last night and taunted me but he'll get what's coming to him soon enough."

He had this determined look on his face, as he thought about how he would confront Duke Collins for all the trouble he's caused.

Avi frowned and nodding in agreement, he replied, 

"He really must pay for all the fuss he's caused. I can only imagine poor Lycoris at the moment. She must be feeling lonely and scared wherever she is and it's all because of that selfish person."

His hands balled into fists as he became angry over the thought.

Ryan nodded and replied, "We'll get her out of there, Avi.  Once we find out where Lycoris is, we'll come up with a plan to rescue her."

He paused and then asked, "Do you have any ideas where Duke Collins might have hidden Lycoris?  Duchess Irene said that he has a house in Cephiron but we checked it out and it was empty."

Avi sighed sadly and shaking his head, he replied,

"I wish I could help, Ryan, but my knowledge of Duke Collins is quite limited. I've only seen him when he was around here and even then, we didn't have much contact together so I barely know anything about him. He might own other places that nobody else knows about or perhaps he asked for the help of a friend or a follower."

Ryan nodded and replied, "I see.  In that case, do you know who his friends are?  Maybe I can find a way to get some information from them."
