Pixel Art Attempt

I know there is an avvie and sig thread in general,but as this is an actual attempt at art, I figured I'd make a thread here for it as well.



I'm looking for critique on the character, the windmill and the clouds. This is my second version, I fixed a lot of things that looked off in the first one, and applied some other techniques, but I don't know if there is anything I'm missing.

What can I do to improve this image?



Ok, so I fixed some of the issues with it shown to me by other forums, I've individualized the clouds, anti-aliased everything, and removed the dithering. I also enhanced the shading contrast.
