Romance RP

Alex nodded happily and replied, "Yup, that's right.  Shall we go downstairs to the kitchen and I can make us a couple of cups?"

Lycoris smiled softly and nodding, she said, "Ok, let's go."

She waited for Alex to get up and help her to her feet then she would follow him downstairs to the kitchen.

Alex got up and then helped Lycoris to her feet.  Together, the two of them left the room and headed downstairs, being careful as it was dark.  The two of them made it to the kitchen and after Alex lit up a candle, he set Lycoris down on a chair.  Then he happily said, 

"Ok, two cups of hot chocolate coming right up."

Lycoris smiled softly as Alex started making the hot chocolate for them both and although she was doing her best to cheer up, it was difficult. She couldn't forget that she had almost used her magic to harm Alex. If he hadn't been able to stop her on time, she could have killed him? What if it happened again? What if her magic went out of control again and she really did hurt him or...worse?

Alex made the hot chocolate and within a few minutes, it was all done.  He added a few marshmallows and whipped cream on top and carefully carrying the two mugs, he approached Lycoris.  He set the mugs on the table and handing one to Lycoris, he said,

"Here you are.  It is a bit hot so be careful.  Oh and I added marshmallows and whipped cream.  I hope it's not too sweet."

He chuckled a bit, guessing what Lycoris' reply would be.

(Getting sleepy now so I'll head on to bed but I'll post tomorrow and all.  Nite, nite, Love.  ^^)

Lycoris' eyes lit up as Alex mentioned adding marshmallows and whipped cream to the hot chocolate and immediately replied, 

"Hey, nothing can be too sweet."

She blew a little bit into her mug and then took a sip of her hot chocolate. She smiled happily and replied, 

"Yummm, this is so sweet and tasty. You make the best hot chocolate ever, Alex. I love it."

Alex grinned and replied, "Thanks, Lycoris.  I think the marshmallows and whipped cream add just the perfect touch to hot chocolate.  Some only prefer one or the other or none but I think it's wonderful to have both."

He took a sip of his hot chocolate, savoring its taste.

Lycoris smiled softly and replied, 

"I think I would love hot chocolate in all favors and shapes. It is always sweet and soothing but I love the extra sweetness you just added by the marshmallows and whipped cream. You make only the best things in the world, Alex."

She continued sipping her hot chocolate although there was something on her mind in the same time.

Alex smiled and replied, "Thanks, Lycoris."

As he sipped his hot chocolate, he observed Lycoris' face and felt that there was something on her mind.  He gently asked,

"Is there something you want to talk about?"

Lycoris couldn't help but smile softly as Alex could understand her so well. She took a breath then nodding, she quietly said,

"Yeah. I-I think I know what needs to be done, Alex. I think I should go. My-my presence is becoming dangerous to everyone and I-I don't want to hurt someone else."

She kept on a straight face as she said this, being as calm as possible.

Alex looked worried and replied, "But where are you going to go?  And if you go, I'm going with you.  I'm not worried about being in danger.  I love you, Lycoris, and I'll be with you always, no matter what."

Lycoris shook her head and smiling softly, she replied,

"No, Alex. I-I worry about you the most and I won't bear it if anything happens to you because of me. I love you, Alex but if my presence near you could end up hurting you, I-I wouldn't take it."

She had no answer on where she would go, knowing there was no other place she could head to but not really thinking about that then.

Alex replied, "That doesn't matter to me.  If you want to leave, then fine but I'm going with you.  Besides, just now, didn't I help you regain yourself?"

He was worried about Lycoris being on her own and he didn't want her to leave by herself.

Lycoris looked sad and worried as she replied,

"You-you did, but I almost killed you before you snap me back to my senses. What if next time, you couldn't do it? What-what if I hurt you before I regain myself? No, Alex. I can't put you in any further danger. I need to go alone."

She hanged her head down sadly and whispering, she added, "It doesn't matter where I go. If I just die or disappear all together, that will be for the best."

Alex shook his head and replied, "No, that's not true.  I want you-I need you.  You have no idea how important you are to me.  I-I can't lose you, too."

Tears were forming in his eyes, saddened by the thought of losing Lycoris.

Lycoris was quite touched by Alex's declaration, to the point that she almost changed her mind and decided to abandon the idea of leaving. But she shook her head and tearing up as well, she said,

"I can't lose you, either. You-you're my whole world, my everything. How could I go on knowing I could end up hurting you? It's only getting worse. I love you so much, Alex. I can't bear the thought of losing you too."

Alex replied, "Then we need to figure out how to get it to stop, right?  There has to be a way.  Let's do this together.  I think we're the key somehow."

Lycoris shook her head slowly and could see how stubborn Alex was in holding her back. But she couldn't let him do that to himself and nothing he said denied that he would be in any danger until they figured out her powers, if they could at all.

She got up and going over to him, she reached out to caress his cheek gently and kissed his other, softly saying, "I love you, Alex. I can't stay around when I know I am dangerous to even you. I am sorry."

She bit her lower lip and without saying anything, she cast a sleep spell on Alex.

(Awww Lycoris shouldn't have done that.  Alex would have told her eventually.  :/)

Alex felt himself go unconscious but he struggled to stay,

"Lycoris, I-I know what's going on.  I..."

He then fell asleep.

(BTW, I'm not sure how much I'll be able to get on today.  My comp is acting up.  It's overheating and I think I need to get the cooling fan cleaned or something, so I should talk to my dad about it.  :/)

(Aww Lycoris says she is putting Alex's safety above hers. XD And no problem, I understand. I am going out myself in a little bit so I might not be able to post again unless I can sneak a post from my phone or something. ^^)

Lycoris' eyes widened in surprise as she caught Alex say that he knew what was going on before he lost consciousness. She wanted to ask him what he knew but the spell was already in place and she knew he wouldn't wake up for a bit.

She felt confused over what to do but she decided not to take any chances. She gave Alex a sweet kiss on the lips then after summoning a cloak over herself, she rushed out of the house, carefully touching her way around and using her magic to find her way.

(Ahh I see.  I temporarily turned off my comp to let it cool down, so it should be somewhat better for now.  ^^)

Alex slept, feeling sad that Lycoris had just decided to run off on her own and leave him behind.  He felt regret over not having told her earlier what the shapeshifter had told him.

(Umm, should we move onto the next day?  XD)

(Coolies. ^^ And yup. XD I'll have the shapeshifter wake up and find Alex while you can wake Ryan and Lisianthus? XD)

The next day, the shapeshifter had awoken and gone downstairs to start preparing breakfast until everyone had woken up. She went into the kitchen and was surprised to find Alex sleeping there. Furrowing her eyebrows, she approached him and gently shaking him, she said,

"Alex? Wake up. Why are you sleeping here?"

(Sure.  XD)

Alex woke up, hearing the shapeshifter calling for him, and he looked around in panic.  Seeing that Lycoris wasn't anywhere, he asked,

"Where's Lycoris?  I have to find her now."

Ryan woke up a little after the sun rose and he gazed upon Lisianthus, sleeping peacefully beside him.  He whispered,

"Beautiful, I love you.  I hope you remember me."

The shapeshifter looked confused and replied,

"Okay, you need to calm down and tell me what happened. What do you mean where's Lycoris? I thought she was with you?"

A little after Ryan woke up, Lisianthus opened her eyes and woke up as well. She was a little surprised as she saw Ryan but as she recalled last day's events, she smiled at Ryan and said,

"Umm good morning, Ryan. I hope you weren't watching me sleep for long?"

Alex took a deep breath and then told the shapeshifter what had happened last night, all the way to when Lycoris put the sleep spell on him.

Ryan smiled and shaking his head, he replied, "No, not long.  I love you watching you sleep, beautiful, although you look just as beautiful awake."
