Help with Task Manager ><

Hi all,

I need some help here with my computer, please. ^^

Recently my computer has been formatted and everything was lost. Something weird though is that whenever I try to activate the Task Manager, it doesn't open. It gives me an error saying, 'Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator.'

Also, whenever I try to download an anti-virus, it doesn't work. I've tried Avira, AVG, McAfee, but nothing worked. Either they lag the computer or doesn't work at all.

Help will be dearly appreciated. ^^

for the anti-virus, try downloading NOD32, and for the task manager problem i had that problem too but what i did is re-format it again. so i don't know if there is another way.
